I stayed here for a full year, and have friends who stayed in previous years. Their complaints are similar to mine. Little complaints when it comes to the room itself, but one must use a common kitchen, which is always dirty and can be quite far if you're unlucky. The rest of the common facilities are just ok, more of a gimmick really and usually dirty too. The building itself only has one advantage, being close to campus. Other than that, it is really poorly projected, half of the rooms get no sun all day and the other half only get some sun during the day. For the price it is impossible to recommend, unless you fit in these categories: you don't know how to look for other alternatives or you couldn't find any until the absolute last minute. The current manager is himself very helpful, but Milestone's organization is just awful: mid semester they decided to unilaterally change the payment schedule/method, going against the signed contract and in the following months keep on emailing me to pay what was already paid for. Another good thing was the people living there, which were really nice, but it is always a matter of luck each year, as friends of mine have complained in this regard.

I could not have imagined a better place to stay! Especially Hugo the manager is incredibly friendly. Milestone Nova has simply rounded off my stay in Lisbon. I can only recommend it!!

Honestly, out of so many places I have been to as an international student and digital nomad this is absolutely the best. I am not even mention the insane location of the building, 1 minute walk to a super beautiful beach were you can surf every day. The rooms are clean, with modern furniture and perfect for studying / working. Common areas like the party rooms and the kitchens are well equipped and cleaned daily. The best thing about this place though, the people living here. International students from all over the world with all interests and of all ages. The best place to live if you also want to meet some people and make friends. As a solo travelling student or digital nomad, this is absolutely perfect. One bonus thing that you should DEFINITLY keep in mind is that the company owning this building, Milestone, has this "passport" program that allows you to go to other Milestones in Portugal for absolutely free for up to two weeks. I came for two weeks for free at this Milestone in Carcavelos. I am a full time resident of their location in Porto.

Been living in Milestone Nova residence for a year and an half during all my master's studies here in Portugal and It was one of the best experience of my life, for both people and location. The rooms are spacious enough and the private bathroom makes the living experience even more comfy and enjoyable. The people met during my staying in Milestone will definitely be present for the rest of my life, since I created with them so deep bounds. I highly recommend this place, especially for outgoing people and those who want to challenge themselves by getting to know new friends every day and to get out of their confort zone. I was at Milestone Carcavelos for two weeks. I have done the Milestone passport and it was amazing! It was such a great experience! The studenthome is really nice and so close to the university and sea.

I couldn't have asked for a better student accommodation dormitory than this one in Carcavelos! The location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the beach, which was perfect for morning surf sessions. The dormitory also has a great coworking space where I could work on my assignments while enjoying a stunning view of the ocean.

I've been living in this student accommodation for a year now and I couldn't be happier. The location is perfect - it's right next to the campus of Nova SBE and the ocean, so I can easily walk to both. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and always make me feel welcome. The facilities are great too - the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed. The common areas are clean and well-maintained, and there's a great sense of community among the residents. Overall, I would highly recommend this student accommodation to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to live while studying at Nova SBE. Five stars!

I had the pleasure to stay in Milestone Nova Carcavelos for six months and I had the best time! If you are looking for an accomodation with comfortable rooms, close to the beach, walking distance from the train station and where you have the chance to meet lots of great people from all around the world, this is the place for you. Furthermore, parties and activities are frequently organized, so having a good time is guaranteed :) Highly recommended to everyone considering studying at Nova SBE since it is located literally on campus!

Hi guys! Just wanted to say that I truly recommend Milestone NOVA. It’s clean, it’s very well located… there is a bus stop like one minute walking from the building and it takes you to Carcavelos Station, around there, there are supermarkets, coffee shops and much more. I super recommend it. I stayed in the Deluxe Apartment and the bed is so big and comfortable!!! There are A LOT of wardrobes and even a balcony with nice view. Very nice! I loved it!!!

I stayed here for the first two semesters of my studies at nova, and it’s pretty convenient if you have a lot of stuff to do at Uni. Since it’s close to the beach, you should take advantage of that during your stay here. The milestone community is great, with various nations that love to gather.

I lived in the residence for a year and can only report good things. Very friendly staff, nice rooms and I made many new friends for life. I can recommend this place to everyone, plus it has an incredible location to the university and the beach.

My time at Milestone was fantastic. There's a lovely community of individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds who support each other in everything from going out to the city to working on projects for university. It's in a pretty convenient location, so it saved me the trouble of waking up too early for 8 AM classes too :) Definitely worth a stay.

I lived here for over a year and had the greatest experience. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and shared kitchens were great. Highly recommend upgrading for a balcony if given the chance.

This is a great place to live if you enjoy sleeping in and running to uni last minute (which takes you not even a minute). The beautiful beach of Carcavelos is also very close, an approx. 5 minute walk. Would recommend getting a room with balcony which usually also has sea view.
