Nestled on the scenic coast, a hidden gem awaits, casually disguised as a spacious abode. The intriguing doorway, however, hints at the enchantment tucked within. As you step inside, a bed greets you with a tranquil embrace, promising peaceful slumbers. Despite our late-night arrival, the hostess, an epitome of warmth and efficiency, welcomed us into the stunning surroundings. The rooms are nothing short of dazzling, a feast for the eyes rivaled only by the breathtaking vista outside the window. Now, a word of caution about the stylish glass curtains - they're an open invitation to the early morning sun. Great for sunrise lovers, less so for those who fancy a lie-in. And if any curious onlookers were to be around, well, let's just say these curtains aren't the best at preserving privacy. (A quick edit about those glass curtains: apparently, there are blinds hidden somewhere, but we seemed to have a blind spot in finding them. Make sure to ask the host) Each detail here is spot on, and every ask is met with a cheerful nod. Breakfast isn't just food on a plate; it's a tasty blend of flavors that shows the host's belief that a great morning bite can really kickstart your day. Overall, this is a sanctuary of top-tier service, minimalist chic, and exceptional quality. The balcony offers the perfect setting for twilight musings, as the sun takes a bow into the Atlantic and the distant lullaby of waves crashing into the shore creates a soothing soundtrack. A stone's throw away, you'll find the stunning viewpoints of Azenhas do Mar. So do yourself a favor - book this place in advance. It's a spot that manages to walk that delicate line between being a coveted getaway and an under-the-radar hideout. But let's keep this between us, shall we? Crowds might dim the charm of our little secret sanctuary.

We spent a great evening here after landing in Lisbon - easy to find and quick check-in process. Parking is a little tricky but that is the only downside, as it is a quick walk to the nearby cove and restaurants. Rooms were minimalist but lovely, the blinds kept out all the light, and bathroom was clean with everything necessary. The host was attentive and the common areas were surprisingly well appointed! Would definitely come back

When you book this hotel via booking, you get a message with some notes regarding check-in and with the information that this village is magical. And they are absolutely right! However you could say the same about thus hotel. We immediately felt at home in the modern but comfortable rooms and were welcomed by very friendly staff. We will definetly come back here!!!

Very happy about my choice. I loved the breakfast and kindness of people. I was by bicycle and the property accepted it and found a space to safely park it. I appreciated the fact that sustainability was highlighted. Obrigada!

Love love this space. Beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet peaceful surroundings. Each morning, you wake up to the sweet call of a neighbors' rooster, and at night, you are lulled to sleep by the powerful sounds of the sea waves crashing on the rocks

A few weeks back we stayed here. Very welcoming, very relaxed atmosphere. We had a spacious room, with nice views. And in the cold evening we could cuddle up at the fireplace. At night you could hear the ocean in the distance. The breakfast had a lot of choices, but if I can advise one thing? Make scrambled eggs, that had made this even more perfect ;) I would recommend this place if you like the ocean and just want to slow down.

Nice and relaxed Guesthouse in Azenhas do Mar. A relaxed spot not to far from Lisbon. You can easily sleep with your window open, the only thing you hear is the ocean and some roosters trying to wake you at 4:30 in the morning :D Nice and healthy breakfast is provided by the friendly staff. Overall a clear recommendation for a short or long term stay.

👍👍 This is the kind of place other hostels are trying to be like. Relaxed, very warm & welcoming people and the lodge itself is quite charming. Clean & modern in an old building. My bed was super comfy, facilities very good. Praia das Macas is a nice village, spring time of year it was lively but not...
