They have amazing drinks and even better food. Our server was Alex and he was so friendly and patient with us picking what we wanted. I had spicy shrimp tacos and a tropical sunrise margarita (highly recommended both). My totaly came out to a little over $30 that included tax and a tip.

I sat at the bar for dinner. I ordered a rare ribeye steak, and it came cooked perfectly. The bartender let me switch sides, and I never had an empty beer. I was surprised on a Friday night after 5pm that it was not busier, but around 6pm more people started coming in.

Food was fast and hot. The pictures are of the bacon rancher . Two handmade beef patties, pickles, ranch dressing , two slices of cheese sauteed onions and 6 slices of bacon...Fries have the skin on them.. (which I love) lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. Plenty of drink options. Service was fast and friendly... I went on a Sunday at 3:30pm zero wait time.

Convenient and easy parking. There was no one at the counter and had to wait for a kind of rude lady usher. Overall ambience of the place is excellent. Food served was excellent and the server Mathew was very polite, courteous and efficient. Cleanliness was also on the spot except the spoons provided for the dessert.

Thank you Zoe te bartender she was very helpful with our drinks and food very good personality, I tried the Witches brew margarita very good and sweet had a good taste, I had the bone in wings Nashville hot & bufalo. I was satisfied what I ordered. I highly recommend this location 👌 I'm from Houston and I can say the people from Sioux Falls are really nice and friendly 😊 love my stay here.

Went with my girlfriend for her mother's birthday. I got the $10.99 meal deal, while they got the 2 for $25. The staff sang a cute version of Happy Birthday and gave her a ice cream sunde*. The bacon burger was awesome sauce. Salad was crisp, and fries were cooked perfectly (not to hard, not to soft). All in all my experience was great 10/10

We got here and immediately the hostess was rude. Our waitress was great up until she got held up in the back and no one took overseeing our table. The device at our table doesn't work and after telling the hostess she rudely said we'd have to wait for our waitress. Which would be fine if we had one. So finally a floor manager got us a device so we could pay. We ended up waiting just to pay almost 30 min... we liked the food a lot and originally the service was great, but I have to rate low off the hostess and the lack of communication for table attentiveness.

I personally don't like Chili's,  but the food today is very good and well presented.  The staff is friendly and cordial and seems to work together as a team.  Guest Wifi is good. Free chips for reward holders within the past 45 days of last visit.  Bathrooms are clean and picked up but could use brighter lighting.  Menu photos as of June 2024.

Short staffed & poor use of staff : I know every business is short staffed but maybe you should close on Monday’s if you can’t handle the lunch business . Our waitress covered the entire restaurant, it was her day off. But customers kept walking out because they were not greeted & the wait was to long . Mgmt needs to have staff not take breaks at 1:15 during a lunch rush . This young man could of done so much more . My wife’s wine never showed up because he couldn’t figure out who ordered it? Server did most of the bussing . He could of greeted the customers & assisted the server more . Sure glad he got his break in …. When I worked food service you ate after the rush … Com’on man … you can do better and work harder. Food was good - missing some sides- just a long wait . Work ethics & production is not a priority in todays workforce for this young man . Our server should get a raise .

The food was delicious quick and fast and the waiter was great we will definitely come again!

We arrived at 7:05 and waited 25 minutes for a table after being told there was a 30 minute wait. That was fine! Got to have a drink at the bar. Service was decent and food was decent, but we were not overly impressed.

They do not take reservations but I called ahead as we did have a larger group coming and I didn't want to be a huge inconvenience if I could help it. They informed me they had a table available for us and treated us very well when we arrived. The service was very good and the food was delicious. I do hope we tipped as the bill was taken by one person in our party and they said the table kiosk didn't ask for a tip option so I am hoping it added a group gratuity. If it did not, I would want to get a tip to them as they deserve it. Everyone was very nice.

We love Chili's, the food and service has always been great. Tonight we decided to go for the Veteran's Day free meal. Although the menu was small, the food was fantastic. The service was just great, smiles and friendlyness from everyone. Thank you!

