The food looked meh, but most authentic online. I ordered the carne asada it tasted like A & 1 SAUCE the rice was hard in some places I'm not sure if it was old and reheated or a little undercooked. The waitress was not tentative at all. Also mechalda was half full and no Ice I was disappointed. But the onions and jalapenos were perfectly fried.

Amazing service! Super clean and the portions were well sized for the prices! The staff were incredibly kind and acknowledged everyone at our table. Food was hot and prompt! Seasoned perfectly and not overwhelming! I love how everyone was courteous of each other and their surroundings! My family had a amazing time and I couldn't thank the staff enough for that!

Big portions and affordable prices! Kids meals for around 6$ and you cannot beat those prices! Parking is limited and shared with other establishments. However, don’t let that scare you off because there’s plenty of seating inside and the staff is very welcoming.

Best Mexican food in Sioux Falls - hands down. We've been eating here for over 25 years and the food & service have always been exceptional. Inca's entire staff do a great job of making you feel welcome and ensuring you have a great experience. We travel a lot and love to try local restaurants. We have yet to find Mexican food that lives up to Incas.

Best Mexican I’ve found in Sioux Falls! Fast and friendly service, good food, sizeable portions. I also like buying their salsa from Hyvee!

In my opinion this is the best Mexican restaurant Sioux Falls has to offer, the food is always hot and delicious, the horchata is just the right kind of sweet and for the most part the servers are all very caring, polite and well mannered workers who make you feel welcome when you come in for a quick meal or a family dinner. If you haven't been here before it's a stop you should make while in town

The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. It looked like they had maybe one or two large parties while we were there but things seemed to still go smoothly. Seating for 2 was fast and it was all very tasty.

Probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Sioux Falls area. Inca has affordable lunch specials, and their flavors are more authentic than most Mexican restaurants. They offer excellent options for those who have dietary restrictions.

My husband and I tried Inca about a week and a half ago, and then we returned this past week. We have been thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness (I have never before had silverware without spots in a restaurant), the efficiency, and the happy atmosphere. The employees work well together and are cheerful. They know their regular customers and greet them coming and going. It's obvious they and their customers have a mutual warmth. Don't focus on the pictures in the menu; in my opinion they aren't appetizing at all. We waited with baited breath our first time to see how the food would look, and the menu pictures don't do the food justice. The food is made to order, and is hot on arrival. The restaurant can also make accommodations such as gluten-free, and my husband, who doesn't like red sauce, has been ordering the burrito with queso and an a la carte taco. I have been ordering a burrito with an a la carte tamale. In the past, I have had tamales that were more masa than filling or were dry or gummy. These tamales are moist and have a good amount of filling. They are delicious. I won't mention the name, but there is a fast food restaurant where I get a burrito and tear away all the extra tortilla that isn't used and isn't necessary. The Inca burritos are filling and don't have wasted tortilla as part of the offering. If there is one detractor for me, it is the rice. It tastes good, on the bland side, but good; the issue is when the plates are put under the heat, it makes the rice crunchy. In the future I plan to ask if the rice can be put on after the plate comes out of the heat. We enjoy the food and staff. We hope you do, too.

The restaurant is very bad, the tacos are a disaster, the tortillas full of fat and the meat with a cardboard flavor, the service is also very bad,

Took my family there for the first time hearing from everyone it’s great. Everything was good not great only bad dinner was mine. I ordered the seafood platter and it said it has fish, crab, scallops and prawns trust me don’t waste your money!! Baby shrimps, didn’t see any scallops or fish and definitely no prawns, they told me they chop up the seafood but that’s not what the picture showed. Save your time and money and go Aztecas for better Mexican food

Salsa too mild, almost marinara sauce. We had the Mole Enchiladas that were good. The Enchiladas Suizas were also good. The Tamarindo drink was on point but the Horchata was way too sweet.

They have delicious enchiladas, and all the shrimp dishes we've had are amazing! Highly recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp, you won't be disappointed! Also, I heard I need to try their Tacos al carbon. (Pictured) Great service and food. The owner is very friendly and likes to check in on how you're enjoying your meal. We will definitely be back regularly.

I really enjoyed this place until we got our check. We changed our sauces on our enchiladas, burritos etc to cheese sauce and they charged an extra $2.50 per item!! An extra $10 on our check. Not happy. It ruined the whole experience. My daughter ordered a burrito by it self. No sides and we got charged $6 plus $2.50. THAT IS INSANE. It would have been a little smoother if the waitress would have warned us. ⚠️ Also, we went big fans of the hot sauce. It wasn't spicy at all.

It had been quite some time since I'd eaten at Inca. It was as good as I remember! If you haven't been there for a while, or if you've never been there, I'd recommend stopping over for some great Mexican food!

This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend, so we thought we would check it out. The food was great. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and our waitress was top-notch. We were also impressed by the number of awards they had hanging on the wall from the community for great food. We will definitely go back next time we are in Sioux Falls.

This by far the best Mexican restaurant I’ve found in Sioux Falls! It’s so good I’m writing this review mid-eating! I’m a fellow Latino restaurant owner and I know what fresh and quality food tastes like! The flavor of the steak was amazing, the rice was delicious, the refried beans tasted burnt (although I was able to get over it when mixing it all together and making tacos) there horchata was so refreshing and the chips and salsa in the beginning was a hit! A random waiter even saw me finishing up the chips and salsa and by my last bite he ran to my table with more salsa! Then, my consistent waiter was named Anthony and he was very sweet and attentive to all tables! I’ll be coming back for some good food!!!!

The food was amazing and confirmed by Mexicans that this place is AUTHENTIC! The service was not the best. The example that contributes to poor review is our chip basket was empty and our waitress walked past our table numerous times without being busy on a different task, just felt ignored. The fajitas were wonderful and superb quality. I will be back. Also try the white cheese dip, it's also very good.
