We were in town for a wedding and went to their downtown area to go to a few bars and get specialty cocktails. This was our third stop and it was recommended by some other bars. It's an upscale place with really cool decor. It's located inside a hotel and I love just seeing the history of the place. You can walk right through the old bank vault. There's a variety of seating arrangements to accommodate for all different size groups. Would recommend.

Finally got to have a meal here, and totally worth the hype. They have a new chef with an updated menu too, and everything was amazing. In one meal the treasury got bumped high on my list of must try places in sioux falls. For my taste, the pork belly burnt ends with corn salsa were top notch when it comes to pork belly, not overly fatty with a beautiful carmelizaton. Pimento cheese on anything is my favorite for the chicken sandwich, this one was juicy and crispy and balanced really well without being too rich. The mussels were a big portion in a flavorful broth, really can't go wrong here. I suggest getting there early before the crowd. They open at 3 but the kitchen opens at 4 fyi. The small menu is about perfect for the space and even when it's full, it's not loud.

Great cocktails, tasty appetizers, and yummy entrees. Server was very friendly. The birria udon was AMAZING!!! We also thoroughly enjoyed the cheese board. Old fashioneds were good, lots of cocktail options. Pretty small menu, but a cool vibe with some delicious food.

Very cool atmosphere, the cocktails are great. The menu isn’t huge but the food is all really good. Definitely ask your server or the bartender for drink recommendations. I had an old fashioned which was perfect and a “Gone Till November”. I would not have picked the second drink but took the bartender’s recommendation and it was delicious!

It's expensive but delicious. It's no chain eatery. The cocktails are divine and food is delicious and presented attractively. The interior of the old hotel is historic and relaxing. Just tge right place to enjoy cocktails and a delicious bite.

The Treasury is a vibe. Since I was in SD for work I decided to stop in on my day off. The Treasury is inside a hotel which used to be a bank I believe. You walk through this old bank vault to get to the bar. It is very cool to see. I sat at the bar. The hostess and host were very attentive and recommended appetizers and drinks based on my taste. I ordered an alcoholic drink called November. It was deliciously sweet and little strong which I loved. Then I ordered deviled eggs with Salmon Roe (deleted the photo by mistake) and shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were huge. Very good selection. I enjoyed my time at the bar. It was nice vibe, peaceful and a beautiful atmosphere.

Holy moly, this is the coolest lounge/ bar I've seen. I was pensive walking through the vault door, but the service and menu sure were worth it. I was very happy to see the N/A options for drinks, and the food was pretty cool.

Amazing food but horrible service. He was too busy on his phone or chatting behind the bar to check on us. I literally had to stop him when we needed something. Did not clear any dirty plates or refill our drinks unless I stopped and ask him as he would walk by our table. Slammed our drinks down after I asked him for a refill. He was very rude and unprofessional.

If you want a unique atmosphere and amazing old fashioned styled drinks then this is your place. Located inside an old bank vault in the hotel you can find this hidden gem! We ordered some appetizers and they were delicious. Drinks always delicious.

This is an amazing place to stop for a drink or some quality food. It's a really nice aesthetic, they make fantastic cocktails, and the craft sausages are amazing! I will definitely be back!

I was surprised how small it was but still very cute and not cramped. The food and drink was delicious too. I had the Pink Flamingo drink and then got the Treasury dip and Lox flatbread…totally would go back to try the other options.

The Treasury is a complete vibe! I love the juxtaposition of the old bank vault with modern trends like espresso martinis. The staff is friendly, clientele diverse, and the atmosphere oozes glam. I had the kimchi fries and the Sloe & steady. Both excellent.

Thos place is great, only thing that knocks it down is the drinks don't come full see pics. Otherwise service and food have never been a disappointment. We have been here many times and every time it has been great, and this was the first time the drinks were a little on the empty side

This is a great hotel. It is historic and used to be a bank in the early 1900s. The bank vault door is still here and opens into a bar. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and updated.

Last night was my first time here and it was great. I had so much fun. Atmosphere was beautiful and drinks were amazing. But the best part is definitely the staff. Special shout out to Ricky and Tristen. Everyone else working was great but I didn’t catch their names. They all made my night. Raises for everyone please. My only complaint is that Josiah’s Library is not a real library. Need some books in there.

I did not try the food, as the kitchen was already closed, but Clifton recommended his fall drink, Gone Till November, and I'm in love! It's the best drink I have ever had. Clifton deserves a raise.

