Food
is
always
good.
Customer
service
could
use
some
TLC
these
days.
3
stars
for
service
but
I’ll
say
4
stars
because
I
do
love
the
food,
I’ve
had
mostly
good
experiences
here,
maybe
just
a
rough
day.
Next
time
if
I
go
there
and
the
customer
experience
is
the
same,
I
will
drop
this
review
to
3
stars.
I
used
to
go
here
a
lot
with
an
old
coworker
before
he
moved
away
because
we
love
the
“Famous
Phillys”
but
the
wife
doesn’t
care
for
it
so
I
don’t
frequent
as
often
as
I
used
to.
The
workers
were
not
friendly
and
really
gave
the
impression
that
they
didn’t
want
to
be
there.
The
two
guys
working
were
kinda
quiet
and
left
us
wondering
if
and
when
they
were
ready
for
us
to
order.
Made
it
a
little
awkward.
A
little
“I’ll
be
right
with
you”
while
you
clean
the
grill
would
go
a
long
way
instead
of
leaving
us
completely
unaddressed.
There
was
a
woman
that
came
up
from
the
back,
she
was
very
short
with
her
questions/responses
and
came
off
very
rude.
In
the
end,
they
did
make
some
great
food
and
everything
was
correct.
**update:
after
reading
some
of
the
other
reviews,
I
decided
to
downgrade
to
3
stars.
My
bad
customer
experience
was
not
a
one
off
apparently
and
the
rude
woman
I
described
was
perfectly
described
in
other
reviews.**
I
always
get
the
Philly
with
everything.
If
you
ask
them
to
“fireball
it”
they
hose
your
meat
down
with
jalapeño
juice
while
they
cook
it
to
give
it
some
extra
flavor
and
a
bit
of
a
kick.
Top
that
off
with
whatever
topping
you
like
and
the
cayenne
pepper
sauce
if
you
like
spicy
food.
They
used
to
have
the
hot
sauce
at
the
counter
but
all
I
found
there
was
BBQ
sauce
but
they
did
give
me
some
in
a
little
plastic
container
upon
request.
For
me,
the
sauce
really
makes
the
Philly
and
brings
it
all
together.
Overall,
still
love
the
Philly
here…
hope
to
have
a
better
customer
experience
next
time
but
based
on
other
reviews,
I
won’t
count
on
it.