Placed an order online with door dish to pickup, got home and everything was extremely salty. The fries and the boneless wings to the point I couldn't eat the food. Horrible

Terrible experience. Ordered chicken fajitas on their website. First try it says I need to make an account, so I made an account and put my order in. Get to the restaurant to see that they processed both orders and charged me for both of them, even though the website said the first one didn't go through. Then I get home and find not only is the chicken cold, like it had never been heated up, it was cold like it had just come out of the fridge. But also, it was like a reject pile of chicken. Bunch of tendons and other nasty pieces that were inedible. Gave a few to my dog and threw the rest away. I also ordered the street corn and while I understand that it's roasted, this corn was so black i could've used it for chalk. The only good thing out of this whole order was the iced tea, which I could've made at home. So I'm out $60 and still had to go find another meal elsewhere.

Absolutely delicious! My boneless wings were delicious, and my husband says it's the best street corn he's ever had. They were super nice and accommodating about my service dog. Waitress was a doll and all the staff was super nice and lovely. Such beautiful, friendly, positive people 🥰

I went to watch the Vikings game. Initially the service was good. My meal was okay, and they refilled my soda once. However, I wanted to watch the whole game there. I was planning on getting desert during the second half, but they did not refill my drink or ask if I wanted anything the entire second half. I was sitting at the bar, so I wasn't hard to see and they served the other people there. I sat with an empty glass for 1.5 to 2 hours.

First meal of the vacation and it's absolutely amazing! My food was EXTREMELY flavorful and smelled amazing. The street corn was the best I've had, cheddar jalapeno sausage has a very nice kick, the ribs were very saucy and tender and the brisket quesadilla was to die for. Definitely coming here again on our next vacation. My wife got the bbq boneless wings and they were huge and very saucy. Definitely coming back here on our next vacation in the area.

Excellent! Service was great. I ordered from my car and arrived early, but they came out immediately to make sure I knew my order would be a little bit yet. Food was hot and tasty! Always love Chili's!

First time being here and it was awesome!! I loved our waiter!! He was the best waiter I've had in along time. If you ever go there ask to be seated in David's section. He is the best!!!

It was great our server did the best he could it was just him & one other server. They were busy & the managers didn't help till there was a big line at the door. Just feel ot was super I'm unprofessional on the manager's part for not coming to help them soon.

I would have given them a 5 but my fries were cold. I hardly ever eat fries and was really excited to have some. Their hamburger was excellent though.

11/02/2020 This has been my go to To Go place during quarantine. 3 for $10 is a great deal! They follow social distance guidelines and are doing everything right! Only complaint is trying to use a coupon on an online order can be difficult. Had to order an entree and 2 desserts to use my coupon for 1 free dessert. The to go staff is great! Thanks! 1/23/2021 Consistently good! Edit 11/11/2022 3 for $10 changed to 3 for me but still a great value and consistently good.

We really enjoy the 3 for me. You get a drink, app, and main entree all for under $11! Check out their rewards program and get free chips and salsa, how cool it that! And it's not bottom of the barrel chips and salsa. Their chips are lite and just the right amount of salt. Salsa is on the runner side but had great taste. Budget friendly date night for sure!

The service was great and the location was very clean. However the food at least what I got was just salt. I got the Cajun chicken and pasta. It was just a slurry of salt. I had two bites and just had to stop. The salsa for the chips was a thin sugar water with absolutely no spice to it at all. The ingredients were 95% water 4.5% sugar and 0.5% reddish orange something. Just gross. Really for as much as the chips and salsa costs you should get salsa not sugar water. The only reason I give it two stars on the food is that my wife liked the salmon. If not for that I would give it zero stars. Suffice it to say I will not be going back unless my wife insists that she needs salmon. I personally will not ever eat there again.

When we arrived during the dinner hr it was odd that the restaurant was only half filled with patrons. The floor was filthy! Paper and food littered the ground and almost made me do an about turn. But we were hungry. When we sat down in a booth it was a tight fit and uncomfortable, so we moved. Waitress didn't appear to like that. The dessert was just ok. I didn't eat the sponge cake, it had a strange consistency. The ice cream tasted very milky and like a low end brand and for nearly $ 9, it wasn't worth it.

