Really nice and helpful! Answered all my questions about everything just moved to the island and not only did they search to see if they could get my brand of dog food but also printed the available flavours and prices off for me!!! My new pet store!!!

The BEST pet shop in the Island. Parking outside and just out of town near the JEC and B&Q, Pet Cabin have everything you need. The staff are so helpful and have areas of specialism to help customers out. Eden helped us with all our needs when buying a mini Lop eared rabbit and even set up the hutch, showed the kids how to look after and hold her and advised on healthcare and vaccinations. They also have a Loyalty card so topping up with food, bedding and toys costs you less. We are lucky to have a petshop like this here in Jersey

I get my cat food here as there is always friendly and personal service they are great !

Great big pet shop in St Helier, have a huge selection of products over two levels. Just off main road & car parking . Bought present to take back home . Great helpful staff, will be back again They also have another site at a garden centre which I did not visit .

I've been searching for a certain type of substrate for our pet snail and this is the only place on the island I can find it, great for exotic pets, small pets, birds, cats and dogs

Poor Service, While other pet agencies have no problem sending my gorgeous cat Khloe to Barbados, this company only came up with excuses on top of excuses. If I could give one star I would. They were the only company who had an issue. Even Barbados Veterinary confirmed that this company were challenging.

Excellent shop for dogs. Amazing ranges of stuff and really helpful and friendly staff.

Big, and a good selection of pet products. Parking is limited though. One space on the ramp, but more if you mind a short walk.
