😐 Great customer service, very average food. Our dishes were all on the small side and all just not that good. The food was generally super bland, and the fries presented were cold and hard. For the relatively high cost, I just feel like there are better options out there. People often mention good, great, service, Great, menu, time, experience, amazing, atmosphere, ordered,

Great food, tasty drinks, and wonderful service! While in South Dakota we obviously had to give the signature dish, chislic, a try! It was delicious, not dry, and very flavorful (may or may not have spooned up the remaining sauce from the plate) My husband had the shrimp and grits which was plated beautifully and was tasty too! Our server, Josh, made our experience even more enjoyable! We would definitely recommend stopping here!

Totally would've gave the 22TEN a 5 star but the French Fries just weren't good, BUT everything was amazing. My cocktail choice was the Bramble, spot on exactly what I was looking for tonight. Flavors were great and I wasn't expecting this good of a cocktail coming from a restaurant in Sioux Falls. The bartenders and servers were excellent! I ordered the Duck Sliders with a side of French fries. The sliders were absolutely amazing. Seriously, duck is hard to do and they nailed it. A dish worthy of a second ordering. Now the reason I didn't give 5 stars. The French fries, which I believe people judge the most off of were terrible. I've had better at fast food places. Some of them were cold, not seasoned, over cooked, soggy, just a terrible experience for a French fry. Seriously you can do a perfect duck slider but can't perfect the French fries. Super disappointed by this, BUT I will totally be back. Sometimes things are just off for the night. All in all, if you're in Sioux Falls for any reason and want a great meal this is a great new place!

Really busy tonight. Food was good service excellent. My cowboy burger was messy but very good. The baked brie was good. The quesadilla was perfect. The pork chop had a lot of pearl onions but overall good meal.

Have been here multiple times and finally decided it was time I wrote a review. I love this place because of so many things but first and foremost is the menu. I love the range of items they offer. It’s not a big menu but there is variety. Everyone can find something they like and everything is good. I would suggest the shrimp and grits. I rarely eat an entire entree and usually have leftovers. With this I didn’t because I literally couldn’t stop eating it. The only bad thing I can say is I left too full! Atmosphere was louder but I enjoyed that as we are on the louder side as well and fit right in.

We truly enjoyed our dinner at this busy spot. The wait was 45 minutes when we showed-up, but they got us in faster than that, and it was worth every bite! The appetizer of lettuce wraps were so yummy and perfect for gfree and dairy free dietary requirements. We also enjoyed the Walleye and Salmon- both were wonderful!

We had heard great reviews from everyone, and they were right! Unbelievable food for a decent price. Our server was helpful, kind, attentive, and professional. The high end environment isn't too stuffy, but makes you feel special.

Wanting to avoid Valentines day crowds and madness, the wife and I celebrate a day early. We made reservations at 22ten and gave it a whirl. Off the start, they lost our reservation but they didn't hesitate and seated us after I showed them my online confirmation. No harm no foul. We ordered New Orleans cakes and Margaritas to start. Then Pork Marsala and Creole Jambalaya for entrees. The New Orleans crab cakes were super delish. Nice spicyness on the back end. Reminded me of crab cakes I've had on Bourbon street. The Margaritas for $8 were stiff as a corpse. The Creole Jambalaya was really good but to my surprise, no spicyness at all. I like to sweat when I order Jambalaya. Specially when it has andouille sausage in it. Aside from no spice, it was superb. My wife got Pork Marsala with pearl onions. I can't even describe the deliciousness of this dish. Unbelievable. For dessert we ordered bread pudding and a 2nd round of Margaritas. Every bread pudding I have ever eaten was a yellow bread. This was a dark pumpernickel type bread. It was so good I wanted to lick the plate. Our waiter Josh was quiet at first but I got him to open up and he has some personality on him. Fun waiter. Genuine person for sure. I really have no complaints. I wasn't sure why the menu stated Margaritas were $7 but our bill showed $8. Other than that, with a nice 25% tip, our bill was only $130! Best deal in town for the quality and overall experience. I actually think their dishes are underpriced. My favorite restaurant in Sioux Falls was Granite City, till now... this place is my new #1. Atmosphere to drinks to food was top notch. Definitely coming back for the Chislic and Elk Ravioli. If you're reading this and in Sioux Falls, go to 22Ten. Make reservations, it was packed on a Tuesday night.

Food was very good. The veggie scramble is an egg and vegetable dish, and it contained a variety of fresh and tasty vegetables that were cooked nicely. The shrimp and grits were great as well, 4 tender shrimp and grits that were smooth and creamy but still with texture, and topped with browned garlic, bacon pieces, and kale. We had the orange mousse, also really good, light and fluffy with a caramelized nut topping. It was our first time there, and the place has a nice atmosphere which is suitable for a date or an outing with friends.

