Gary the manager was awesome. He got me out personally but she was like I felt very important when I walked in the store. I high suggest The JCPenney store in Norfolk Nebraska

Extremely run down and disorganized. The clothes I bought are of high quality but weren't at the affordable prices I'm used to seeing at Penney's. Give this company about 5 years and it'll die off just like Sears

Store hours are open 10AM but didn't open doors until 10:08 AM. Small detail but then we wonder why the stores are closing in our Norfolk Mall... She (the manager) kind of had an attitude about it.

The selection for plus size women is very limited and not very appealing unless you like big flowers and loud colors

Very good items at a great price if you use your Penny's CC. Got a great deal on a sport coat. Great help.
