STAY AWAY!!! I just order food to go and it's awful! Needless to say picking up the order we had to go back in twice to get our correct items!!! I ordered the 2 for 27 and our steaks were no where near the temp we ordered! I ordered medium and my husband medium well. His steak was well done and mine was medium rare! The ceasar salad we also received were old! The lettuce was literally see through, clear!!! The pics speak for themselves!!!

Last time I ordered on the app, half my order was forgotten and the order itself was late for the selected time. I spoke with someone who gave me a coupon for part of the forgotten items. When I ordered this time, I was thrilled and had no issues! A checklist came in my bag with my order and no items were forgotten. The order was prompt and ready when I arrived. As ai eat it, I am very happy with the flavors and outcome of the food. Thank you so much for lunch! It was just what I needed! I've very happy with the changes made to whatever system was previously in place to app orders.

Lord, where to start? I wish I could give a zero rating. I'm going to attach photos of the horrendous sanitary issues this place has. My ice in my drink had PINK MOLD!! I worked in restaurants before so I'm very familiar with what pink mold is. The health inspector needs to come in and I'm going to make a complaint. You're seriously going to make people ill. Now for the food, if a burger is dry after being overcooked by 10 mins, you must have cooked this thing for a half hour. It was so dry, you should call it the Sahara Desert burger . I'm not sure who's running this place but someone needs to go in and take a serious look at the terrible issues going on. It's way out of control!! Don't expect me or my family to ever even contemplate returning. PINK MOLD!!!!

They are quite friendly, and organized, but me and my friend got unlucky. I don't want to leave a bad review because I like this place, but they completely forgot about us, other people who came in after us getting food before we even order. Sorry for the bad review, but a mistake is a mistake.

Our server Makayla did a great job! We went for lunch and she was very pleasant and we always had what we needed!! Our food was good but we got a salad and a rice bowl!!

I had the $14.99 all you can eat shrimp and boneless chicken wings. It was the basic breaded food. Nit sure if it was worth the cost. The server was polite but way too soft spoken. I could barely hear her.

Shannon is the best bartender! She is friendly, helpful, and knows the things we like to eat and drink. She makes great recommendations when we want to try something new. When it comes to customer service, there is no one better!

Went to get a bite today and looks like they are on top with the games today. Quality of the food i had order was top notch and server was very friendly. Seem like them have improve very much as i go here a lot for steak.

We visited this Applebees last night and sat at the bar where Heidi served us. Her beer pour was picture perfect. She was friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious and served hot and at the right pace considering we got salads first. Everything came out as ordered. She also made a mean Top Shelf Long Island which meant alot because I have been looking forward to one for a long time now. Thank you Heidi! We will be back soon :)

I came here with a big group. All of our food was great. The server Heidi was very nice and helpful.

5 times in a row solid service and my orders spot on...if they keep up this level of service...could be Sioux Falls best restaurant...East 10th location.

Was good food tasted good only servers were friendly and nice but pretty confused with order like they don’t know what they have on menu.

Savannah was my server she was friendly and helpful. The food could have been better. The only thing that was hot was the French onion soup. I order a pasta dish and since it was after 9 pm when I came in I ordered an appetizer on their half price option that was Luke warm too. Disappointed to be honest. Applebees use to be really good. Won’t be going back if I come back in the area. My waitress was the only reason for the four stars otherwise would’ve gotten 2 star for me .

One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. Server was more interested in giving attention to the table of highschoolers, we never had drinks refilled, we were never checked on, she served us our food, we asked for silverware which was required for more steak, and she proceeded to help several other tables and never brought me any silverware. We were given 2 incorrect kids meals and then billed for 5 total kids meals. We ended up having to ask other servers and host for help with drinks and silverware and she had the audacity to try and apologize (which was highly sarcastic) only after her manager was involved, which was her co-worker's doing.

It honestly depends who is working. Sunday night when my husband and I had gone there for a random date night, the person behind the bar seemed a bit, unorganized and wasn't too concern on how service or the food was. And seemed to be a bit impatient and wanting their shift to end. The manger seemed to disappear quite often and when she did appear, she didn't seem like she wanted to be there either. The other female server seemed irritable per the guy behind the bar counter and the manager that was on duty, which I could relate and do not blame her one bit. We waited to be seated for almost 10 minutes, even though several workers saw us standing there. We love Applebee's, but it was a bit unenjoyable with the tension that seemed to be in place that night.

Went to Applebee's on a Saturday night, got seated right away, and it was pretty full. A nice amount of tvs for sports. Had the blueberry lemonade, which was pretty good. Also had the quesadilla burger. Pretty good nice and juice, had nice fresh to. The waiter didn't come much after we got our drinks or our food. But overall, it's a great cozi place to go.