The service was on point! Mollie kept the glass full, checked on my satisfaction, and accommodated my requests I'd grade her as EXCELLENT! The food was good, I had the strip. Potatoes were very tasty, and I thought the raviolis were going to be mediocre visually however the taste was a perfect balance so I was very pleased. Calamari was on par with most places with a comparable menu. Overall Id go again! Price was a few dollars high for a 10oz. steak but not bad.

Place was fantastic - we asked for a specific table with a view of the snow falling and got it no problem. Amy (I believe that was her name) was outstanding. The food - absolutely phenomenal. We got the top sirloin and the steak frites. Very good atmosphere. Highly recommend!

So have you ever had a experience to where at first you were like hmm I'm not sure about this place? Well today I did. So for a appetizer we had the chili shrimp. Hands down, that was amazing. Sweet, spicy, crunchy, yet still the shrimp was soft and flavourful. I highly recommend it. For my entrΓ©e, I had the perrogi and steak tips(med rare). Perrogis were crispy yet soft. Insides were firm yet creamy. Had that goat cheese bite but wasn't sure if it was goat cheese. Steak tips were 8/10 tho. Easily tell they were flashed fried and not stove topped ot pan cooked. Yet they were still really good. Onions were sautΓ©ed to just the right point. Soft yet crunchy. The creamy sauce was amazing! Just a touch of pepper was all the plate needed. Now onto the other meal on my table. That was just the good ol fashion with a twist Mac n cheese. Now I'm not sure which was better, mine or hers. I couldn't help but jump from plate to plate. Now there is no complaints what's so ever on the Mac n cheese, but there could be a few additional items that would make it oh so much more better. The whole all around atmosphere was laid back. I know I will definitely be going back and bringing more people.

Enjoyed the vibe of the place. Staff were friendly and relatable. Not a huge menu which seems the right choice for this style of place. Food was good and quality fit the prices. Few things were over cooked. Salads were fresh with nice variety of ingredients.

We met a friend here while in town. The service was great! Food was okay we got a burger and fettuccine and wouldn’t get either again just because they didn’t wow. I will say when here get the espresso martini with a shot of baileys to stir in! Best I’ve had and order most places I go!

We went for dinner and the service was phenomenal. My SO got the Ribeye. He said it was a bit underwhelming for the price. We ordered the chicken quesadillas without bacon for the appetizer. I will put a note that if you can’t have bacon, don’t order this. The bacon flavor was still overwhelming. It did look like there were little chunks in it the first time we got it and even after they remade it, the bacon flavor was still there. I ended up getting sick as I can’t handle anything pork at the moment (pregnancy tends to make you sensitive to certain foods). My SO finished it and said it was delicious.

Decided to sup here for a much needed girls' night out and the celebration of two birthdays. We had an absolutely wonderful experience! ❀️ The food presentation was not only beautiful, but it was also delicious! The churro dessert is transcendent. Extra thoughtful bonus points for the πŸŽ‚ candles! My one regret is assuming the salmon would be cooked medium rare and not specifically asking for that temperature, especially since one of my cohorts ordered steak and was asked for her preference with hers. I was distracted having too much fun, so I wish I'd been asked this with my order as well. The overall flavor was wonderful, but sadly, my salmon was well done. However, I will definitely be back! There are at least 10 other things I want to try on that amazing menu! Yum!

Went with my husband and adult son. Never imagined I should have made a reservation on a Wednesday night, but it was packed. Now, I know why! I ordered the sirloin and pirogies, but mostly for the pirogies, because I don’t love sirloin. My plan was to order a sandwich/fries, give the fries to my husband so he could eat the steak and I’d take the pirogies…complicated, I know, but he didn’t want steak. When I got the plate, I was impressed by the beauty of the meal, but the taste of the sirloin was astounding! I thought it was a filet. Will definitely so again…with a reservation.

I really enjoyed my first experience at 22TEN. I just moved to this neighborhood and was hoping to find places nearby with good food and drinks. This place wasn’t just good, it was exceptional. Our waiter, Jaydon, was helpful and hardworking.

  • 2/5 Jason W. 1 year ago on Google
Reservations were for four and we were seated on time. Server was polite and cheerful. Meals ordered were the House Ribeye, Walleye, Seafood Alfredo, and another Seafood Alfredo (this one substituted the shrimp for chicken). The Ribeye and Walleye dishes were well appreciated. Both Seafood Alfredo dishes had issues. Starting with the sauce, it was described as tasting old and gritty. The chicken was from a can and tasted odd as well. Both persons who had the Seafood Alfredo had stomach issue overnight and felt ill. While a delightful environment and staff, the inconsistent food experience will keep us from returning.

