Los trabajadores del hostel han sido muy amables sobre todo después de la mala gestión y a la dueña parece que solo le preocupaba que pagara las tasas. En resumen, quiero reclamar que me devuelvan el dinero ya que después de esta mala gestión y dejarnos sin estancia a última hora no considero que deba pagar por ello. Aparte de ello no se cumplían las normas obligatorias para el COVID, no había distancia de seguridad y la gente no llevaba mascarilla, además de eso no han pedido el pasaporte COVID en la recepción ni siquiera una prueba de antígenos la cual nos la pidieron por procedimiento en un camping en Setúbal el día previo y eso que era en plena naturaleza. Las camas ni se molestaron en cambiarlas y las sábanas olían mal. Una experiencia malísima y a día de hoy no booking ni el hostel me han devuelto el importe gastado, 46€ en total, una vergüenza.

Rooms and bathrooms are dirty (found a broken cigarette under the pillow and there is hair everywhere), the staff are rude and no idea what they are doing: they nearly let us sleep on the street our first night: we were late on our check in time because our flight had been delayed and even though we previously sent an email and even though the staff was there at the reception of the hostel talking to us face to face, they simply didn’t want to turn on the computer to let us check in!!!! We literally had to beg them for 50 mins. When they finally turned on the computer and let us in, they didn’t want to give us the key of the lockers in our room because the manager wasn’t there (??) and then we never got them. The next 2 days we tried numerous times to get in contact with the manager to make a complaint but no answer on the online number and email (probably no more active?) and the staff obviously refused to help us. When we finally managed to talk to the manager through another phone number, she listened to our complaint and apologised herself but then she told us we were not welcome anymore in the hostel and we had to leave on the moment 🙈 just a clown show. We had obviously to pay much more to get a last minute accomodation because there was nothing else available. I am sure someone will answer to this review with some excuses as has been done before, but I hope anyway they will realise that this place needs some serious improvements, atm this place is worth not a dollar and it should be avoided especially from young solo travellers.