Great experience sitting in the bar area. Tiffany has been our server several times, remembers us and is always so friendly. Food was as great as the service!

Food was iffy at best. Service was rude. Wait staff blurted out "you're welcome" as she set the plate down in a rude way as if to say we should have already said thank you. Ribs were dry and flavorless and sauce was ketchupy. Macaroni and cheese was all cheese sauce and very little macaroni. Kraft has more flavor. Staff hung out just a couple tables down and loudly discussed how they were getting all the red lobster staff coming there but failed to be friendly or polite.

Main meals were just ok. You don't get a lot for the price. Especially the almost $6 side salad. You would think there would be more than a small handful of greens with 3 croutons. Extremely dissatisfied in the quality of a $70 meal.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced while dining in Sioux Falls. My husband and I enjoy Chili's and chose to eat there for lunch after attending an appointment. When we arrived there was two couple waiting ahead of us and the host informed me there would be a 10 minute wait. I expected this as it was lunch time. I let her know we would be willing to wait and sat down by the door. Not 1 not 2, but 3 couples whom arrived after us as well as a group of 4 all of which had been told there would be a wait were seated before us. I've worked in the food service industry and am therefore always willing to be patient, but this was unacceptable. The final straw for us was when the host informed a couple who had gotten there 20 minutes before us there was a booth available. The very kind gentlemen being seated by the host offered my husband and I the booth after acknowledging we'd been waiting longer then he had his companion had. The host interpreted to tell the gentlemen there would be another booth available for us shortly. I was not vulgar, rude, or unkind to this young woman hosting in anyway. This is the second time we've experienced this at this particular Chili's. We will not be back. I do regret not speaking to the manager. No doubt this very entitled young woman does the same to others.

Very disappointed. I stopped in to have an early supper with my family, which includes two small childre.. There was only one server. She was unwilling to accommodate us at a regular table, which was only 15' out of the bar area. The server wasn't even apologetic and just said no one else was willing to work. We had to leave to dine elsewhere.

Excellent experience as it was easy to order online, the order was ready before the expected time frame and pickup/checkout was efficient. The staff person who brought out the food was very personable and handled the coupons and gift cards very effectively and quickly. Food was packaged well and made the trip home without any issues. Great tasting meals.

This is my first time here in 7 years. I had my doubts at first. The service was good. Greeted with a smile. Prices were ok. But thought portions were a little small. Chicken Crispers were slightly overcooked. Ribs were good. Went on a weekday lunch and had no issues finding a place to sit. I may go again soon.

Giving 2 stars because the wait staff was awesome but the food was absolutely NOT. About 15-20yrs ago, I ate at Chili's often; but after several times with poor service, I quit even though the food was still good. This was my first trip back in 15yrs and I ordered the Baby Backs w/ BBQ sauce, which was always my favorite. They were burned, dry, and salty. It was almost as if they mistakenly made a batch of dry rub, overcooked it, and then put sauce on top to cover it up. It was sad. The "full rack" was super skimpy, although that was probably a good thing this time even though it cost a ridiculous 22 bucks! I wish I had taken a picture of what was on my plate, it was hilarious. Maybe I'll try it again in a few years and see how it goes. But until then, 2 stars. For the positives, the fries were good. The coleslaw was not the style I prefer, but that's a personal taste and I'd say it was good if you like that style (creamy, semi-sweet, coarsely chopped, not too much kick). I would've raised my score, but when your flagship product (with one of the most catchy jingles in the world) is this bad, it doesn't matter if everything else is good... there's no excuse!

I ordered between 1pm and 2pm on 10/20/2022 and this is HANDS DOWN the👏very👏 best👏chicken bacon ranch quesadilla🤌🤌🤌 I've ever had in my life! Thank you! Also the amount of chip and queso I got for the additional cost is more than worth it. Love it when the food is delicious nd good value. I also ordered hand pies from Its Just Wings because they are the ultimate sweet treat and much cheaper than Crumbl. Keep up the great work kitchen staff!
