    I have had several instances where even though taco johns is supposed to be all night they have told me there are closed despite not turning off there lights. Most recently it took over 31 minutes and never got food had to go back through drive through and got refund.

    This Taco John's was by far the best I've been to. The restaurant was so clean and modern and a joy to eat in. And oh by the way, the food was great. I had the shrimp mango street taco. AMAZING!!! My friend had the grilled chicken burrito. The staff were so pleasant and friendly. We will definately go back soon!

    I ordered 6 burritos at 4:50 in the morning, the gentleman was kind,but the woman who brought my food out held my food back so I couldn't reach it and gave me a lecture for not ordering ahead of time ( the lot was empty) and she didn't give me the correct order anyway! She was extremely aggressive and I hadn't said a word ,I will never forget her anger towards me

    I really liked going here. It was a pleasant 1st time for me. The food was hot and tasty. Before I finished making my order, my food was practically ready. The customer service is on point.

    I don't like to visit a place and read it on one example, I have been here several times and have always found that the attitude for the drive-thru is about their ratings not about serving the customer. The food always seems to be rushed and sloppy and condiments that you've asked for twice didn't never show up

    I went there yesterday for supper. I went through the drive through. I ordered a # 5 beef, (Meat and potato Barito Meal) Medium, with nacho cheese and sour cream and an order of fried chicken for my Dog. with a Dt. Pepsi. They gave me my food and I drove away. I went to take a drink of my soda and realized they forgot to give me my Dt. Pepsi. so I pull over, (I was already almost home which is quite a ways away) I look in my bag to make sure I got everything else. NO I did not! I got fried chicken and cheese and sour cream. so I drive all the way back. Go thorough the drive thorough and tell them I was just here and what I had ordered (Exactly what I had ordered) the kid said, oh yeah I have your drink here you can just pull ahead. I pulled up and told them AGAIN what was all missing. they apologized, and got me my food. While they were making it the kid at the window gave me my soda. It was Dr. Pepper, not Dt. Pepsi. so he got me a Dt. Pepsi, with NO ice, so I gave it back again and said I would like Ice in it. he took it and threw away the entire soda and got me new??? Why??? Then my Food came. I looked to make sure everything was there and it was. I got home... and it was a bean Barito?? NOT the Meat and potato one I ordered and PAID for! I can not believe the complete incompetency of this crew!! I go here quite a bit and have NEVER encountered anything like this!!!! and you can't even file a complaint on line because their web site is gone.

    I love Taco John's. I love Taco John's breakfast. I'm embarrassed to admit just how much Taco John's breakfast I consume on the regular. But that is what qualifies me to know what to expect. This location's drive thru is always speedy and efficient and staffed with friendlier than usual Taco John's employees. But lately, the quality of food has slipped. The breakfast burritos specifically are missing their usual perfect blend of meat, cheese, potatoes and eggs. I had one today that was so dry due to almost no cheese sauce that it was almost inedible. It was also missing my customization of super hot sauce which is always dissapointing. As we all know, not getting orders correct in the drive thru can be super annoying. Hopefully some unsuspecting customer didn't receive my super hot breakfast burrito. Cmon Taco John's, you can do better.

    Restaurant is clean and bright, Food was fresh. Still fast food and can't beat a true Mexican restaurant, but holy cow, compared to any other Mexican fast food this is the dream! Thank you Mr. John for your great food.

    We had a coupon for 2 taco brovos for 5, limit 4. We got 4 and realized that they only charged us for 2 at regular price. Plus we ordered tatto oles with spicy cheese and it was still ovrer 30 dollars for two people. Plus they kept running the coupon through the scanner and it kept adding up the price. I don't know were you hire people, but they should have better training at cashier. We will new go there again. The taco bravo where soggy and so were the potatoes oles.

    Already overpriced and now they charge you $.30 to get your burrito grilled? $17 for a combo and a burrito! They literally add nothing and they don't even grill the things. We will never visit again.

    Had food called in went threw drive threw told me to pull ahead and watched 7 cars get food and leave went up to window he was extremely rude said there just now cooking it slamed the window closed still after 5 more min waiting 20 min for order that was online wow then tried to give me wrong order so after 20min still waiting it's now 1124pm on sun may 28th on east 10th st sioux falls

    Ordered 2 fish tacos and small potato oles. I was the only person in the restaurant so it seemed to take a long time. Food was excellent. The fish breading was a bit thick.

