Ordered 2 pizzas. One didn’t taste right & we called to get it fixed & the “Owner” said it was our fault for waiting to long to eat it & blamed us for the poor quality. As someone who worked at pizza ranch in Brandon & knows Aaron who owned it when I worked there, he should be embarrassed this is how they treat their customers now. A $20 pizza was made wrong next time fix the problem. I was more than willing to even bring the pizza in so they could see. But no you blame us for your mistake.
We love the food and the variety of buffets. The only issues we've noticed at the 41st Street location in Sioux Falls as we were eating is seeing the buffet attendant eating out of the buffet. He'd circle around the buffet pick food out of there and hold in his hand and walk away from the buffet to put the food in his mouth. He did this several times as we're eating. It just turns our interest away from eating there. We had also noticed a worker bring chicken out to put in the buffet and started to clean his ears out with his fingers then proceeded to put the chicken in the pan. That was it. I was full and felt nauseous after seeing that. These workers obviously do not know this is wrong. People who come to eat want to enjoy their meal and not see things like this around the.food area. It just does not make it appetizing to want to return.
This Pizza Ranch is very large and spacious and very welcoming to Service Dogs! The manager and employees were gracious and helpful in also offering and bringing our Service Dog a bowl of water. The chicken was fried to perfection, many choices of pizza, several choices of potatoes which were all delicious, macaroni and cheese was perfect, chicken noodle soup was yummy, salad bar was fresh and extensive, desert bar was tasty with chocolate chip and fruit pizza's and of course chocolate and vanilla soft serve ice cream. Serving yourself was so easy since the various stations for food were separated with plenty of room so you never felt crowded even though it was during a lunch hour. Drink choices were also numerous including root beer. We came to Sioux Falls from Iowa for an errand and will remember this Pizza Ranch whenever we return.
I’m only giving it a good rating because this location is usually pretty great all around, but this last time I went there was a creep making balloon animals and he kept talking to my girlfriend like a creep and asking where she lived and how old she is. She’s 14 by the way (I’m 15). Luckily we were there with friends and my best friend was with her when it happened.
Happy to see the pizza buffet thriving! Corey was very attentive and friendly. Ashton was extremely helpful when I needed a hair tie. Hawaiian pizza was not the best, but the buffalo chicken made up for it. Good to see great service in SF.
I would always recommend eating the buffet at the restaurant rather than ordering online for pickup or delivery. We've tried the pick up twice on Mother's Day to avoid the crowd inside. Last year, our potatoes were all biscuits. This year, I checked the potato container before leaving the parking lot. Arrived home and discovered the extra money we paid for white meat chicken was billed, the receipt said all white meat, but half of the 8 pieces were dark meat. We'll not do pickup or delivery again.
Chicken and pizza. Mac and cheese. Chicken fingers. Soups. Salad bar. Desert bar. You wait on yourself. Arcade for kids is a bonus, but expensive, and the prizes are a joke. It takes many trips to accumulate enough for even a dollar store valued prize. It's very discouraging for kids. Come on guys! It's for kids! Be a little more generous. You can go drop 20 bucks a trip in there, plus another 70-80 bucks to feed 4 people and not have enough tickets to even get the most moderately cool prizes. Plus, the attendant screwed my 10 year old out of 70 tickets! Not cool. But hey. At least you taught him a lesson about how the world works? Come on Man!!! We're better than this.
Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was good and hot. Salad bar was restocked constantly. As well as the hot food. This place was super busy with a line out the door to get in and seated, but service was great.
