Great food and service. I went to Ruby Tuesday for the first time yesterday. My wife and I loved their burgers! Take a look at the pictures. Picture perfect.

I was in the mood for salad so what better place to go than some place with a big salad bar. Ruby Tuesday delivered on this and I was so happy! There were options I don't always see, such as corn, and I was very happy to add hard boiled egg as well. My husband got a burger at the suggestion of our waitress and he said it was very good and juicy. He thought the addition of queso was great and had a side of onion rings with ranch. We were both very satisfied with our meal and very happy!

The only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was good. The service was horrible! Our server Tyesha was extremely inattentive (probably because she was as high as a kite!) We had a table of 4 people, and a very basic order. We asked her for 1 side of fries and some ranch with our order, and when we got our food we were missing those. By the time she came around to our table, we were already done with our food! I asked her about the fries and she said "I don't know where they went." She then ended up bringing the fries without the ranch, and we just never ended up getting the ranch. Then when we got our bill, there were $30 of charges that weren't supposed to be there and I told her so she went to go correct it. We've go to this restaurant often and always have a great experience, and it took this one time to totally ruin it. Also as a side note, I understand we're in an inflation, but even so, $3.99 for a side of plain fries is kind of steep! Maybe if the service was not so awful, it would somewhat justify it.

We were slow to get seated, although there was no line to wait in. I ordered the Garden Bar Combo which is unlimited garden bar with unlimited soup. I didn't get my soup until all the other food came out and the server never came back over to see if I wanted anymore, nor to refill any drinks until after he brought us the tab right at the end, and we had to request the drinks. I love those croutons, however, not enough to visit this location ever again. The food quality was standard good and the deco on the inside was neat and clean for the 3 star rating.

Update: Nov 18 2023 Dawn had the crispy fried chicken sandwich. It was juicy and a little spicy to the bite. However, it tasted great and was enjoyable to eat. I had the deconstruct kabob, chicken flavor. The chicken was little bitty cubes, not kabob size. Chicken was dry from over cooking. The plate was not filled, it comes on a rice pilaf, and I could not see the rice until I zoomed in on one side. This plate was not worth our time/price and very un-fulfilling. I ordered a flavored tea and a flavored lemonade for them to be mixed, I received one of each and an empty glass so I could make my own drink. Ruby Tuesdays filled chapter 11 on 173 stores three years ago, They may consider doing it again if they can't serve their customers request, or expect their customers to mix their own drinks April 14 2023 Rooberta was awesome, hospitality was best any one could ask for. Great tasting Hickory Bourbon Salmon, the rice was just right and fried Zucchini was like Mam-Maw use to make. The three chicken tacos were grilled to perfection of taste with cheese and caramelized onions. Youtuber #DTNLivingLife

We had the rib and shrimp platter (~$17) and crispy shrimp platter (~$14). Food was pretty good. For some reason, the rib was cold when it was served. It's quite pricey for a cafe but they gave you quite a bit of food so I guess it depends on how you evaluate. I am satisfied for the most part. The place is very spacious and the area has a large parking lot. Staff were very nicely trained. We came in with 15+ ppl and she handled the huge crew nicely! I'll still recommend for a date night quality food!

I hadn't visited since the interior remodel was done and WOW! I love the layout and decor. Nice to have different seating options like a high top table. As far as menu, the new coconut shrimp caught my eye and it did not disappoint! It was fabulous and I would order again in a heartbeat. Our server was wonderful; very attentive. Cannot wait to visit again!

We loved Ruvy Tuesdays when we lived near several in Texas. Our favorite meal was the unlimited salad bar. So when we found one near us on our 30-day trip, we had to go there and have our favorite meal. The salad bar has over 50 items, including some dessert items. We were not disappointed. There was a shortage of staff, so we had the manager as our server. She was stretched pretty thin, but she did great.

Usually love going here but the food quality has dropped significantly. Over salted, over cooked. Service was questionable when we sat at the bar but the servers are always great. Bartenders barely talked to us and we had to ask for silverware, ask to order. Basically, they did nothing until we asked them to. I'll just stick to table seating next time.

Stopped in here today at about 430 to grab a quick bite before our drive home. Extremely disappointed in our experience. We were greeted by a non- personal host with absolutely no people skills. He walked us to our table and slapped the silverware down and walked away before we even got to the table. He was wearing sweats and proceeded to sit at a table and text on his phone the entire time we were there, except for when people walked in, then he popped up, sat them and returned to continue to sit slouched over at a table texting. When we got there we waited for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I stopped one of the managers and gave her our order. She apologized and was very nice about it. Our server brought out our drinks shortly after. Our server was okay, not great. We had the salad bar and it definitely needed some attention. We have been traveling all week and this is the 3rd Ruby Tuesday’s we’ve been to, and if had been the first we would not be going back. Called the restaurant and spoke to the female manager about our concerns, she seemed responsive, concerned and apologetic. She put another manager on the phone, Watson. He apologized and said they’ve tried talking to the host…. Seriously, who runs the business here. Ruby Tuesday you can do better.

