    We eat here around once a month and we have only had one bad experience here in the years that we have visited here. The interior is wide open with some booths and tables for seating. The staff is nice and the place is usually clean. If you order online for carryout skip the line and go directly to the register on the right.     The workers looked really unhappy. Like not just normal unhappy, but seriously unhappy. This is generally a good sign of poor management. If the staff is unhappy, the food usually follows suit. In my case, the food was cold and my girlfriend's burrito bowl was soupy. Edit: The owner responded! Hello! I'll come back and if all of the workers look happy then I'll change my review to 5 stars. Anyone can make a mistake, but the best people can recognize and fix a mistake. Cheers!

    I came in earlier this week and a young man named Kyle made my food. Not only was this the best service I’ve ever had at this establishment, but my food was amazing. Give this youngin a raise!

    We ordered online and picked up in store. The line was long if you were doing walk in service. But the workers tried there best and were efficient. They also had 2 lines of food going. One for online orders and one for in store. Seemed smart. Food itself was great. I don't eat out often but may do this again. Prices were expected.

    One of my favorite places to eat and never had an issue until today when I came in to a "manager" aggressively snapping at staff members in front of customers. The shame and embarrassment on the staff members was so heartbreaking to see. I don't know the back story behind it all. But I rather it be done in a professional manner than to have these two workers be publicly embarrassed.

    The middle-aged female employee that made our order on Sunday (8/11) afternoon was rude and aggressive—she threw a filled queso container to the side when a member of our group tried to explain they were trying "Complete their Meal" as opposed to ordering a separate side of chips and queso, told them they "can't have that" and filled a smaller container with queso. She also glared at us throughout the ordering process and made it seem as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering meals. Terrible customer service experience.

    The sad truth is a bunch of teenagers with minimal training work here and the patron suffers. They had no lettuce, they had run out of pinto beans and the worst offense is they don't know how to roll a burrito. It was a misshapened softball, at best. I literally suggested they take time to practice rolling a burrito now, when o one else was in the restaurant and all 3 of them giggled. Do better, QDoba or you won't have our business. I'm sorry. I wish it was a better experience

    Food was delicious as always. But there was an older lady on the line in a manager shirt. She was VERY rude. From the time we walked in she gave us and everyone else that walked in the DIRTIEST look. It was almost scary asking for your toppings. I asked for extra lettuce because she gave me literally 5 pieces and grabbed the lettuce so aggressively. This is the second time she has been this way. If she hates her job that much maybe she should consider getting a new one. The younger man on the line (yellow shirt) doing the hot food was SO nice he made the experience better:) But again the food was amazing!! We were there on Saturday 4/6 around 12.

    Good place for lunch or a work meeting. Met a client here and got some chips, quac, and salsa. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and chips tasty.

    I came here and got a “steak” bowl. The meat did not look like steak and did NOT taste like steak. I told them it tasted/ looked like pork (I cant eat pork because of my religion) and they told me it was steak and that they couldn’t do anything about it. I did not pay $10+ for a steak bowl for it to not even be right. Highly dissatisfied, the customer service needs to be worked on. They gave me attitude while telling me it “is steak you should be safe”. I wish I could take a tip back, I sure would. Not what worth my tip. Be better.

    We got an email about a deal that was a buy one get one free entrée and we had planned to come here for dinner for over a week because of that deal. We placed an order and it was to be ready at 6:15 PM. It is currently 7:10 PM and we still do not have any food. Customers came in and left with their food through the line faster than placing this online order. Why send out emails for these kinds of deals if you do not have the staff nor ability to accommodate these types of promos? I will never plan to utilize something like this ever again because it was just a money grab from this restaurant. Waiting over an hour for “fast food” when the order should’ve been ready to go when we walked through the door is absolutely ridiculous. This entire experience made me never want to be a QDOBA customer again.

    Yummy salad. The citrus vinaigrette is delicious. Staff was super friendly. They were a little behind on cleaning tables.

