    I have been going to see Melissa for about two years and she is amazing every single time. I love A Perfect 10 because they treat everyone with respect and provide a calm, relaxing atmosphere while getting your nails done. Highly recommend you try them out if you haven’t already!!

    I normally love this location however, recently I had scheduled two appointments at the same time for my sister and I to get our nails done together, something came up and my sister could no longer go, so I went online and cancelled one of the appointments. When I arrived for my appointment they couldn't find it. I was told when I went online to cancel ONE of the appointments it cancelled both as they were linked. On top of that they blamed me for cancelling it and told me I should've called them so this didn't happen. Not sure how I would've know this was going to happen, whats the point of having online scheduling if it doesn't work. My appointment had to be rescheduled to a later date, but still doesn't make up for the lack of customer service.

    My gel nail looked terrible. She kept blobbing on the gel. It was supposed to be ombré. It was just one half the color white and the other half pink . Don’t go unless you have a reference or not at all

    Got a gel pedicure and within a week had lost 4 nails. Got the 4 nails repainted and have now lost 5 more, including 1 that had been redone. Never have I had GEL nail polish come off so easily & fall completely off. I’m also not doing anything crazy, most of them fell off after a shower or taking off a sock. $50 down the drain

    *****BUYER & BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!*****Long but will save you time and money!! Please note: (I did contact the company first about our experience and quality of product and their answer to my complaint is below as well) My sister got married last Saturday and booked a party at A Perfect 10 for 5 of us on Friday to get pedicures and for her to also get a manicure. Our appointment was at 10 am. The ladies were pleasant. Gabby was VERY nice! (the others, I don't know their names because they never mentioned it and was like pulling teeth to generate a conversation.) SPENT $341 DOLLARS By 3 pm, my personal toe polish was rubbing off in sheets. I had to make a quick trip before rehearsal at 5 to get my nail fixed. Another gals is smudged but didn't have a car here as she is from Canada and couldn’t get back to the salon. Fast forward to 5:30. The bride's toe nails also smudged and coming off. Needless to say the panic set in. The night before her wedding with family from all over the world and she had to make a separate trip to the salon to get the nail fixed making her 45 minutes late to her own rehearsal dinner! This was 7 hours after our appointment. We spent a combined total of $341 at this salon that morning. $341! The product quality was horrible! I reached out to the marketing director who spoke with the owner regarding our experience and the quality of the product. It is now 7 days post pedicure, we finally connected on the phone. 2 members of the party have already gone back to Canada and my sister, the bride leaves tomorrow to move to Canada. I was offered a $30 COMBINED gift card for myself and the one other person still in town to come back and use at the salon. I asked why I would want to spend MORE money at a place I was extremely unhappy with since their services start at $30+ and for us to "share" a $30 gift card. $30.... $341.... ???? There's a difference there.... The marketing director, Kristi, asked what I would like to see happen and I requested a full refund and indicated that I really had no desire to come back in and spend MORE money on inferior products and poor quality. She then offered to call the owner of the company, ironically named "Canada". She called me back about 10 minutes later and insisted that the $30 gift card was all they could offer for our troubles. I told her I was insulted that $30 was supposed to rectify the stress, anxiety, and TERRIBLE quality of product offered and to only offer 8.8% of what we spent as a remedy was insulting and outrageous!!! They didn't even offer to give us each a "redo" to show us that their product was better than what we received. We chose to go to A Perfect 10 in hopes that it would bring joy and relaxation to our day, turns out it was a nightmare and a Perfect 0! Yes, they acknowledged the disappointment in our product, yes, they fixed the 2 that were able to be fixed, yes they did offer to remedy, but NO it was not satisfactory. I feel bad for the next group of ladies who have the same outcome as we did. I hope for your sake you read the reviews prior to making your appointment. Apparently, customer satisfaction is NOT a priority at this company and repeat customers must not be a concern. Matron of Honor #2/Sister #2

    Molli did a beyond gorgeous job on my nails delivering exactly what I wanted for my wedding. Super professional and friendly atmosphere, and an all around amazing experience.

    I've been going to Perfect 10 (the Dawley location specifically) for more than a year. I've also been to the Rushmore Crossing location in Rapid City and Remington Pointe in Sioux Falls, and I had a good experiences there, but this review speaks mostly to my awesome personal experience at Dawley's Perfect 10! I very much appreciate that I am personally recognized by staff (even staff who don't work on my nails) when I walk in the door. Everyone is willing to get me a drink, help me pick a color (arguably one of the hardest parts for me), or just ask how my day is going. My primary stylist (shout to Melissa!) is the reason I keep coming back. She's fantastic at her job, and always makes good recommendations. I also appreciate the 7-day chip repair policy. I recently screwed up my manicure while I was doing projects around my house and they got me in quickly to take care of it. Overall, I'd recommend Perfect 10, but don't go to Melissa -- I don't want her to get booked up :)

    Love A Perfect 10. You can make appointments online, you always get in exactly at your start time, and they do beautiful manicures. I got emerald green with a grey pebble print and the person next to me had a pink cheetah print going on.

    I've not been to this location myself. But I have on multiple occasions ordered gift cards for my friends that frequent this location and enjoy their services. I appreciate the website is easy to navigate and I can choose what date to have the e-certificates delivered. Which makes it more fun to surprise my friends. I highly recommend checking them out.
