I
moved
to
this
Milestone
on
September
2020
and
left
on
January
2023,
so
i
would
expect
that
they
would
at
least
have
some
respect
and
consideration
after
almost
3
years.
I
payed
all
the
bills
on
time
and
never
broke
the
contract
in
any
time.
The
manager
is
very
incompetent,
having
failed
multiple
times
with
her
duties.
Since
the
beginning
she
has
made
very
clear
that
she
will
only
help
who
she
wants
to
help,
and
i
have
experienced
from
personal
and
from
friends
experiences
how
disrespectful
she
can
be.
When
i
did
my
checkout,
no
one
asked
my
bank
details
or
even
asked
me
anything,
and
as
my
contract
said,
after
2
months
that
i
left
(in
March)
i
questioned
where
was
my
deposit
was,
to
which
they
answered
that
they
didnt
have
my
bank
details.
I
said
that
no
one
asked
me
and
the
manager
admited
to
be
wrong
and
to
emmend
her
mistake,
i
would
be
a
priority
to
receive
the
deposit
as
soon
as
possible.
In
the
end
of
march,
after
exchanging
emails
with
the
financial
part
of
milestone
i
was
assured
that
i
was
on
the
refund
cycle
to
receive
the
deposit
by
the
end
of
April-
beginning
of
May.
In
the
begginning
of
May
I
still
had
not
received
my
deposit
that
i
should
have
received
in
March.
I
sent
multiple
emails
without
response
and
when
trying
to
contact
the
manager,
she
said
she
cannot
help
because
she
has
no
authorithy
on
that
matter.
But
if
she
doesn't
have
any
authority,
why
does
she
sends
texts
to
ex
residents
asking
to
make
good
reviews
on
google
because
the
company
"needs
it"
and
as
a
way
of
persuation,
these
residents
receive
the
deposit
really
really
fast
without
any
burocracy,
without
even
having
to
ask
for
it.
So
it
is
very
clear
that
they
will
only
return
your
deposit
when
they
want
to,
it
is
not
a
problem
with
the
system
or
whatever
they
will
tell
you.
Today
is
June
11th,
more
than
6
months
after
i
have
left
the
building
and
still
have
not
received
my
deposit.
Sent
many
emails
without
any
response,
and
I
usually
dont
write
reviews
but
this
seems
to
be
the
only
way
the
company
cares,
when
their
image
is
at
stake.
Also,
dont
be
fooled
by
the
good
comments
since
they
are
all
staged
and
requested
by
the
resident
manager.
On
a
good
note,
the
cleaning
team
is
amazing,
especially
Simone
treating
the
residents
with
such
kindness
and
love.
