Very delicious and filling. The hamburger buns are homemade. The burger is amazing. The pickles and other toppings are fresh and crisp.

I’m in visiting from Augusta Ga , and I must say I loved it here . I got the ham bacon scramble panini with hash browns and it was sooo good . Everything was cooked to perfection . Also loved the mimosa . I definitely will be back when I visit again. Big thanks to Morgan. She was very nice and attentive .

I used to love this place and would recommend it. Unfortunately we won’t be back. The one server they have sat us quickly and took 10 minutes to come back to take a drink order. To help save her and us time, we asked if we could order everything at once. She was extremely rude and said she was too slammed to take our order. We have patience and understanding for the service industry and appreciate her showing up to work but not her attitude. Advice for management: show up and help your server. Oh and consider fixing your dough mixer that’s been broken for 3 months.

I used to love this place. Stopped in today for a coffee and a nice atmosphere to to get some grading done. Super understaffed, so I understand waiting; however, it took 30 minutes to get a cappuccino, and I had to ask if I could have one instead of regular coffee. Then, 40 minutes later, waitress came by to demand payment. Not a word about the coffee, if I wanted more, if I wanted something to eat, absolutely nothing. Bummer. Then when I didn't tip on my card for the drink, she was angry and ignored me the rest of my time. As a former server, what would I be tipping for? Really sad to see this happen here.

Stopped by for brunch on a Sunday. Menu had a good variety of options other than no Benedicts or Hollandaise. I had the "brorrito". Was flavorful, but could have been bigger. The hashbrown portions also seemed light. (I've recently visited waffle house multiple times..$3.50 for a double order.. so maybe a bad comparison). The assorted fruit was refreshing. This was my first visit, plan to stop again for lunch or dinner.

First pic is of the Devine Swine. Bacon and sausage infused Belgium Waffle. I'm not a Belgium Waffle fan but I love bacon and sausage in syrup. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan. The bacon and sausage are in such small pieces that I really couldn't taste it at all. I'm caulking it up to, "It just wasn't my thing." Second pic is of the apple cinnamon French Toast. My husband got it and wasn't in a sharing mood. 😆 🤣 😂 It was amazing. I will order it when we go again. Place was very clean and staff was friendly and efficient. I would like to suggest that it would be nice if someone went around with coffee to supply refills. Our waiter had to come to our table, take our cup, and bring it back. My husband only got one refill. I would highly recommend and will go again before we leave town.

Ordered a Kaladi's burger to go, went to pick it up. First they didn't have my order, then they did. I asked the waitress if it was a hamburger (because I know there is a regular sandwich too). She did not answer me. I asked literally 5 more times. She walked away from me, never made eye contact, never answered the question. The girl standing at the bar, who she left to talk to me was, she said she didn't know if it was a hamburger or not and that she was new. I waited at the bar for my to go order. The bar was very sticky and dirty as were most tables as I looked around. When my order was finally presented to me, it was already bagged. My fault I did not check my food before leaving. Got home to find a disheveled Kaladi's sandwich, not the hamburger I ordered and waited so long for...and a side of cold mac & cheese swimming in clumpy butter. Food, service and cleanliness have definitely gone down hill this year. It used to be the best place for burgers... and now it appears you can't even order one. Big waste of time, energy and money.

We used to love this place. Our favorite breakfast in Sioux Falls but not any longer. Ordered food which took 45 minutes to get part of our order while the owner/cook sat in the window feeding her face and laughing and joking while customers were not getting their food. As I was finishing my food I got my half cooked hash browns. Talk to staff who said that since new ownership took over it has bled every employee out of there in the two that were left today are leaving after today. New owner is terrible!! Pancakes used to be excellent and now they are terrible! Again new ownership is terrible!!

The food was great, but coffee legends they are not. Despite having a fancy espresso machine, I’m not sure that anyone in the place actually knows how to use it. I ordered a cappuccino and got a cup of warm milk(no foam, questionable amount of espresso, if any). I then asked for a double espresso to hopefully salvage my “cappuccino” and was given a cup of “two shots” of very very weak coffee which did not salvage my cappuccino. However, the food was amazing and the service was great! I’m sure if someone gets some espresso machine training, they could be coffee legends too.

Very good dining spot! Quick service, we got our food within 20 minutes of arriving. My only gripe is that they did not have gluten free buns available as stated online, so my sister had to order something else.

Ugh I was so disappointed. I have lately been on a breakfast food kick and I have been trying places all over Sioux falls. This is honestly the biggest disappointment yet. I went here because the star rating was close to Josiah's, all day cafe and OPH, which are my favorites. I thought it was going to at least be semi decent. I am just shocked it was so bland and expensive. The biscuits and gravy had almost no seasoning and didn't have sausage. I have never had biscuits and gravy that didn't have sausage gravy. The gravy was almost solid white with no flavor. The cappuccino I had tasted like water. I even asked for vanilla syrup in it and it still tasted like water. My husband said his chicken and waffles were also a huge disappointment. Here is what I just don't understand, every dish is like $3-5 more than their competition and it's all bare minimum. The atmosphere was also super lacking. There are entire chunks of floor missing and one of our water glasses had jagged edges that cut my lip. Beyond the food, the absolute worst thing about this place is the service. When we were finished, she went to hand us the card reader, thanked us for the tip (pre tip) and then proceeded to glare at my husband while he selected the tip amount. He said he was very uncomfortable. I even felt the tension and I wasn't even paying! Oh, and we both left hungry after paying $40 for us to eat there.

