I brought my chainsaw 201 in for a service, had to wait 2 months to get is back. They said it was repaired, but it came without any parts back and it was still not running. At the same time of pickup i gave my second chainsaw for service. This one after 3 months and 5 visits to the show in lagos is still not back and there is no information what so ever. Promises after promises. The 1 chainsaw i also brought back and they said it had the same problem. I didn't even used it. So I had to pay the repair again. 290 euro. For this I could buy a new one.this time it came back fixed. Now the second chainsaw seems to have (same as the first one) a broken piston. The say its because of the benzine what I put in. But when o brought the first one back I didn't even used it and it was still with there fuel inside. A big mystery isn't it. Now I asked to talk with the manager. Still waiting for the call. What a unprofessional company. Never again. I will make a complain with stihl itself and see what they will think about this service and behavior. I don't recommend them at all..
