Service was unacceptable it was my friends birthday and we asked and nothing. Also the food was AWFUL. Steak super chewy could hardly swallow. Owner didn't know much and had to ask. Slow slow service 😵 also out of several things.

We are visiting from Santa Barbara, CA, and looked forward to some midwestern hospitality on our first night in Sioux Falls. We arrived at this restaurant with high hope. Our experience, however, was anything but hospitality. First, we were seated at a table across from the restroom. It was an awkward layout. The table itself looked cheap, not agreeing with the otherwise quaint aesthetic of the decor. We sat at a little corner with endless foot traffic in front of us. After sitting down, we waited for about 10 minutes to get acknowledged. The server, when he finally arrived, had a long face and was unfriendly, even to the point of hostility. “Did you blow off the candle?” He “greeted” us with a tone of interrogation. We were not made to feel welcome. His lack of manners was palpable. I have to say that we liked our appetizer, which was a dish of heirloom tomato and Italian cheese. The wait between the appetizer and our entrees was lengthy. When my main course arrived, I was shocked; let’s call my dish “duck drowning in a pond,” because, as you can see from my photo, my duck breast dish was soaked in soup… It was aesthetically unpleasing and flavorless. As a lover of fine dining, I found this dish, and essentially our whole dinning experience, an utter disappointment. I don’t know how representative our experience is but I would like to share it here for whatever it’s worth. Nevertheless I still wish this restaurant the best of luck (and duck)!

I have traveled all over the world with my family and eaten at many establishments. I can honestly say, truly, that Parker’s Bistro is one of the best places I have ever eaten, the food is immaculate, absolutely delicious. I have been here many times with my partner and each time we are just astounded at how delicious the menu is. The menu changes and it’s so exciting. The drinks are always delicious. I can tell the chefs and staff care about their jobs and the experience they give their clients. The owner is a great. Our waiter Luke, is always very attentive and knows his craft.. The place is always clean. This is a staple in Sioux Falls and I only wish them the best. - Natalia and Tyler .100/10

Jess was my server, sat at the bar where you could watch amazing chefs and staff prepare meals. Was a cozy, warm, inviting environment. Dress to impress, the food and atmosphere are worth it. Food was prepared to perfection. One chef I knew was Brandon, amazing for suggestions and a true leader. Jess was always checking on me via service and offering suggestions as well. I tried the Oysters, Rotini oglio e olio, and Steak frites. Our amazing chef Brandon switched out the fries for some grilled veggies, which were amazing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this amazing place for any food you fancy. Service was stellar, food was amazing, and the atmosphere was impeccable. Best date night with my person in a while. See photos.

Parker's Bistro never disappoints. This is our favorite restaurant. Highly recommend! We had the following: Starter - meat and cheese platter - the asparagus was the best, it had a nice zest to it, really good starter. Main - The Burger Battle Post Christmas Blues - Parker’s House Roll, Blue Cheese, Crispy Mushrooms, Apricot Jam, & Aioli. The burger was nice and juicy, and the jam had a kick that went well with the fries. Dessert- Pavlova - omg this was the best ending to our lovely meal.

Cozy dark atmosphere. Loved it. I had the Pork Bourguignon special tonight. Melts in your mouth meat, perfect jus, awesome parsnips, some little pickled mushrooms, a lot of delicious little things making it a superb experience. I literally cleaned up my plate.

This is the first time at Parkers Bistro in years. What an amazing experience! We made reservations and were seated right away. We were seated at a very nice booth and Sam was taking care of us. He was very attentive and friendly. He did an excellent job all evening. Chef Robert and the owner Stacy came out and chatted with us which was a really nice touch. We started with a bottle of Riesling that was recommended by our server and it was excellent! For appetizers we had the oysters...some of the best I've ever had! Chef Robert shared that they came from Massachusetts and were overnighted so were incredibly fresh. We also had the crab egg rolls which were so so good. I had the fish of the day which was steelhead trout and my husband had the New York Strip. Both were beautiful and perfectly cooked! The fish had a delicious sauce as well as mushrooms, broccolini and a barley type risotto that was to die for. The steak came with amazing asparagus and fingerling potatoes. We finished up with creme brulee, Americano coffee and cream and a pink squirrel. On our way out we stopped at Myrtles... Fun crew and good the weather warms!

Parker's Bistro is top notch! Excellent service, amazing food & we were lucky enough to get to have live music while dining from the Weiland family plus Dan Mahar. What a treat! Parker's is an upscale restaurant with delicious food & kind employees. I highly recommend!

Fantastic food and service. They have a nice patio area if the weather is favorable. The pork chop dish is sensational with flavors of fall. Pecan sweet potatoes were amazing. I highly recommend.

The burger was at first questionable - we weren’t sure about trying it. After our first bite - no question - amazing. Definitely loved the crispness of the burger mixed with the tenderness of the burger. We weren’t sure pleasantly surprised! Worth it!!

Hands down the best duck I have ever had, and I have had my fair share of duck... This tucked in restaurant has the French vibe of a real Parisienne bistro. The decor, the ambience, the intimate lighting, the light music... Who would have thought that I would enjoy my dinner alone so much! The duck had the perfect balance of root cream, berries and caramelized carrots. It was garnished with crispy trumpet mushrooms and just cooked to perfection. The chocolate pudding was also different but really good! I was just really surprised that this place does not have more reviews and a bigger clientele! The few tables seemed to be locals. The wait staff was friendly and respectful. So, if you find yourself hungry in Sioux Falls SD and in need of an amazing dinner experience, I would highly recommend Parker's. Wow!