We have eaten here several times for lunch and have always had good meals. However we decided to have breakfast. I ordered the pancake which the only way I can describe is that it's a frozen one heated up. It's was a very small and tough. Had to use a knife to cut. And my husband's hashbrown were extremely sparse, where you could see the plate through them. And cold. I was really disappointed with our breakfast experience as our lunches in the past have been good.

We used to love Kaladi's but something has changed. Biscuits and gravy is my go to-they used to make it from scratch with sausage but this time it was definitely from a packet and no sausage to be found. We ordered iced coffees which were not good at all...all syrup and milk with no coffee? We have been to Kaladi's probably 50 times over the years and have always raved about the food and service but now we are debating if we will even go back.

Good down home American breakfast. Eggs were done as ordered. hash-browns crispy outside and moist inside, not greasy. Bacon and toast done just right. Server was friendly and efficient. Stop in, you won’t regret it.

Service wasn't too bad, though she didn't ask if we wanted drink refills after repeated trips to take away our dishes. I'd say the food made up for it - Mac 'n Cheese & Mahi Fish Sandwich were delicious! My first visit & I instantly loved the place. The atmosphere & decor were casual yet elegant at the same time. You can rent the restaurant out for private parties I found out & it would be perfect for many occasions. Can't wait to bring the boyfriend next time!!

The food is excellent however this establishment is all about looks, if you don’t “look” like you have the designer outfit on then your waitress is constantly watching you and hurrying you to pay your bill. The food is excellent and I was super excited to try this restaurant for the first time, however I felt uncomfortable by the judgmental looks of the wait staff and constant reminders to pay my bill. I was looking for a place to have a large dinner party but I guess I’m still looking.

The food was okay. The macaroni was smothered in butter, so all I could taste was butter. As for my sandwich it was average. The service was pretty hands off. The atmosphere of the place is odd since it can't decide if it wants to be a diner or a brunch place.

I WAS so surprised to see that they were SEVERELY short- staffed to the point where they didn't have a host or hostess, just 2 servers trying to run the front, and kitchen staff had to come out from the back to help clear tables! Apparently, the new general manager thinks that it's fine to treat their staff this way! Yikes! *to note, I have no friends or family that work here. The server told us what is going on when we asked if they were hiring. Also to note! The food was PHENOMENAL! We had the make your own omelet. It was amazing!

Yesterday was our second visit to Kaladi's. We had a great experience there a few weeks ago (seating along the south wall) and were looking forward to another. We went for breakfast around 10 am and were promptly seated along the north wall. We ordered and received coffee in a timely manner. We drank our coffee and waited for approximately 15 minutes with no further service. We noticed there was nobody serving any of the customers in the north half of the building, but the south half was receiving regular service. We left cash on the table to pay for our coffee and left. I understand that employers everywhere are struggling to find workers and I get it there may be some wait time. But please let me know if there will be a wait for my server so I can decide if I have the time. Very disappointing - we really wanted to like this place!

I got the Cajun Bacon Blue burger for carryout. Ordered the burger to be cooked medium and got a bowl of chili for my side. For $17 (including the +$2 for the bigger size of chili) this was terrible. No taste of cajun, you can see how much "homemade blue cheese dressing" was on it and the burger was well done. I've had better burgers from gas stations. Chili was ok but not great.

Where to start... Was seated in a booth and nearly slid off the end to the floor because the booth was so broken and tipped on the end; only 2 other tables of guests; one server. Asked for extra napkins when she brought my drink; mentioned the extra napkins a 2nd time when she took my order; then had to ask for them a 3rd time when she brought my food. Never offered a drink refill. Only one other table at this time. Waited for my ride in the entrance and could hardly stand there because everything was so dusty and grimy. The food was good. The restaurant thinks it's better than it actually is.

Server was excellent and friendly. Great atmosphere. Food on the other hand very much on the overdone side.

We used to be regulars, but our last three visits have been disasters and we will not be returning. Pros: coffee and iced tea are always amazing! Love their drinks. Their steak salad is AMAZING. Hostesses are always kind and friendly and accommodating. Cons: 1. Kitchen staff shouldn't use the restroom and or go out and smoke with their work aprons still on.... so unsanitary and saw it from multiple staff!!! 2. We waited almost a full hour for our plates and the restaurant was not full. Many people behind us had eaten and actually were packing up before we got our food... 3.My children's pancakes were sitting at the window for at least 15 minutes and were somehow overcooked and cold at the same time. My hashbrowns were pucks by the time they got to me, cold and tooth breakingly crunchy.

We made reservations for 12-15 people. All 15 of them showed up. The manager was mad & as well as a disgruntled female employee. Told us we had to eat away from the group. We were told there wasn't enough people in the kitchen to handle our orders. We asked what if more people came in off the street to eat then what would they do. He was irrate with us & the female employee told us she wasn't going to serve us & told us to move. Our server however was a very nice young man & he was very accommodating. We all said we would never eat at this establishment ever again.

I always try to stop here for brunch when visiting Sioux Falls even though it seems to be a little out of the way for me. I like the atmosphere, food is fresh, hash browns aren’t greasy, and the service is excellent. Today I tried the Eggstravaganza omelet & hash browns - highly recommend. I’d choose this restaurant over a chain restaurant any day! This place seems great for families, meeting up with friends, and if you’re visiting solo. (Thanks for the excellent service, Kassie!)

Road trip to Mt. Rushmore. My boyfriend and I stopped at this great Bistro in Sioux Falls, SD. Service was fantastic, Samantha was attentive and kind. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Must try the Salmon Baguettes, Ale Steak Salad and Rueben. Best Corn beef. Highly recommend!!
