Four of us for dinner, all steaks were super over cooked. (Like smack it with your knife and it sound like a rock) Waitress was fantastic besides the fact she didn’t notice none of us ate our steaks and didn’t question why we didn’t. It’s turned into a fast food restaurant in my opinion. We all like fast food but not when it comes at a price point of 200$ and you leave and have to go home and make another dinner. Our last meal, or for better words are last time Having the one consistent thing they do (the bread). We will not be going back, hope everyone else has better luck than we did.

Manny was incredibly disrespectful. My best friends and I come every year to split an appetizer and have some rolls. We came about an hour before closing, and we usually get 6-8 baskets. We have never had issues ever before, but Manny rudely told us we have to pay if we want more buns. That was no problem to us, but he neglected to return to the table after dropping off our appetizer. He didn't even give us an opportunity to order more. we always tip 150% - 200% or even more, depending on the service. We waited for Manny to return to the table so we could give him his tip, it took 25 minutes of waiting. I had to use the restroom, i walked past and he was sitting on his phone. That's where i learned his name, because he didn't stay at the table long enough for us to learn. Worst time i've ever had here.

We visited Texas Roadhouse on 1/24. There was 8 in our group. It was busy but the server was good and was very attentive to our table. It took quite a long time for our food to come and when we finally got food it was only part of it. Everyone at our table got the main course (steak and chicken fried chicken), but we were told the potato sides would be a few minutes behind. The steaks were cold when we got them and 10minutes later when we finally got our baked potatoes, they were hot but not fully cooked. They were still hard. When we were finally able to track down our server we were just ready to leave so we got to go boxes and to take the cold undercooked food home. The manager came over and we told him what had taken place. He adjusted the bill and apologized. We were not there to get discounted food, we were there for my husband's birthday and to have an enjoyable meal like we have in the past. My husband's birthday was relayed to the server 2x and was forgotten. This visit and the food was very disappointing.

As usual, the food was good, and there were plenty of leftovers. I ordered a sirloin steak, requesting it rare, but it was cooked to medium. Still, it had good flavor and was tender. Our table was positioned right next to the kitchen, where the noise level was high, and the visible area appeared messy and somewhat unclean, creating an unappealing atmosphere. Overall, the experience met my expectations. I appreciate being able to visit a restaurant and receive a consistent experience each time.

The staff here are so sweet and amazing! Special thanks to Morgan for her excellent service and ensuring we had a great visit. This was our second visit with family. They give you large servings of food, and check on you frequently to make sure all is well. The atmosphere is loud on busy nights so take that into consideration. Overall recommend!

It's rare I'll give a 1 star, but it was the attitude. Party of 6, 5 dishes were good, but the cheeseburger ordered well done came medium rare, it was bad. Took 5 min for a waitress and over 10 min for them to cook the same burger correctly, not a new one. In the end they said sorry about that. I wasn't expecting it for free, but an offer to deduct it would have been nice. When I mentioned it to the person at the front they didn't seem to care. They were more concerned about the birthday hoots and hollers, so I said I'll just post a review.

I always enjoy a visit to the Texas Roadhouse, and especially the one in Sioux Falls. Always meet a great bartender and the bar stool conversations are some of the best. The best ribeye and loaded sweet potato out there.

The steak was seasoned and cooked well. The bread rolls were fresh and soft. Service was pretty good. Overall, delicious, recommend this place for anyone that wants a good meal with friendly service.

Decided to sneak in for an early lunch today after a workout at Crunch fitness. I was able to get on the wait list online and check-in on line. It was nice. We were seated very quickly. As they seat you, they give you a basket of bread. Unfortunately, we had to ask the waitress for fresh bread. Ours was cold and not delicious. She brought some warm, fresh bread and it was all good. The Cinnamon butter is so good. We ordered a Strawberry and a Mango Margarito along with steak kabobs and a Roadhouse burger. The Margaritas were excellent. Huge glasses, strong enough, perfect. Both meals were cooked exactly how we requested. Food was solidly delicious. Overall, the experience and food was very good. Definitely no complaints. Price was good. For 2 of us with a tip, it was $55. No reason I can see that I wouldn't come back.

My Chicken Fried Chicken was melt in your mouth good with the exception of a rubbery piece or two. Mashed potatoes and corn were as delicious as always. The boyfriend enjoyed his steak, cooked to order, no complaints about his baked potato and fresh veggies of broccoli & carrots. Server was attentive and friendly. Apologetic at the 32 minute wait for our meals. The manager came by and offered us her apologies and a discount for the wait. Our server took $10 off which was very nice. To be honest, although we knew it was taking awhile, we just chalked it up to how busy they always are late Saturday afternoon. We didn't notice since our server made sure we had everything we needed in the interim - drinks & rolls! Chive TV showing in the bar area where we were seated kept us amply entertained!! We personally do not care for the loud music competing with trying to carry on conversation, so the atmosphere will always get the lowest score. However, we do greatly enjoy the birthday celebrations!

I stopped in for lunch and ordered a ribeye, baked potato, and house salad. All of the food was good and consistent with other Texas Roadhouse restaurants I have been to. The server was very attentive, friendly, and overall very good with her customers. I have always felt that the steaks that Texas Roadhouse serves are good at a fair price, and this location is no different. If you have not checked them out, you should give them a try.

Great apps and menu item choices! Service and atmosphere were also good. The ribs were over cooked this time for me but it was an off day apparently, but every visit has been awesome!
