My now husband and I just used the El Riad Shrine as our wedding reception venue and we absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone! Joel is such a great person to work with during the planning process. He is very quick at responding to any questions and was always willing to work with my work hours if I wanted to go in for a visit or to see someone else's wedding setup. They are such a flexible venue and able to accommodate large crowds with the spacious layout but definitely be sure to book early! We booked over a year ahead of time and got the only weekend they had available left in September. They have décor you can use if you'd like, they provide the linens for you, they provide a wedding coordinator to help manage delivery and setup with your vendors, they provide a bartending staff, you can bring in whichever caterer you would like for food.. I could go on and on. There are so many great things about using The Shrine as your wedding venue. You could even use the stage and get married there as well and they have a great dance floor! They really were an all-around great group of people to work with. We had the Clown group bartend at our wedding and they were an absolute blast! They were willing to do whatever to make sure we were happy with our experience there and we most definitely were! I would 100% recommend them to anyone for their wedding and am so thankful we chose them for ours <3 Thank you so much for everything!

You are minutes away from hotels downtown which is great for family after the nights done. This place easily holds any guest count you have as well which is a huge bonus. Had my prom there as a kid and just attended a wedding there. They could do a little better job of advertising their services but the inside is nicer than you'd think based on outward appearances.

The Shrine throws the best parties in town. I've been to Halloween parties, a Super Bowl party, weddings, dances, and all the profits go back to helping kids.

Love what these people do, they have happy hour for non-members so if your in town check them out. They do such great things for children.

If I could post a zero star. I would. I seen two buffalos with riders dressed in costumes that represent the indigenous. I found it shocking and disrespectful. I called the office and they told me to find someone who cares. The management office are racist. It is sad to see my people’s representation coming from people who don’t simply “care”

Wednesday night social has great prices on drinks and food. Events open to the public help support the Shriners Healthcare & Hospitals for Children. Large open dance floor and event area is perfect for weddings and parties.

I always have a great time at the events held at the El Riad Shrine!! I had a great time last Saturday at the 50/50 Bingo Night. Wednesday Night Social is a fun and relaxed evening of food, drinks and fellowship! The El Riad Shrine has a beautiful wood dance floor and tons of space for holiday parties or weddings. My favorite annual events are the Daughters of the Nile Craft Fair and the Sprint Car Unit's hosting of Abby Road.