Very busy but worth it. Unique find with wonderful hand crafted cocktails in the old hotel vault! Try not to sit near the front door in the winter though!

Great menu of drinks, awesome decor, and a great staff. The drinks are a little on the higher side for price, but you pay for what you get. The service is great and the drink menu is fantastic. Try the spicy nuts!

Beautiful location and chill atmosphere. Great drink selection and Friendly staff. The building itself was beautiful but the bar was a site to see. Hidden away in an old bank Vault, this is an experience you will not find back home. A must visit!

Fantastic drinks - I have been here several times and ordered something different each time, and I've always been more than pleased. The food is awesome - try the chicken sandwich! Most of all, I love the vibe. It's very old-world cool; mid-century modern classy with dark colors and gold. Love it.

Been there multiple times and never had an issue until tonight. Drinks were wonderful but our waitress was extremely rude. She was very inpatient and mean. We left a tip that represented her service and she came and let the table know if we left a tip like that again we would never be allowed back and we can talk to management. It’s funny because when we asked for management never came. I will not be returning as there are multiple establishments with good drinks and better service.

The atmosphere is super great there. Our waitress she has always been great whenever I go down there. I wouldn’t trust some of these 1 star reviews cause they’re total lies. One person “Jessica” said the same waitress we had was rude, which I met that party of people and they left a 4.50$ tip on a 480$ tab. I probably wouldn’t be nice either if I was watching glasses broken and people tipping like that.

Excellent spot for a quick bite and a cocktail or three?!?! 🤣 Tried the pork belly skewers and they were excellent. The Old Fashioned was also spot on (I order it with rye)! Check 'em out!

Great spot! Located in a beautiful hotel in downtown Sioux Falls! We went for drinks and apps and sat at the bar. They have an amazing extensive drink menu and great apps. The drinks were fantastic! We also had a cheese plate and calamari both were excellent. Also wonderful service! Highly recommended!!!

Clifton is the absolute best! This place is a must see and you will not only enjoy the atmosphere but the service. Clifton goes the extra mile and he will make your night! I highly recommend coming into see the unique and beautiful space. The apps, drinks and upscale but comfortable vibe makes this place beyond unique!

Best cheeseburger I've had in years. This place is wonderful, right in the hotel lobby. Good beer, good service and the cheeseburger was fantastic. Absolutely the best burger I've had in several years.

Very swanky and upscale getaway. It's must be what it was like slipping into a speakeasy. The artisan cocktails are too die for.. Thank you Paul for your craft and inspiration with the cocktail menu. The food menu is small with a diverse mix of wonderful bites. And I am a fan of a small menu with dynamic flavors. The ambiance is spectacular with a staff twice as spectacular.. friendly, acomodating, and super great. Will frequent this amazing establishment until I try every tasty morsel, while sipping their spectacular cocktails, wine and home craft beers. KUDOS!!!

It's a beautiful place. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. I haven't tried the food yet but I don't doubt it's good. The drinks are great and the bartenders know what they're doing.

The wagyu burger for the 2021 DTSF Burger Battle with a Pile O Dirt Porter was absolutely top notch. I felt the price was fair as well considering its a higher class establishing. I would definitely recommend this place.

The atmosphere of this place is great! Prices were above average but the quality was also much higher than your average drinking establishment. Service started out great, but had to flag out waiter down a couple times. It got a bit busy so we weren't too hurt by it.

On my visit, I tried a couple of their unique signature cocktails and wasn't disappointed at all. The wait staff was wonderful too.

The service is courteous and classy, while still remaining fun and friendly. They have fancy craft cocktails for an escape from the regular bar scene. The atmosphere is cozy and it is generally quiet enough to talk but not so quiet that you feel the whole bar will hear. It fits the vibe of Hotel on Phillips and is a nce place for drinks and appetizers.

If you want to feel fancy and hip definitely stop here for a drink or some light food. I like the outdoor seating area (minus the current construction across the street). I had a Spaghett, which has a mini Miller High Life in it, and loved it so much that I bought the ingredients and made it at home the next weekend! I can't remember the name of the other drink I had but it was also delicious.

Pork tacos are delicious, 3 in a order. 👌

Excellent cocktail bar. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in drink-making, while also being professional and conversational. The Treasury was the best place I visited in Sioux Falls.