    Qdoba did an outstanding job catering for our volleyball program! Their team was prompt, friendly, and incredibly accommodating to our needs. The food was fresh and perfectly suited to fuel our athletes. We especially appreciated the variety of options available, which catered to different dietary preferences. Overall, their excellent service and delicious meals made a significant impact on our event, and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

    Very rude employee, she took my order with the worst attitude ever. It ruined my day because at 8 months pregnant the last thing I want to do is go somewhere with rude employees, it has stressed me out and now my food tastes bitter.

    ordered delivery thru qdoba website due to just having surgery. wrong order was delivered. called the store and the manager tried to blame it on the dasher when the sticker on the bowl said my name but was the wrong food. manager was rude and hung up. unprofessional

    They do not accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions, specifically the manager My mom and I come here for lunch usually once a week. Today, the staff was just awful. My mom has allergies to ingredients in the queso and carries an epi-pen. She ordered a nachos with no queso and they refused to ring it in as a nacho because there was no queso. It was the manager at the register and even after explaining it to him that there was an allergy involved, he and the entire team behind the counter stood there and argued with both the of us over the situation even after agreeing to paying for a bowl and extra for the chips

    Can't eat cheese? Don't want cheese on your nachos? Be prepared to get charged more. I can't have cheese but I love nachos! Unfortunately if I want chips and meat but no cheese you get charged more for less! That seems incredibly backwards. I used to be able to order nachos with the queso on the side so that I didn't have to pay extra for the chips, but now I'm forced to pay extra for the chips sans any Queso, which I didn't want to begin with. I love the food here, but the circus of hoops for me to order something I can eat is a huge problem for me.

    Honestly they're only getting 3 stars for the food. The 2 dudes running the line did great even though they were super busy and no one was helping. The manager DEFINITELY hates her job and was rude to everyone that she was ringing up.

    I used to work at this location, we always served people in a nice and friendly way, and even got to know our customers when I worked here. Now, everyone on the line is pretty grouchy and rude like they don’t want you to be ordering anything from them. It’s a very unwelcoming place at this location, I would recommend going to either other location in town. They also make the food like they don’t care that you’re eating it, very soggy quesadillas like they were taken off quicker to move us along, even though there wasn’t a line behind us or anything. More expensive, poorer quality.

    The employees were fairly rude. When I went to order, the employee stared at me waiting for me to order and he looked very unhappy to be there. He didn't greet me or ask me what I wanted, he just waited for me to tell him what I wanted. I went out to eat with a friend and they were at the register trying to pay and asked me what I was getting. When that happened the employee was getting annoyed and kept asking what else I wanted on my order. After all of that, when we went to sit and eat, all of the tables were dirty. I have never had service like this. I really enjoy Qdoba and was overall disappointed in the service.

    One star is being generous for this location. Their customer service is some of the worst in town. The employees are so rude and nasty to customers. They seem bothered that someone came in to order. Not to mention they consistently mess up your order which is hard to do when your standing there telling them each item to put in. I consistently go to Qdoba probably once a week, but I will drive to 41st location just to avoid this awful establishment.

    they REFUSED to make my cheese quesadilla when there was 30 minutes until they were closed. that is terrible customer service and i will not be coming back to this qdoba. they also shut the open sign off 5 minutes early. it made us feel uncomfortable so we had to go eat out in our cars

    I absolutely love Qdoba but will never be back to the location on 57th & Louise. Every single time I’ve been to this specific location, the staff is nothing but rude and snotty which is completely unacceptable. It shouldn’t be that hard to have common courtesy to others.

    This location is fantastic! The service, friendliness, and food quality is top notch, even after just finishing a Friday lunch rush. A BIG shout out goes to the team members who fulfilled our family order on 12/16 despite online ordering being down, and the delivery truck not showing up as scheduled with supplies. Thank you for the positive attitudes and great food!

    I had a $5. off coupon and was going to place online order and pick up. I had a problem getting the coupon to work. The person at front helped me but seemed frustrated. She got my husband's order correct but messed mine up. Some things were missing that I had asked for on my burrito. Went back up front and sge gave me the missing items to go on my burrito. The place wasn't busy. I guess coupon stressedher out, too.

    I’m usually not one to complain but the last few times I have been to qdoba have been terrible. First the western location now Louise. They didn’t even fill up half my bowl with food. It was probably $4 worth of food. Barely put any toppings as i asked for extra!! I did order pickup and will never be doing that again. Super disappointed in Qdoba.