    10:35 pm Saturday the 11th of February just so y’all know who was working…. Tell that punk a s s kid working the drive through to fix his attitude. It’s not my fault that you didn’t do your job correctly. Not to mention this place is going down hill with their food quality. Definitely won’t be coming here anymore.

    I very rarely get taco John’s let alone any fast food, but I was hungry, so I figured I’d stop and picked up a quick bite to eat first off. I could not hear the employee through the intercom second off he kept telling me pull forward when I still had stuff to buy I figured OK maybe the food will be good they all fell apart so I’ve literally wasted $14 because I threw them away and decided to go home

    This was our worst drive thru experience yet (at 3am), and it seems like this location is getting worse each time we go. Our meat & potato burritos were cold, watery and flavorless full of soggy lettuce and one of them had only a tablespoon of meat in it! Our potato oles were undercooked and had no seasoning. And we were given only 2 little packets of hot sauce after we asked for some... What happened to the plastic containers with lids they used to fill up and give you? We decided to drive back there to let them know how really bad the food tastes and to get an actual meat & potato burrito with meat in it!! But after showing the worker the meatless burrito, she looked at us in disbelief and said "I'm the best cook they have here and I made that burrito and I've never had a complaint before", and then she just stood there silent, staring at us... My husband raised his eyebrows, sighed at her, and drove away. None of the burritos and oles were edible, and the worker had zero customer skills. We won't be going back there.

    I love Taco Johns. I always get a taco salad and bravos usually chicken on both and I've never thought anything but great tasting for either. Convenient 😉 Delicious 😋🤤 and great service.

    Dude working the drive thru was hilarious. We had never even heard of this chain before and I'm so glad we tried it. Although a bit pretty, we got tons of delicious food. Please move this chain out to CA Asap

    Went through the drive thru at around 2:30 am on a Friday night/Saturday morning. The food was delicious! The only issue was that they forgot some of our food so we went back through the line to have it corrected...but it happened again! We ordered an additional taco and donut bites (so good) and we got that but not the missing food. This time we stayed at the pull ahead to wait stop and one of us walked back to the window. Still, not an unforgivable experience since they were so busy and still super efficient.

    Thought I would beat the "bar rush" by waiting until 3am to go, but boy was I wrong, ended up going to the other location because the lines were horrible in the drive thru. Waited almost a half an hour to order and get our food.

    Always love the food but just found out they might not be bringing back the best dessert they've ever had.. the apple grande.. what the heck!! Come on Ted, first you only have during the holiday season now you want to get rid of it all together. Really? What is so bad about having something that people want and has been on your menu since taco johns started in Wyoming and there's still quite a few that have it still on their menu, so it's not a government regulation and if it is then prove it. I believe it's the owners decision on what is made and sold at the stores but you should consider what the customers like as well. Sorry for the rant but that's how I feel as I'm sure others who like the apple grande will agree. Thanks..

    I sat in the drive through for nearly 15 minutes and there was only two vehicles in front of me. When I finally made it up to the window my order hadn't been rung up and I had to give them my order all over again. Then when I got my food the potato olés were cold in the middle. Not sure if they just hired a bunch of new staff or what's going on. Hopefully their dine-in service is better than their drive-thru.

    Before I state here my feelings on the food here allow me to qualify my reasoning. I am from rural south Texas, born and bred and raised being fed Tex-Mex, and cuisine direct from Mexico. The food was very plain and bland. It was not enjoyable. I do not say this to be offensive and I apologize if it comes across as such. This food is not what I am used to.

    I usually hit this place two or three times a week in the morning for burrito. Good burrito. Good price. They keep running out of sausage before the burritos which really sucks. The other thing is I had a homeless person knocking on my car window at 4:30 a.m.

    Whoever helped us literally 15 minutes ago(Sept 3, 2022 at 4:00am), spoke over us, misheard us, and gave us the wrong order. We never ordered a drink and tried to get combos, but instead was told that WE were wrong. No one was around so there was no need to rush us. We went back through the drive through and she would act like she was forgetting what we asked her or what she asked us. Took an order in the middle of us trying to get our order fixed and she was overall not pleasant. :) Don’t appreciate the customer service and hope someone can talk to this individual.
