Really want to give a 4 star but I can't. I'm really contemplating between a 2 and a 3. I'm going to say it's probably the staff shortage everyone is having but I know nothing about fast food industry. However I do know my money could have been better spent. Over 30 minutes waiting and order wasn't correct. After waiting and now no appetite cause we sat and drank soda before getting hangry during the long to wait. $23+ for 2 combo's. The burger is blah but at least the kid like his chicken strips. For the money spent, time waiting, and quality of food I would have preferred to go elsewhere. Hate throwing away money and that's what this feels like.

Dirty! My shoes were sticking to the floor, my pants were sticking to the seats. The bathrooms were dirty and had no fans. And to top it off, it was like 90 degrees inside! Not coming back, and wouldn't recommend.

I'm so disappointed we ordered two blizzards, and it took 23 minutes to get our ordered with a 5 minute wait to take the order, there was no line but however door dash took priority. A guest that ordered after we did got there meal. I feel that door dash needs it's own line.

I visited close to 5pm on March 28th 2023, and I had a great time. The place is super clean, the staff is super friendly, and their new Double Bacon Ranch was damn good! And of course, the ice cream was fantastic as well. Def will be coming back for more!

I NEVER leave bad reviews as I know what it's like to be a server in fast food and higher end dining but this was by far "collectively" the worst service I have EVER experienced. I walked in to employees at the front counter immersed in a cell phone, laughing and interacting, 3 feet from me. They looked up at me multiple times and looked back down at the phone. They didn't acknowledge me as a customer till THEY wanted to. The cook was eating while cooking customers food clearly in view of the lobby and customers without a care! A girl was working the drive through (the one with the cell phone when I walked in), moved with ZERO urgency or ENTHUSIASM and had ZERO regard for the fact that there were cars lined up to the street (which is why I came inside instead of the drive through). I waited about 20 minutes for my food and in the meantime the lobby filled up. My food was accurate, but sloppy and my fries, and cheese curds were cold straighten from the bag in the car. I will never go to a DQ establishment again. This was so bad. I don't trust who they employ.

Stopped in to pick up an ice cream cake. Two people just standing around looking at the people at the counter. The two in front of us got fed up and left with no food. We had to ask them to ring us up at the counter for our cake. It was an "inconvenience " for them to do their job. Everyone at 2 pm on 11/3 should be fired.

This place is pretty nice. The workers seemed fairly friendly. The burgers are decent but not the best. The chicken strip basket was delicious but the buttered bread they put inside was hard as a rock. The fries were soggy and tasted like they were fried in old frying oil. The ranch tasted good. The pretzel sticks weren’t the best the Queso was lacking flavor. I would come back again but I would only get the chicken strip basket and ask them to leave the buttered bread out of my chicken strip basket.

Man DQ is almost always great but this specific store really puts the plaque in the arteries. Gave it a chance 3 times, but each visit had seemingly widened the cracks of ruin this place has fallen into. Never a good sign when you are treated as if a ghost until you walk right to the front of the counter. As for the place itself it contains all the features of a sufficient Dairy Queen interior so no problem there. The real demon in this cathedral is the food. Ranch cups were half filled, pop machine left me with more questions then answers, burgers contained an odd crunch that left me looking for the cap'n. Fry oil must not be changed every week here as they were some of the saddest fries I have ever laid to my taste buds. Chili cheese dog was the best thing I have received here so do get that if nothing else. As DQ is one of my favorite quick and easy places to grab a good burger, it pains me to critique this location in what some might consider a harsh and unnerving tone. But at the end of the day I want nothing more than this restaurant to succeed and the only way for that to happen is address the clear and present problems and start to solve, like a math problem.

Went there last night and it was a mess. Go to the dairy queen on Marion if you want decent service - I've never had an issue over there. We were the only car here for a reason. - Had to repeat our order multiple times at the speaker because the guy was laughing when we pulled up and kept laughing when we tried to order. - Heard screaming inside when we pull up to the window. - Waited 10 minutes for our food - Spent $30 on two chicken strip baskets just for them to get the order wrong (no honey bbq) - Called them and they told us to come back today and they'd fix it. I did not expect that to be them handing us some honey bbq tenders in a bag. No fries, no drink with them unless we ordered them individually which is about the price of another combo anyways. Complete waste of our time. It's not really about the money, it's about the fact we drove 10 minutes to get here because my wife really wanted a specific order and they screwed it up, twice.

