Great hotel!

This is the worst hotel that I have been in all my travel. And I have been in lots of hotels all over the world.Even the TV signal is weak.

Brilliant experience can I get a membership card as I'm going to use you over and over again!!!! Brilliant 👍 especially the on duty manager Marco 👍👍👍

I had a confirmed booking and about 10pm the booking was cancelled. I only got an email, tried to call and nobody answered. I wasn't given a reason for the cancellation and had to look for a hotel at midnight. Also, the booking was made via the hotel's website and not some third party website.

The shower was leaking and fixed not properly, no soundproofing at all

We stayed at the lisboa hotel on the Portugal - Spain tour with Prontotour. A thief entered the room of everyone participating in the tour at the hotel during the day. When the night came, we got the news. There were only two staff members at the hotel. These are the ones who work at the reception. We called the Turkish Embassy. When the embassy stepped in, they panicked. We say call the manager, he says he won't come. The doors of the rooms are not closing. The staff is indifferent, the hotel is unsafe. Definitely don't stay. There was a theft, the hotel doesn't care.

Жили здесь очень долго. Благодарю обязательно вернусь ☺️

El desayuno pésimo 9 AM y no de nada y pregunto si queda pan me dicen que no 2 cafeteras y no funciona ninguna de las 2 en que. Cada cual saque su conclusión pero la mía es que no merece la pena contratar el desayuno. La habitación genial limpieza tranquilidad yo si repito solo alojamiento

casas de banho sujas ,elevador sujo ,chão nojento .As senhoras da limpeza nem têm carro com água e esfregona para limpar os quartos ....Nojento e perigoso ,com a segurança de nós em causa.Durante a noite tocou 2 vezes o alarme .Funcionarios frios .

Absolutely brilliant spacious comfortable friendly service great breakfast very good for a budget hotel and highly recommended

Great new hotel. Very clean and modern, a proper 'double bed' not two singles with a thin mattress topper. free coffee in the lobby. Also very good value for money.

Hotel nuevo. Calidad precio muy bien. Un lugar tranquilo y de fácil aparcamiento pegado al bonito parque de Los Poetas donde se pueden disfrutar de excelentes vistas.

Reserva feita diretamente com o Hotel com confirmação de valor via email, no ato do check in queriam cobrar outro valor. Funcionária muito mal educada!

Un ottimo hotel, situato nelle vicinanze di Lisbona. Servizio colazione un po' da rivedere (secondo il mio parere), tavoli non puliti (anche perché il personale si vedeva poco). Prezzi molto onesti.

Excelente experiencia. Tuve la oportunidad de ir de vacaciones con mi familia y las amenidades del hotel me han parecido muy bien. A tan solo 2km del mar es maravilloso para un fin de semana

Fantástico hotel, muito cómodo, conforto e limpo. Das melhores relação preço/qualidade que já vi, senti-me num quarto do dobro do valor (sff não aumentar 😝🫶), staff muito simpático e disponível, para voltar com certeza!

Just arrived. (12/5) - aircon in room.out of order. Requested reception to contact maintenance no before 6pm or be given another room. By 7pm we were still waiting. Receptionist was very blasé about it and informed us that staff had already gone home. A bad start to 3 days which we feel like cancelling. Today Monday 15/5 we find out that the excuse given by the young man in reception on Friday that all aircon WERE OUT OF ORDER, was a lie as he had refused to give us another room. EXPERIENCE NEVER TO BE REPEATED AT THE B&B Hotel group!😡