Had lunch with a friend today. Food was excellent and as it was my friend's Birthday got a free dessert. Benjam T was our server and provided us with great service. Would highly recommend Ruby Tuesday.

Stopped here for a soup and salad before heading to my hotel after 12 hours on the road. Server was great (wish I could remember his name). I was really impressed that he and another server knew exactly what the shirt I was wearing meant. I was wearing my "double slit experiment" shirt (picture included) which refers to an experiment which shows the wave-particle duality of subatomic entities.

This is twice we've been here and everything's been amazing. Only down side of it was the second time the salad bar wasn't as great and wish they had more fruit and salads cottage cheese stuff like that. Also had people in front of us that had kids and she let them pick grapes and stuff out without gloves or utensils. This really needs to be better monitored for public safety.

The salad bar was great, kid friendly menu and top notch service. Shout out to Lawson, the floor manager, who quietly cleaned up after my children's mess. Friendly and he even held the door open for a struggling dad (me). The food was refreshing and we had quick service.

The area where most were corralled to sit, was cramped like sardines. We asked to move, to another part, that was more evenly spaced. (Dining with someone who has anxiety with crowds.) Got an attitude from the male server who normally takes this section. He literally threw the menus at us and then demanded, the waitress from previous area, serve us. Very unprofessional! Whoa, learn some manners!!! But we decided to stay and try the food. Well food was okay but when grabbing silverware, the fork had food (from the last customer) stuck on it. Pics to follow. Nicole was our server(from first area) and she was patient and took everything in stride! She and she alone gets an A+ for making us feel welcome!

Came in last Thursday and Ruby the bartender was awesome and very friendly. Danielle the MOD was very friendly and all full of joy and a team player on her role as a Manager. I'ved been in the restaurant busy in the past so I know everything Ruby and Danielle did on my experience here is very important in the business since there are other options for people to go to. The food is awesome. I will come back to see all the friendly faces. Keep up the great work 👍.

We sat at the bar. I had the chicken quesadilla, and my husband had the chicken nachos. Both were amazing. Good laid back atmosphere. Would definitely return.

Absolutely disgusted with their prices. We had 4 drinks total of double Windsor cokes. $48 added to our total. That’s $12 a drink. Food was good but we were given small portions. Will not be coming back.

Really like Ruby Tuesday because of the atmosphere and food. For people who are vegan/vegetarian they also have options on the menu. I had the vegan/vegetarian hamburger which is awesome. The food, service and atmosphere are always tremendous. Love coming to Ruby Tuesday!

Nice atmosphere. Decent service. Can't speak for all the food, but my order of Nachos was kinda gross. Would have been much better if they had used cheese instead of a grainy cheese sauce.

Shoot, I didn’t get any photos of our food-mostly because everything was so hectic. For one our order was wrong plus, I never received a fork (even though I asked for one three times ). The staff seemed very unorganized but they were friendly. I do have to say, the women’s bathroom was trashed and gross. The doors leaving the building were also gross and very dirty. Over all I am only giving them a 3 star for effort. Nothing special. If you are deciding on place to go for dinner you might want to skip this one 🙃.

Our favorite place...great food, great service and love having all the televisions to watch sports. Nice remodel too

Bourbon chicken was ok. Rice pilaf was entirely flavorless and over cooked, with peppers rather than vermicelli, carrots and celery. The zucchini was great. Beers over priced, service was good (thanks Randy!).

We had not visited Ruby Tuesday for something like six or seven months. My wife and I walked in to this completely remodeled facility and I have to say it was a very welcome change. Everything is bright, clean and very appealing. Our wait for a table at 6:30 on Saturday evening was relatively short... probably ten minutes. Our server, Alexander, did a fantastic job. He was very willing to offer suggestions about drinks and food when asked what his favorites were. We both enjoyed a beer from the nice selection of tap beers. The Ruby Tuesday garden bar has always been one my favorite things about dining at Ruby Tuesday. The new garden bar does not offer as many options but, all the selections were fresh and tasty. Our food arrived in a timely fashion and looked fresh and was plated nicely. My wife had the chicken and broccoli pasta which she said was very good. I ordered the full rack of Texas Dry Rub ribs with a side of mashed potatoes. The ribs are advertised as "fall off the bone tender" and they are. They are almost too tender but, the dry rub was very palatable. They were served with a small cup of barbecue sauce which I found to be overbearingly sweet. I skipped the sauce. If you haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in a while, you owe it another look.

Great service and food. The salad bar was good, well stocked. Raspberry tea was the best I've had in a long time-could actually taste raspberry.

Haven't been there in a long time and decided to try it again. Very friendly host showed us to our table. Waitress was attentive, but forgot to put in our order. She brought us an appetizer for free. When the food came it was very good though. All in all, not a bad experience.
