This was our very first visit to Noodles and Company. We were not disappointed. I had the tortellini, hubs had the spicy beef noodles and we shared the potstickers. Yum yum, everything was delicious. Can wait to return. Great customer service as well. Overall, an A+ rating.

Oodles of noodles and zoodles! First time to a noodles and company for us, we all said we would eat here again so it was a keeper. The five of us each tried something different, they all were fantastic. Service was great and everything seemed clean. We were there during the rush so this place was hopping pretty much the whole time.

As Korean, the spicy Korean beef noodle is very disappointing. It's too watery, too salty, noodles are mushy and I don't know why cilantron needed in this flavor. Just Do better.

I normally have always good experiences at this restaurant with good service and great food. Today my friend received her food (buttered noodles) and found a hair in it. She told the manager, Laura, and she just replied with “oh” and did not apologize for the error. As another bowl was brought out to her, she again failed to apologize and didn’t even bring out silverware. Not a very good experience at Noodles and Company today.

I ordered a single serving of pesto cavatappi at 7:30, and didn't receive my order until 8:10 (That is after I had to remind them of my food order three times). They had lost my ticket. Multiple other guests that arrived after me received their food long before I did. The employees were scrambling all over the kitchen and were very unorganized with little care or urgency. I wasn't even offered anything additional for their mistakes. There seemed to be no supervision or organization for that matter in this establishment. I definitely do not recommend wasting your time here.

The zoodles are everything I want and so much more! It's always fresh and filling. I appreciate the gf options. Do yourself a favor and get the rice crispy. They are huge and taste great! *Edit* Came back again today.... 2 months later. Still fantastic!

Food reminds you of something you'd microwave. The register and cooking area is open, so you hear a lot of banter between the cashier and the cooks. Price is a bit high for the amount of food that you get. Parking is very good as there is a lot of open parking. There were no straws or napkins out when I went.

Good enough to fill that carb need, the potstickers sauce is very chili and salt forward, the potstickers were pretty good, pesto chicken kinda plain, the ziti was on the spicy side and decent.

I love noodles and company. Always fast and friendly, and any mistakes are corrected quickly without issue. I just enjoy the food. Good Sunday afternoon comfort food. I had Wisconsin Mac n Cheese and the Pesto Capatovi with extra noodles. Pesto usually has tomatoes, but I am allergic to them.

I wish they could get enough labor to keep washable dishes. But the food is one of the healthiest quick meals for the money. With treats too

Ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles to go for lunch. Food was okay. Service was okay. Price tag was decent for a lunch bowl. Nothing amazing, but gets the job done.

I came into order my food. I come here a lot and get food. I walk in and instantly hear the cooks yell don’t take there order. The front guy was kind enough to let me know that they were trying to catch up on orders. The cooks were very rude and we had to wait over 20 minutes to order. I am not impressed with the service and how rude they were. I understand having online orders but at least take care of your customers inside

This is one of the worst place to eat. Don't eat there at all. The food is artificial, and isn't made natural, also noodles eww. They team staff argue to much when waiting for my food. Asked how long my food will take the manager said it'll be out in sec like I need a eta on my food! Rude but I said okay I'll accept it and once I left I threw it away. This job need big bosses help lack of help lack of communication poor customer service. Y'all should read this before eating here help this place or I'll go down hill!

No mat in the front foyer, someone is going to fall. Watched a cook take his fingers and run them through his hair both sides.(he had a visor on w long hair) he then proceeded to scratch his scruffy face. Never washed his hands and continued cooking. Gross! Out of root beer, get Dr. Pepper instead, back for a refill and out of Dr Pepper. Guess I'll have a coke. Food was blah, kid portions are way too small and broccoli should never be served cold unless on a veggie tray. Spent 60 bucks and two of the three kids are still hungry..None of the food was hot either. I'd ask to speak to a manager, but doesn't appear to be one here. You'll have to win me back if I'm ever to return. O for 2.

The menu has changed a bit since my last visit (in Colorado) so my favorite item wasn’t offered anymore. It was very difficult for my wife to narrow down a vegan and gluten free option and when we thought she finally did, it had gluten and she had to return it for something else. The spaghetti on my spaghetti and meatballs had that starchy film on them you get when you don’t rinse the noodles after cooking them which left me disappointed with my fallback choice since they didn’t have beef stroganoff anymore.

As normal the food is excellent. However, the workers could use a little bit more personality when they're speaking to customers. I promise being kind, will not hurt a person.

The food as always was great, but there were no mushrooms in either of our dishes (Japanese pan noodles and alfredo Montamore) and our cashier never advised us they were out, no signage etc. Also, she did not ask about my rewards membership so I figured I'll just upload my receipt, but that is not an option, so I got no rewards. I felt the service was less than acceptable.

The kids like going here, of course. But there are some decent options for adults to enjoy, and the flavors are decent for a fast casual chain restaurant. The service has always been relatively friendly and always fast.

