Many other places were hesitate to assist me and my fiancé since we are young, but this was the opposite here. I had a couple of diamond rings that was not wearing anymore and wanted to design a new one combining both. Nancy worked so hard to find options from many jewelers to make my idea come true. On September 13th we stopped at your store with some jewelry that we thought would have some value. We were lucky enough to get Charlotte Newcomb whom he had dealt with before. Previously we had taken some silverware to Charlotte and were pleased with the outcome. My wife hadn’t taken any jewelry to have evaluated for a long time and Charlotte spent an hour with us appraising the jewelry. She told Linda that she had some very nice pieces that were in very good condition. She made sure that Linda no longer wanted the jewelry and had no daughters or granddaughters to share it with. Her appraisal was very fair and we appreciate the time that she took with us today. If the occasion arises we will be sure to work with Charlotte and Christopher’s Jewelry again.

I first purchased an engagement ring from them almost 3 years ago, I’ve purchased several more pieces of jewelry since, and I won’t consider going anywhere else. I’m not in there often, but Nancy (who I believe is the manager) remembers me, my previous purchases, and my taste in jewelry exactly every time I do come in. She’s amazing. It’s more than just Nancy, though, every person who works there is as helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable as you could ever want. I’m not a jewelry person by any means which worried me when I wanted to buy more jewelry for my wife, but from the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave, I’ve felt taken care of and appreciated every time I’ve visited, even if I didn’t buy anything. For our 20 year wedding anniversary my husband had a new 2.5 carat diamond set in my original ring. I could not be happier with the way it looks! It is SO beautiful! My experience at Christophers was a 10/10. I was greeted immediately and warmly by Randy and several other team members. I came in to get their new Sparkled bracelet, a permanent gold bracelet. I loved the concept, the ease of not choosing my jewelry everyday and feeling just a little fancy when I wake up in the morning. Randy was INCREDIBLE. We were needing to get updated appraisals on our wedding bands and my engagement ring as we switched homeowners insurance companies. Last appraisal was from 2003. I couldn't get my rings off my finger as it had been a long time having them off. We went into Christopher's where we purchased them. Sierra greeted us! We explained our situation. Brought my wedding ring in about three weeks ago because the main marquise diamond fell out and was lost. I was able to purchase a new one and have repairs done and just picked it up today, it is absolutely beautiful. The staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable and the repair person did an exquisite job. Great news is that I found the original Diamond a week ago and am now going to have a neclace pendant made with it in there.

If I rated on today's experience only, it would be 1 star, but we have purchased multiple pieces in the past, including my wedding ring, and had 5 star experiences. The sales associate made us feel it would not be worth her time to help us once it was determined we were interested in silver jewelry rather than gold. She simply waved her hand in a general direction and told us it would be "over there". My husband and I just looked at each other and left.

I just had my ring cut off for an upcoming surgery. At Christopher's, Charlotte Newcomb cut my ring off for me at no charge. Because she was so professional, nice and helpful, I returned to her to have my ring resized. At that time she recommended I have it appraised for the correct updated replacement value, something I hadn't even considered. I did so and my ring is worth more than double the original appraisal. Thankfully I sent the updated appraisal to my insurance company; should something happen I will now have enough to actually replace it. A BIG thanks to Charlotte!
