The customer service reps in yellow vest are rude , lazy and dont have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE class they are there to gossip they dont want to help and lazy they chat all day about their personal life and the check out they take their time to help u and move at a slow pace i can see why lines to check out are so long and slow and when u ask for something rudeeee the girls are worried more about their hair and nails and not getting clothes dirty and dont even watch or help at check out...

The people here are very kind and helpful. Manager Rene helped me with an over charge. I bought 3 jeans and was charged for 5. After looking at footage I recieved my money back. I recommend you always double check your receipts 😉. Overall it is in a convenient location and you can find almost everything you need here.

Travel from Florida to Puerto Rico and get a big surprise at the arecibo store ,employees are the best they treat you like part of their families they have that mile that separate them from others ,costumer service was the best I will go back and buy whatever need at this location they are the best good merchandise at good affordable price

This Wal-Mart is the best since I could fine lot of thing other Wal-Mart in P.R don't have, clean lot of space. In the picture you could see how big is the place

Good services, good prices. However, no shopping bags are not a great thing after you purchase a certain amount of food must bring your own to bag your goods. Other to this I give it a 9 from the scale of 10. Remember, shopping bags.

Plenty of merchandise to choose from and many different items that you don't see in the local supermarkets. I didn't give five stars due to the lack of employees to help if needed.

To the wal mart management, the store is a mess, and the employees don't care at all. The cashiers on their phones constantly. One of the lucky places that these days have them. On the main land, most stores run on self check out.

It has allot of variety but so crowded, next time I will go earlier, wish they stocked egg noodles.

Its like any other walmart but I suggest to go very early in the morning and avoid Saturday's because its super full.

There is no walmart here...there is an Econo which has most foods and drinks just not much liqour

This is why I say it come to Walmart I am a chef and have prepared meals so when I need something I come here and I get it people are very nice and polite why will I not come here do a recommend the place Yes an online as well just come and visit and check it out

It's a bigass store with a good variety of items to select from it's a Walmart that you don't have to go to get some stuff to then go to another one to finish

That place was so busy you couldn't get from place to place without bumping into someone. The lines were so long they were lined up way back in the clothing.

We went to the store to get a few items and it took us over and hr to get to the register. I have never seen a line over 30 people, maybe more. They need to hire more personal.

Customer service doesn't seem a priority here at all despite the obvious need for tourism. The lack of knowledge or willingness to learn any English at all is surprising. Terms like excuse me, may I help you, even a simple greeting was out of reach. Parking was definitely challenging.

Always crowded. The staff deserve medals for the things customers put them through. There should be a class for customers who aren't schooled on self checkout or efficient shopping. Customers use the self checkout to prove they don't know what they're doing. Patience is a major necessity to cope with incompetent customers. The staff here deserve bonuses!

No customer service I called 3 times n waited over 8 minutes each time and no one picked up after the transfer to sporting goods. When asked to speak to a supervisor no one ever came to the phone. In total I waited 40 minutes with no help n no answer if I could give a zero I would.

I think someone should be at the water aisle. Help us when needed to load water into cart, to heavy to put on cart. Have to always wait upon a Male customer for help, it never fails, no one around when you need help. Hoping next time I go pick up my cases of water, help is there. Please take this suggestion into consideration. Regular customer of Walmart.

Great. Today October 8 they have a huge selection of Halloween costumes. Also sale on house wares. And from 8x11am not too busy plenty of room to roam without a lot of customer traffic.

Clean friendly place you can get just about anything you need.

I will say I've been to a lot of Walmarts around the United States and Mexico and this one in Puerto Rico is like the twilight zone of Walmart. For two months straight I went and attempted to purchase some essential oils and every time at check out it was the same thing can't sell it because it is a restricted item. Finally I had to lose it on somebody which prompted them to get the department manager who told me the same story everybody else gave me it's restricted because it's on recall. So now I had to put him on the spot by giving him a choice override and sell it, give it to me for free or remove it if the shelves. As we walked to the section I grabbed a basket and as we started going through every single product from that brand and it came up restricted I threw it in the basket. After 10 minutes we had gone through them all and I told him now you know how to remove an item that's on recall here you go. I had to use a different brand but made him give me a reduced price for having to make him do his job and also for partly doing his job.

More inventory...still requesting mask which is good.Early weekdays are comfortable... weekend packed.

A very typical Walmart in layout and products. We have been sailing smaller islands for four months and were glad of a chance to stock up on some items that cost much more in the Bahamas. The store is clean, and well stocked. No bags, though. Probably temporary?

Had prescriptions filled there for the first time, and it was a hassle free experience. I then shopped and picked up a few items and checking out wasn't a hassle like the last time I was there. Still, There should be more registers open, for disabled people like myself that dislike self-checkout.

Puerto Rican people are the best we arrived and did not have a mask. We forgot it back at the house and they were so nice gave us a mask for each one of us.

Horrible. I traveled dar away to go to Hatillo Walmart. It dont have norhing, no variety compare to USA. Same Boeing products than some local supermarkets

Love this store! Great PRODUCTS, nice prices, have lots of ORGANICs. And the Walmart team are always VERY kind and nice!!! Even example today I lost my phone but they emidiatly find and thank you I have it back. THANK YOU THANK YOU GUYS !!!
