Five stars is not enough to rate this excellent stay! From the wonderful hosts, decor, peaceful clean environment and not to forget The magnificent pancakes!! I am actually going to miss the morning smile from Arthur and Magdalena and their spectacular home. I absolutely recommend Casa Artelena you will not regret booking a stay. I will definitely comeback in October. With Arthur and Magdalena I felt like I was home. Thank you so much for your kindness and for your willingness to help us and for always having a smile through out every encounter. 10 Stars for sure!! 😊😊😊

I was staying in Casa Artelena for 4 nights and it was such a pleasant stay. The house ıs huge and super cosy. The room I booked nr 1 had so much space and include anything you need like AC, coffee machine, balcony with beautiful view, extremely comfortable bed. You can also request a breakfast or lunch. Maggie and Arthur who are the owners are such a caring people and they spread good energy around. I definitely will come back.

A lovely few days in a beautiful part of Portugal. Fantastic property with host that make you feel like part of the family! Their knowledge of local area and sites made for a very special few days. Will definitely visit again soon.

i planned to sleep in different places in portugal but i extended my stay in Casa Artalena twice because this is such a nice place with great hosts. Its near the ocean, near the highway(but you don't notice) so you can go anywhere easily from this location. absolutely perfect. coming back for sure!