Had to wait about 25 minutes in the drive through. By itself not a big deal but the quality of my blizzards is really what was frustrating. I've never been confrontational so I said nothing. The medium was about an inch below the top of the cup but it was cold and he did flip it. The small was melted and FULL TO THE EDGE, he obviously did not flip that one. I HAVE TO DRIVE AWAY WITH IT LIKE THAT, it immediately is spilling over the edges and my cup holder is a mess. I wish I would've just gave it back. My girlfriend and I go the the one on Minnesota all the time but this location is close to my work. Never again going here. Added pictures, already started eating the medium since that one was mine. Should've taken a picture of that too.

Busy when i went there but the staff was on top of it all, serving customers very quickly so there was hardly any waiting at all. Food was good, like i remembered it. The chicken strip basket plus cheese curds and coke. Kinda of an odd commentb but I thought the coke was pretty tasty, they must know how to brix the soda fountain correctly.

So the food took a little longer to get to us than I would have liked but I think when I'm in a little more of a time crunch, then it becomes hard to be patient and that's on me so I really can't complain too much about that. They don't offer a gf bun and they have shredded lettuce for burgers so no lettuce burger so you'll be eating a burger with fork and knife if you need to eat gf. That being said, it was delicious. Not sure if it's just me, but every DQ I've gone to is always very cold inside. Maybe because they serve ice cream they keep the place super chill so you associate cool with them? Not sure but it always seems cold when I go in. Outside that, it was very tasty and the mini blizzard would have been a better size for me than the small but I always seem to order bigger than ai should lol. It was good food and the staff was friendly.

I give it a 3 because never a friendly smile and slow to service a customers orders in timely manner. Food is ok sometimes better then other days but I feel it's because night shift people seem lazy and don't want to clean as more worried about talking and playing around but I guess that's today's time.

For sure my worst experience ever dining at a dairy queen, perhaps my worst fastfood experience yet. Waited in line for nearly twenty minutes as workers wandered right past the register and none of them were at all friendly despite me still being courteous and waiting patiently for my order to be taken Food was standard dairy queen but some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced

I feel like all people ever do is complain about fast food or the service anymore and look down at it like it’s any easy job. Most restaurants/fast food are extremely short staffed and underpaid. I’ve done fast food and I’ve worked behind a desk so I can appreciate you workers who do what you can in the environments you work in! You’re doing a great job! My food was delicious, service was excellent and the ice cream hit the spot! Thank you!! Sorry for all the β€œentitled” guest you guys get!

Food was pretty good. They forgot they made our order though and brought out a second order. However, when we told them we had already received our order they seemed frustrated with us. They did not offer to let us keep second order (not that it was expected, just that is what usually happens in that incident). The tables were not clean and neither were the restrooms.

We have a family tradition of going to Dairy Queen after concerts with my in-laws and have been going to the one on 57th due to having family on that part of town for some time with great customer service. Each time we easily drop over $100 on food there. We decided to go to the Kiwanis one a couple concerts ago. This was after the first snow fall this season and the employees told us they are closing at 9 and that we could not stay and eat there, we have to get our orders to go. They also proceeded to lock the doors at 8:45 and forced my family to leave through the patio doors once we had or food and trudge through the snowy and icy patio area that had not been cleared of snow or ice.... I don't think we are going to visit this store again.

The workers are amazing and get your food made and brought to you in a timely manner. Overall I would suggest stopping by for a quick bite. Also the flavors of the month are worth trying.

My banana split was so small you had to move the banana to see the ice cream, hardly any topping. Save your money and buy ice cream from a grocery store. I'll never come back!!

Ice cream was great. Service was excellent. Paige did a great job and was extremely polite and professional. Our favorite DQ!

Stopped twice in past month. First visit was at 8:30pm, after waiting in line 17 minutes it was my turn...I was told they were too busy and we're taking no more orders. All I wanted was ice cream. The 2nd time I was in line at 8:35 pm, after waiting 10", I was told kitchen was closed but could have ice cream. If drive thru is going to be open till 9:00 pm, then have everything available. (By the way, my blizzards we're NOT turned upside down.) Had I gone somewhere else, and not wasted my time I would have had what I wanted. Which I will do the next time I want something.

I usually try not to give negative reviews, but twice I didn't have good customer service. The blizzards were good, but I didn't ask for whip cream on either blizzards and they charged for it. When I asked for lids one gal ignored me and cut me off saying "have a nice day" than closed the window. The last time I went they screwed up on the order when an sprite was ordered they gave me another drink that wasn't even a sprite. Than they are like "oh, okay" than grabbed the drink and fixed it, but than ended up giving two drinks the other drink that was handed to me was the same one before handing me my sprite. They were also rude and said "here you go" in a rough tone. Plan on not come back to this location.

It seems like if the temp hits 90 the drive thru goes out into the street. They do a good job of keeping the line moving pretty fast. The ice cream is amazing and the cupcakes are truly one of the best desserts around.