Place was packed on noon thirty on a Thursday, which initially surprised me but then didn’t seem all that strange when I considered that this is one of the only places in town that isn’t a chain. I’m in Sioux Falls on a business trip and have been severely disappointed with the lack of choices when it comes to food. At 33, I was the youngest in the place at lunch time, and the prices were median but something I would have reconsidered if I hadn’t had a per diem. I ordered the lemon cake martini (fine), the steak tips and pierogis (the steak was flavorful but a little more chewy than I would have liked but the pierogis were AMAZING) and the cheesecake (also fine) Service was kind, if a little longβ€” but considering how busy they were, I am more forgiving about this aspect. I would recommend coming here early or prepared to wait. There are some unique cocktails and different food items with plenty of familiar ones in the mix. In a town full of chipotle, fast food tacos, and mall food court-esque offerings, this place stands alone. If you’re sick to death of fast food, I highly recommend it.

Food was absolutely amazing. I could eat the chicken bacon flatbread every day. Thankfully the food was amazing because our waitress seemed to not care to get answers to questions we had. I had to ask her to please check and make sure I could order the feature burrito during Sunday lunch. She originally told me no because the menu wasn't out. Turns out I could so I was happy but was annoyed it was that much of a trouble for her to ask. These are questions other guests may want to know. She also told us our appetizer couldn't be split between our two bills. We had to add up the bill and split that...which seemed odd to me but we just went with it because we needed to go. Will be back though because the food was absolutely amazing. Hoping for a different server!

A friend recommended this place and we were not disappointed! Would absolutely go here again. Blueberry maple old fashioned and whatever specials they have currently are amazing. Our waitress recommended some things and was so pleasant. The atmosphere outside in the evening was lovely.

This was 1/2 of the dinner and a movie experience. You guessed it - the dinner 1/2. We were being spontaneous- having never eaten here before. We asked our waitress what some of her favorite items were on the menu - and yes, we ordered both her recommendations! We shared both meals which were amazing!! Great presentation, portion size, staff - and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for! Will return, and highly recommend!!

I gave 4 stars as our waiter, food and drinks made up for the short comings of the host. I will return at some point. Great chislic and long island teas, I imagine the rest of the menu is just as good. Dined here 7/23/20, with a 6:15 reservation for the patio. Arrived at 6:00, there were a few dining but definitely not busy inside. Upon approaching the host I stated we had a reservation, gave him the name. He looked at his watch and scoffed "at 6:15", looks at me like I had the audacity to show up 15 min early. He then begrudgingly picks up the menus and asks if we still want the patio. I said we would and followed the host to the patio. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe it was really busy on the patio. However we were asked what table we would like as there were plenty available to choose from. At this point I realized that the host is just rude.

The ambiance is great!! My drink was spectacular. I had the "Stinger". However, the server we had was very timid and I could barely hear him through his mask. My Chislic was very dry and the french fries were small and had zero crunch. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Wow. Don't even know where to start. Elk ravioli appetizer was like nothing I've had before, and will probably be my entrΓ© next time. The Necatamales for dinner were amazing, and not something I expected in Sioux Falls. I ate at a lot of Central American restaurants in Las Vegas and this was right up there with the best. Cheesecake for desert with chocolate genache also 5 stars. Cocktails were above average and fairly priced. All around 5 star dining experience for Sioux Falls. I had a 3 course meal (shared app & desert with 2 others) and 2 drinks all for just $50. Beyond impressed by the experience, food and price point.

Visited on a Saturday night about 6:15pm and a 30-40 minute. Not a very large waiting area inside. With 4-5 groups waiting felt pretty tight by the front door. It took about 40 minutes to be seated. The staff was very good and would give them 6 stars. We ordered Old Fashions to drink and they were good. Ordered a Black and Blu burger which was perfect. Unfortunately, my wife's burger was under cook and had to be sent back. The staff handled this well, but no comp on that issue was offered. Never a good thing when you don't eat together. The menu is somewhat limited in my mind. We wouldn't rush to go back.

First time customer. Ordered the Moroccan nachos based on a few recommendations on a Facebook page for local restaurants etc. These take the title for best nachos I've had in Sioux Falls. Hands down. When I got home I was pleased they had all of the toppings in separate containers so the wonton chips and onion frites weren't soggy. I will be back again!

Forewarning, I only dropped to 4* due to happy hour being only in the "bar". There is no bar area other than high tops. No reason to exclude the rest of the restaurant for happy hour when it expires at 6pm. Now to the food. We had the Morraccan Nachos and the Chislic and Frites. The Chislic was on point and my favorite was the Truffle Ranch!! It is good on everything I tried. The nachos were also very good, no canned ingredients, seemed very unique for Sioux Falls.

This is possibly or probably the best restaurant in Sioux Falls. I grew up around making burgers and this is possibly the best restaurant burger place I’ve had. The fennel salad to pair is divine. My wife loves the salmon and burgers as well. Cocktails are delicious and affordable. Tonight had mussels as well. Good for foodies or picky eaters. Come eat here if you live in or are visiting Sioux Falls.
