I use to order 2 times a week. I would get the 18oz steak, with baked potato and mashed potatoes, as well as the 24pcs bone-in mild wings. Up until a month ago they had near to perfect food every single time. Since then they have forgotten my mashed potatoes and/or baked potato every time. Or they have my roll in the bottom of the box which comes soggy in the steak juices. That was the last 5 orders. This last and FINAL order mind you, my entire steak was BURNT CHARRED. I had to shave half my steak off of the bottom to even be able to eat it. SO MY $30-$50 dollar orders will go somewhere else from now on! So they said to contact them at that email and I did, then they said we will forward the info to the owner and it's been over 2 weeks and no response still. So the general "I'll call you " brush off line...meaning, bad service and more bad service.

We're just traveling through and placed an order for delivery. We got two chef salads. One was grilled chicken and one was the shrimp. We waited one hour for our food to be delivered. Delivery man was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave suggestions on how to mix the salad up. The person taking orders on the phone couldn't tell me what was in a cobb salad and had to go ask... Probably should have someone with a little knowledge answering the phones. My salad lettuce was pretty wet. My mom's was perfect. The size is actually really nice! The bowls are deep. The chicken was great and the shrimp was okay.

Was really surprised with the steak we got with our order. It was paper thin and nothing like the photos. Dinner rolls were in with the steak and covered in juices. Tasted good, but for the price, I probably won't be back.

I couldn't believe that a place like this would have decent steak. I was so glad I tried it because I was wrong. The food is amazing. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. I now eat here so much they know me by name when I come in.

Great steaks and friendly staff. Usually the owner is working and makes me feel like my business is appreciated. The grilled jalapeno peppers with bacon and cream cheese are delicious.

I waited an hour from my order. When it came it was incorrect. The driver said he would take it back and fix it. an hour and a half later. I called asking where my food was. They still had not remade it. Finally it was delivered and was correct and was offered a $5 coupon off next time. The problem is you didn't fix the problem this time so why would I come back? This is a shame because I really like this place

Normally I love this place, but today's visit was a bit disappointing. The steak tips were a bit undercooked and definitely lacked the normal yummy steak out seasoning flavor I am accustomed to. Also, the garlic mashed potatoes are NOT edible...looks like clumpy soup vs a fluffy mash they usually make. Portions of all 3 including salad were smaller than previous. Maybe they have changed some things with the times, but still disappointed.

I ate here awhile back and all I can remember is how amazing it was! Would it be possible for you to post where your truck for events will be? I would go to the event just to have your food! Best ever!!♡

Ordered the monster cheddar and bacon burger with no mustard, no ketchup. Also some wings and macaroni and cheese. Food was delivered 15 minutes before the estimated time and was hit and fresh. Burger was absolutely delicious and cooked exactly how I ordered it. Macaroni was hot and wings were tender and hot. Not sure how I never knew about this place before today. Will definitely order here again!!!

We ordered delivery, so cannot rate atmosphere. The food was hot, cooked as requested. Everything was great! Props that everything we ordered was in the bag exactly the way we wanted it. Delivery was prompt, actually a bit earlier than expected. Excellent first time experience!

I was a little skeptical when I saw the menu prices.. how can good food be that cheap? But it was excellent . I had delicious steak tips, a fluffy baked potato and a yummy side salad plus a dinner roll. So good! Great bargain! Thanks 😊

Always quick and delicious. The price is average for steak buy the food is delicious and you can get delivery and eat a delicious steak meal in 30 minutes at home. PERFECT FOR LAZY WINTER NIGHTS.

I ordered a 10 oz ribeye steak it was not 10 oz it was a crushed 8 oz steak at best. Less than half inch thick what a joke.

Steak was the flattest piece of meat I’ve ever seen. Every time I order it’s a disappointment. Called steak out but you have the worst steaks.

This rating is for the gal that took my order for lunch. Super professional, her voice made me glad I chose them. FOOD WAS HOT...I don't have complaints for this visit. But then we ordered the next night and it was not great....but I'm not going to allow the guys that night to overshadow this young gal. She does NOT DESERVE it.

Steak out is a neighborhood restaurant that we have frequented for years. They are within walking distance of the house. Didn't order burgers this time went with steak tips and ribs. They were really good. Used to be delivered in 15 minutes due to us being so close to the store..now takes almost an hour.

I just stopped in spur of the moment to use my free slice of birthday cake offer. Though they were extremely busy, as they always are, they were friendly and let me know they'd be just a minute, which I greatly appreciated. I inquired if they delivered to the Southwest side of Sioux Falls since I had just moved there from the Northeast, where they're located. They assured me they did, anywhere in town, as well as several other nearby cities. They let me know there is a minimum order for out of town deliveries. No charge anywhere in town except for a fuel surcharge, which has become the standard nowadays. I have always had good food, and speedy good service for the many many years I have ordered from them and this experience was no different!

I whole heartedly believe the people that work here deserve a raise. They’re always so generous with making sure I have everything needed and the quality of service is great. I’ve never ever had an issue ordering from here! If I chose to pick up they sometimes bring my drink out while I wait. Will always be a favorite. Plus the food is great, just went back as of 02/28/22, my reviews remains the same. Customer service is fantastic, the food is delicious.

Great food, great delivery. Terribly inconsistent in receiving everything you have ordered. Salads and sides are missed most times. The past two orders they've missed our potato sides. It seems like there might be other places to order from where you can get your whole order.

Order was told would arrive in 30-45 minutes, after a hour plus I called back to the store wondering when my order might arrive. The driver had delivered the food to the lobby door of my apartment building but failed to call me notifying me that he had arrived. Got food and of course items are missing, which sadly happens about 30% of the time but they will correct that if you notify them. Waiting for my missing items thinking no way the wouldn't call me notifying me of their arrival this time, wrong again. So now I eat my cold food about 2 and a half hours after I originally made my order.