So me and my husband went here last night because we seen on the site where they had all you can eat boneless wings with endless fries..Let me say this..The wings were over cooked like they tasted like they’ve been sitting out for awhile and let me remind y’all that the first batch of wings comes with fries we had told our server we wanted fries but nope we didn’t get it with the other two orders knowing it’s all you can eat boneless wings with endless fries. They were also out of sweet tea which kind of disappointed my husband and our food didn’t really tasted fresh either! We spent 34.28 on food that really didn’t hardly do much but I was ready to go home at the time too. Idk if I’m ever gonna go back!

Went here for my son’s 12 birthday! We have a great meal and wonderful service. Robyn was a fantastic server and would highly recommend. This is also my son’s favorite place to eat!

Steak was well done had to order a burger instead when I got it my family was done eating waitress was new I get it my daughter got her malt 30 minutes after we got our drinks and not that busy spent 110 dollars and I didn’t even eat

I went to celebrate my birthday but everything that could go wrong did. My steak was over cooked and the mashed potatoes were forgotten. My brother's steak was undercooked and mushrooms were added instead of the broccoli he ordered My sons steak was rare instead of med rare and hard to chew and to add insult to injury the chips with our appetizer were burnt . I will not be going back here again .

Last! worst dining experience at the Sioux Falls East Applebee's. Waitress was pleasant but spilled part of our food on the floor and then never came back to replace it. The food was extremely sub-par and the one steak that was ordered medium came out raw. Management took off the cost of the steak but that was basically it.... zero apologies and the waitress while very pleasant didn't come back to the table as often as she should have to clear dishes or check on the status of the food.

I love the atmosphere here. It is very easy to have a conversation with your people. Sometimes I think there are to many employees that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing because they are to many doing the same thing and they can't communicate everything to everyone. The food was excellent!

Ordered the 4? Cheese Mac and cheese with the honey pepper chicken. I didn’t get any cheese, it was a watery sauce no flavor. Had to add cheese and seasoning to give it any flavor. 3 chicken tenders were done and about the only good thing I got. Breadstick inedible

We recently placed a to-go order. When we got home, we realized an item was missing. I reached out to the store and they were apologetic and offered to either reimburse us for the missing item or make a new item for us to pick up. We didn't have the time to pick up so elected to receive the reimbursement. Within a few weeks, we also received a very professional, apologetic letter from Melanie Altman, the general manager. Everyone makes mistakes. The way Melanie and her staff handled this will keep us as repeat customers. P.S. Our food was delicious, too!

Was along time since I had been there so thought I'd give it a try. Had the Bourbon Steak with loaded garlic mashed potatoes. Potatoes were great. The steak was not worth talking about. B a very long time B4 I will even put the thought of going there again in my head again. My dinner guess however did enjoy her meal.

Awesome 1/2 price items after 9 PM! Drinks and food. The menu has a lot of variety and the atmosphere was pleasant and calming. The food was flavored just right and delicious - not greasy or overly fatty! Healthy options available and nice choices for kids menu. Food came out FAST and no mistakes. Would have given 4 stars because short staffed and could have been wiped down and cleaned better but the staff that were there were doing it right so it is 5 stars! We will come back!

The restaurant wasn't overly busy, we went about mid afternoon. We had a few appetizers and drinks. The bartender was pleasant enough and checked on us several times. There was nothing over the top about the experience it was fine.

I always love eating at Applebee's because of it's great menu, service, and atmosphere. This trip did not disappoint me, all was great even on a busy day! I love the Fiesta Chicken and this was a huge piece of chicken more-than- covered with thick cheese served over a bed of tortilla noodles with signature sauce (ranch dressing and salsa). Also served with fresh pico de gallo and scrumptious spanish rice, the meal was speedy, hot, and delicious. Good times and a great meal!

It was Father's day the place was hot through our the restaurant. It took forever to get our food and never got refills. Also when we got our food it was cold you don't want to eat Mac and cheese with chicken steps in it that is cold. Then the manager took $10 off or check that was over $200 and thought it would make up for it.

Busy all right good drinks no dollar drinks that's the sad part, had a good time taking my other half so much better without the kids everybody gets that. I suggest you check out the specials they have not a bad time for it I went with the chicken and rice delicious and finish it all just a perfect amount for a healthy meal.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to seat me and ended up having to look for the waitress. There was only one other table with people. I ordered a fiesta lime chicken breast with broccoli and a Caesar salad. I asked for the salad to come out before my meal. Waitress brought me my meal 25 minutes after ordering and no salad. When asked about salad she said she forgot. Both salad and chicken were horrible. Waitress was nice and the place was clean so that’s why they get 3 stars. But I won’t be spending $25 on another horrible Applebee’s meal.

Hostess was kind and accommodating Waitress was informative and prompt Kitchen's Food was hot and amazing Costs were about $25 each (app, entree) Would recommend chips and queso, pretzel with beer cheese, quesadilla burger, and chicken version of surf and turf. Staffs timing was amazing got our apps within the first 15 minutes of being here, meal arrived as we were just finishing our apps.
