Water. Pure water added to the “Origninal sauce”. I love TJ’s. Seriously my cups of sauce pours and tastes like cold water…

We go there every Tuesday but for the last few weeks we've had to wait between 15 to 20 minutes for our food because they keep doing drive through orders. If thier money is so much better than mine I'll just go elsewhere.

I got a spicy steak and potato grilled was smaller than a soft shell taco and poorly made all the sauce was at one spot hardly even grilled. I also got a potato and beef taco poorly wrapped and wasn't even wrapped properly the taco itself so everything was falling out the only thing that was correctly made was the soft shell taco but even then there was a lot of lettuce wasn't worth 30 dollars and I only got 2 med combos it should have been only 20 at most

Very neat looking employees that kept service professional, quick and delicious. I am definitely satisfied with my Taco and the recommendations the server mentioned along with the huge door dash order they had whipped up for me in no time. Thanks TJ employees for kickin BETTS ;)

We couldn't get home fast enough to post this review - Sebastian took care of us this evening and was the nicest worker we've ever come across at ANY fast food facility. He was super friendly over the speaker and even nicer once we pulled up to the window. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Taco Johns is lucky to have Sebastian! :)

This place is just sad, orders used to be ready in under 45 seconds, the food used to taste better and was fresher, the service was better, the restaurant was cleaner and everything down to the last detail was so much better years ago, not to mention the prices are more than 4 times what they were just 4 years ago. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is an example of a failing business. Unfortunately this place just isn’t good anymore and I wouldn’t recommend going here and wasting your hard earned money.

This Taco John's was by far the best I've been to. The restaurant was so clean and modern and a joy to eat in. And oh by the way, the food was great. I had the shrimp mango street taco. AMAZING!!! My friend had the grilled chicken burrito. The staff were so pleasant and friendly. We will definately go back soon!

This specific taco johns does a decent job. Why is cheese for oles so expensive? This should be included with sides. I bet this cheese costs less than a penny to make and they charge almost 2 bucks. TACO JOHNS CORPORATE GET IT TOGETHER

I could really go for some delicious tacos right now. The crispy shells and savory fillings are so satisfying. Thinking about adding some salsa and sour cream is making me hungry. There's truly nothing better than tacos for a tasty and fulfilling meal. I might just have to treat myself to some today!

Every Tuesday I go to Taco John's for Taco Tuesday. Me and the girlfriend pulled up to the drive-thru and I ordered seven hard shells three soft shells and their new little donut bites or whatever they want to call and I can't remember and the total was 24 bucks with a small pop. When I arrive to the pay window I gave him my cash and turned right around without asking if I would like anything like hot sauces or anything like that. He then open the window again and asked if I would pull forward this is the first time ever at a Taco John's I had to pull forward I'm guessing because of the girlfriends donuts. We sat we sat there waiting like four more customers got their food and after 15 minutes they came out and we received our food I said I ordered a small pop and the lady was courteous enough to say I will go get that she came out with a medium pop which was very kind of them to make up for that but what I forgot to mention was when the guy asked us to pull forward I asked for plenty of mild sauce and he said I'll put it in the bag so when the lady went to get my pop we looked in the bag and had no sauce. When an employee returned with my pop I said I told the drive-thru attendant that I wanted plenty of mild sauce please he said I will put it in the bag. So when she returned I asked her if I could get some mild sauce because I told him that I needed some and he said it'd be in the bag and it wasn't there and I told her I was sorry I didn't look before she ran in to grab a pop. She said she would run in and get it but I told her I will just follow her in and grab it myself she walks straight to the back where all the employees were just standing around five of them at back table and I stood there at the counter waiting but I didn't think about was the trees right by the pop machine inside if you come in to get your food so I just turned after waiting a couple minutes and grab my own mild sauce from the containers and walked out. I have never had to wait so long for food at Taco John's ever and there's only a couple things to drive to attendance to do is take orders the cash and make sure people get their pop and their mild sauce with their food. We had no napkins no pop no mild sauce requested and sat and waited 15 minutes all the opener tacos and find the hard shells it became kind of mushy let alone the first two tacos I had had maybe a spoonful of meat and I mean a spoonful the rest of the tacos were fine a little soft I was disappointed at that nobody wants a mushy hard shell I should have just ordered soft but it was Taco Tuesday and they were little bit cold and this has to be the worst I've ever had at Taco John's. I've never had a complaint at the Sioux falls Taco John's or especially the one on 10th Street because they've always been super fast very courteous and always remember to put the sauces in the bag and I've never had to pull forward I don't mind pulling for it if I have to wait a few extra minutes but almost 15 minutes was a joke let alone barely any meat soft hard shells no sauce and no pop. the lady that brought me my pop was very kind by giving a medium instead of a small and was very nice to me but I was surprised that she just walked straight back instead of saying here sir is where you can get your mild or handed me mild from behind the counter like I thought they were going to do. I hope to never again have this experience at the Taco John's on 10th Street they've always been one of the fastest Taco John's and always put plenty of meat on their food but this time they lack the meat soft hard shells very forgetful and didn't seem to be very apologetic except for the woman that brought me the pop. I hope next time my experience will not be the same or I will stop going there but I hope not too cuz I've always been the best Taco John's I've ever been to so let's just hope it was a bad day and we'll forget the past and move forward. In just a second I would like to say since they switched from putting the mild and hot sauces in the little cups the stuff they put in the packets is not the same.