Place was too busy to serve us. We had to demand to be served. They were all working on On- line orders. They told us they couldn't take anymore orders. When we ordered. We were not told of 86 list, I used to be a restaurant manager. This is the biggest cluster fork of a restaurant. I ordered creamy tortellini, in a garlic sauce. It was ice cold and virtually no sauce. Your chicken noodle soup was so greasy. Anyway first and last visit. Your help stands around and talks. Especially my pal Ivan The Red( he forgot our side of broccoli TWICE).I asked for a cloth to clean our table. Dr. Dred handed me spray and paper towels. We asked to see Manager.. She was outside thru out this extremely busy time. No time left for Noodle Company who runs out of noodles. Love to all. My calm cool Dude with glasses was sweet and attentive.

My family and I (two adults, four kids) have dined at Noodles and Company in Sioux Falls several times. The food is always good but the restaurant is never very clean and the staff is not friendly. Today, we arrived at 4:30 pm. Not a single customer in the store. An overflowing garbage receptacle, food all over the floor under tables, dirty tables and several employees behind the counter standing around. When the person working taking our order (face completely covered by a face wrap and not friendly at all) turned and bent over to get kids milks from the cooler, half his bare rear end was hanging out of his jeans. My kids all saw his butt crack. That’s just gross. I can understand that a dining establishment gets messy….but in between busy times employees should be CLEANING. Makes people wonder what it looks like in the back where the food is prepared.

Beware if putting in to go orders...took 40 mins to start prepping a To-go order for DD! I mean, Would it have taken as long if I went and picked up myself and sat there?? Usually when I do pickup the DD ones are ready b4 mine when I'm waiting... I also think portion sizes continue to get smaller and smaller here. The chicken parm is new and new to me..doesn't look near as appealing as the pic and noodles are definitely dry and kinda tough..like it was baked and reheated. DD driver tho was awesome..followed directions to get here, first time ever!

Put onions/scallions on my pasta. Normally doesn't come with it. Online order. So didn't know till I got home. I would of called. But don't want to be that person. My wife will eat it. I got the Buffalo chicken Mac. Doesn't say there is onion on it, so I wouldn't of know. To have them keep it off. After looking into it more. I had asked my wife, who did the ordering, if there was a place to remove the onions. She said no. But in looking at the app there is. So I have changed my review. Thank you for getting back with me. Oh and the link you sent, does not work.

Who eats here? I ordered Korean Spicy noodles. Noodles were overcooked. They're gummy. They're portions are embarrassingly expensive. A regular portion is the size of a small at Teriyaki Madness and that place tastes like jank anyway. Ramen noodle is substituted for a glass noodles, that's fine as it's a very common substitute to change the texture of the dish but the stir fry was overcooked. So the asian menu is pretty weak which just means their mac dishes and tortellini dishes are probably overcooked and overcooked to oblivion. This place is a pass, hard pass. For the same price you can go to HyVee pick up a jar of kimchi and glass noodles and make Korean 10 minute noodles. Not the place to take a lunch date. Just go to Jersey Mike's across the street.

This was my first time at a noodles & Company location, The food was very good but it was not a large portion for the price. I have heard that before COVID the portions were larger, but since they were serving in the takeout containers portions were smaller but the prices were not. Seemed to be a little overworked inside, but that's pretty much standard for food service now. The service was very good and speedy considering that.

Hadn't been here for a very long time as they always seemed to be closed, but finally was able to make it on a day they were open. Pretty disappointing. It's rare that I've left a restaurant actually hungry after eating an entree, but Noodles managed to make that happen. They literally should rename their servings to reflect more accurately what they are. A snack- size and small are appropriate. Incredible difference in serving sizes than in the past when I was here. The Mrs got pesto, it was bland not nearly enough sauce to cover noodles. Seems to have been made by someone who is not familiar with how pesto should look and taste. I got tortellini, which I have to admit, was good and flavorful. It was, however, about $8 for 8 tortellini, seems excessive to me. They were good, but not that good. Service was good, people were friendly, so that was a plus; though that doesn't really make up for the rest of the disappointment.

What a circus. Shortly after getting line, 2 employees start fist fighting in the back. Which in turn resulted in us staying in line for 15 before our order was taken.....we were 2nd in line. One of the cooks came back and let be known he probably has a broken knuckle but he was ok.....whew...lol. the police show up.... a "classy" experience. Also service was insanely slow. Took 40 mins to get our food. No way to give 0 stars

Hadn’t been to this place in a long while. Good food. Regular size was a lot of pasta. Music was great. Bathroom might a good makeover, it was decent, clean. Went in, little while later some lady, my husband said one of the employees, tried the door, it was locked…and then obviously unhappy, childishly hit the door pretty hard. Ok…so you can’t wait, husband said she ran into the men’s bathroom so he had to wait. Some people these days. Maybe get more stalls? I dunno…