    There should be a dress code for the workers. The lady making my order (and many online orders prior to me coming in) was wearing a long sleeve hoodie stained in various sauces. It was clear she had not rolled up her sleeves for the entire shift. Disgusting.

    called about my application for a cook & was offered a interview by a hiring manager but he said he's not gonna be there the day which was my interview and there was a different hiring manager on duty and he was not aware of my interview and was very rude about it and declined i had a interview in a very disrespectful, rude way. so much for being happy and looking forward to it.

    Very few items on the line were available, although it was 7pm, well before closing time. For manager reference, Dec 23 2033, your three female staff members were rude and bratty. One of my worst Qdoba experiences. And what is with this tiny serving of chips and quac?

    We ordered food from this Qdoba and the service was a complete joke. They charged us $34 for three dishes that did not include any beans. Every dish we ordered says it comes with beans and I ended up eating a veggie burrito that just had brown rice and gauc. $8.15 for a rice burrito? Huh? Then the manager refused to give me a full refund even though they messed up every dish that we ordered. So I got the worst service I have ever got in Sioux Falls when they messed up all of the orders in my family and then refused to refund our money. I will never go to Qdoba as long as I live. Chipotle is way better quality and service and they pay their workers better too. This place is a joke. The picture is my daughters burrito bowl for her birthday party. We paid over $34 for about $2 worth of brown rice and my wife got some chicken in her burrito. The manager, Keith, also laughed at me on the phone when I said I was never going to go Qdoba again. That’s how much they care about your business…

    I do have to say our experience was well beyond our expectations! We stopped in before the day we needed our food to check in and make any needed changes since this was our first time and we weren't sure what to expect. The store manager, Cory, was amazing! He came right out and shared his time with us, and though he was obviously busy, he showed us genuine care and helped us politely and with wonderful detail. I'd add that though he was thorough, he was also fast and we appreciated his dedication to service. On the day of the event, Cory was there again. Everything was super fresh, hot, and PERFECT! This was a huge part of the success of the appreciation lunch we hosted for our group of volunteers. HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to Cory for helping us show our beloved community of volunteers how much we appreciate them!! Your kindness and excellence will be remembered always!

    Whoever the lady was that was running the show (tonight at 6:00 PM) was offering expert-level customer service while training new team members. Takes a lot of effort to make every customer in line feel taken care of and she did that. Give her a raise.

    VERY pleased ! First time trying , I know .. terrible... I usually go to Chipotle . I'll absolutely be back however . My husband went in to grab my food after 10pm since I work late , he said the store was still very busy , food line was well stocked still and my bowl was made to perfection ! Bigger serving , fresh fresh food . Again , for a LATE night food grab , I lowered my expectations and they by far exceeded . Thanks y'all 🙃🙃

    I stopped in here for the first time in months. I ordered nacho’s with the chips on the side. The lady who took my order was pretty rude and acted as if everything was an inconvenience. I barely got any rice in my bowl. The staff just is not very friendly. I also don’t pay 12+ dollars to order nachos and basically get a bowl of soup made from queso. I also barely got any chips which I noticed when I got home. I probably won’t be back to this location. I noticed the same with the guy in front of me. He was asking for extra rice and meat because they don’t put a full scoop of anything in the bowl besides queso. The lady working was also rude to him.

    I’m not normally one to complain about anything, but stopped here (Louise location) around 5:10 on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was not busy. When I stepped up to the counter, the clerk greeted me and started my orders. Then a lady who was busy conversing with another employee was asked to help me. She was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. She was very short and curt with me. Often interrupting me and acting like I should know what everything was. When I got to the register to pay, I would’ve left a tip except she left a very bad taste in my mouth. So everyone else missed out on a tip because of her rudeness and lack of customer service.

    I've been eating at the Q since they arrived in Sioux Falls...nearly 20 years ago. I've never had a bad experience and though they have tried to add some odd menu options over the years, the foundation of tacos, burritos and queso have remained the same. Great stuff!

    With everything going on my boyfriend and I walked in and was rudely asked to be moved 6 ft apart but we came in together i understand if it was 2 complete strangers but if one of us has it chances are we both do just don’t appreciate being asked so rudely

    Super slow customer service and online ordering que is a joke. I placed an order at 11:30 and it took an hour to get made. I love qdoba but this specific location is so slow and makes online orders wrong frequently. Bums me out but won’t be returning to this location much more after today
