    Garbage management. Staff was trying their best. Manager was rude to them as we could overhear her on the speaker outside and rude to myself as a customer when I simply asked the employee why one half of the menu was closed. (Half the menu same restaurant, same drive through) I own more than one buisiness and can tell you this manager will not keep staff that she has or inspire new ppl to apply for a job by treating them this way. Kindness goes a long way.

    I always try to get their pot pie even early in the afternoon and all I get is "they dont have them" one time they said they are still frozen. There's no sign that says they are out and still in their menu. I went there today (added photo) and I called cause there was a car blocking the drive thru.. no sign or nothing. I called and and they only said "something is getting worked on" and after I mentioned having a sign they hung up.

    Food was burn. After calling and told they they had ten min left it took 46 min total to get my food. 34 of those minutes I sat waiting. When I finally got my food, the fries were smashed at the bottom of the bag and the out of the 4 pot pies were on there side and leaked everywhere. Just totally horrible experience.

    First approaching the drive through, employees were all hanging outside in a group smoking and cussing. When ordering the order taker was nice and patient. I ordered a 16 pc meal original recipe. Pay for the order and get the food fast from the window, awesome. Get all the way home and the chicken doesn't look right, looks like the crispy recipe but not. Decided to try it and see if we'd like it, and it was flavorless. Fried chicken with no flavor. Upset I had paid nearly $50 for this flavorless meal, I drove back and went inside to show the cashier and ask questions. I told them we'd ordered original and showed her the chicken and she assured me it was. I then stated it taste like it hadn't been seasoned and she told me I don't know what to tell you that's the original recipe. I took the chicken and left.

    I visited the store again before peek rush 4:30, and first they didn't have any Mac and cheese, then when I get to the window we don't have any biscuits so it's a 10 minute wait go park over there, which I have a service truck and no one was going to get around. Then the little tool gets mad at me for holding up the line, that's it for third strike, same bad service, bad attitude and they just don't care

    Positives: When I had ordered my float, I was handed a cup of, and I quote her on this, "delicious goodness" and boy was she right! That float was fantastic! Negative: I have Celiac so I can't have things with wheat in them. I ordered mashed potatoes without gravy, coleslaw, and sweet corn. I was given mashed potatoes WITH gravy, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese... I can't have two of these three items... I was happy about the float and the coleslaw but wasted money because they gave me something else. The receipt even says mac'n cheese and mash only.... I'm not sure how it happened.

    We get KFC about 3x a week. Service is good, but I realized only when one specific manager is working out there. Dont remember his name, but our food was always fresh, no issues. A few times lately, when others has worked. Either somebody doesn't pay attention at the drive through, or their headset wasnt working properly. I had to pull up to window to order after waiting for few mins. Few times the buns on chicken little sandwiches was very dry. Only reason why I'm doing an update on this review because the service is only getting worse and worse. Only response I get is they are short staff, but yet there is multiple people standing in the drive through window.

    I have gave this place so many chances, but every-time they get my order wrong, they charge me for something else and give me something completely different, the food is never warm, and over all just not happy with this place. Definitely needs a lot of improvement.

    Never seen a restaurant so poorly managed. I put more effort into this review than management here does. Also just leave the dining room closed if people are going to walk in and be told its carry out only. "Short staffed" also is not an excuse for a poorly run restaurant.

    I don't usually leave bad reviews but this establishment is not customer friendly. Twice now they have been rude and not tentative to their drive thru. We sat there for a couple minutes before were told to "go ahead" when they only had one other car in their drive thru. As we got to the window the female was in a rush to hand us our food then shut the window in our face before I could even ask for our drinks. When i did she was upset that I had even thought to bring that up so she quickly rushed to get our drinks even with no one else at the restaurant. They also forgot some items in our order but we do not even bother to bring it up because they're so disgruntled to be bothered to do their basic job requirements.

    Worse place in town please if you are trying to get good food never stop on this place costumer service are the worse on the tonw fresh meat??? This meal i buy its dry and nasty the mac& cheese even smells funny

    About the slowest place anywhere in town. Placed an online order and was informed to pick it up 20 minutes later in the quick pickup. A half dozen cars breeze though the drive through and another 6 line up. Lobby door was locked with a sign that said it's unlocked for online orders, so we called and were told to get in the drive through line. 20 minutes later we finally got our food. Not sure how it takes 40 minutes to get food through a drive through.

    Ridiculously slow. Why are you always so understaffed compared to everyone else? Is it your pay, management, or both? I've given you guys several chances and it's always 15 minutes just to place your order ( and im talking once youre AT the actual speaker, double that for every car in front of you)and another 20 or more in line. This time after waiting for 15 minutes, it's then i learn that the entire A&W menu is off the table. The staff is rude (likely cause they're overworked to hell) and I am absolutely amazed you are still in business. Won't be getting any of my money (but I'm not sure if that's cause I won't go back or just because there isn't enough time in the day to actually make it through the ordering process).

    Twice now we've came through the drive through before closing time. Both times the person taking the order was rude and we were told "you better hurry up... we're almost out of food." There Is never tenders available when we show up. This place is a joke. Ended up driving away the past 2 times we've went. I don't think I'll be going back again.

    Easily the worst service I've ever had at a fast food place. Placed an order using their barely-functioning mobile app. Charge went through, order did not. Called the store and both managers were incompetent and did not help at all. "there is nothing I can do" then redirect me to someone who can? Maybe? Save yourself the trouble and go to Popeyes or something because the in-person workers are no better.

    Apparently the franchisee and management do not care the last three times I went there they didn’t have any chicken would be 15 minutes to get some. When you only sell chicken. Maybe they should look at the reviews and try to improve

    Last week when we ate at Taco Bell next to KFC the KFC's dining room was open. Today we were going to KFC and eat inside, but the dining room wasn't open. So we went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece chicken tenders meal, and when we got home, it was a 12 piece chicken with bones in there. And the price was outrageous 42 bucks for 2 people. I don't think we are going to eat KFC again. The Cornell would probably roll over in his grave if he'd see the prices on his food. So never again. I'll put the word out on Facebook and other social media sites never go anymore. We are very unhappy customers.

    When I first pulled up to the drive through, there were major pot holes. Following that, the speaker was inaudible and I had an impossible time understanding what was being said. When I got my food, I was incredibly disappointed. Not only was I disappointed the proportions, there was a BUG in my polar swirl. Overall this was an awful experience and I will NOT be returning. Had I the option, I would’ve given them ZERO stars.

    I placed a large online order at around noon with the pickup time to be at 7 pm. The order was around 120 dollars. When I picked up my order and got it home, everything was cold. I was shorted quite a few items. When I called the manager she informed me that she could not refund me for the items I did not receive. I went to the store to get the items that were left off. Also, inquired why the food was cold she had informed me that they cooked the order as soon as they got the online information. So I asked what time did they put the chicken on the pickup shelf. She could not tell me and said that as soon as they got the order at around noon they cooked the chicken and placed it on the shelf. Reminder pick up time was to be 7 pm. I told her if they left the chicken out and did not keep it warm that we could not eat the chicken because of food poisoning ( chicken cannot be left out for hours without being refrigerated or left in a warmer). The store manager said that I would have to come back in on Monday to talk to the store owner. Eventually after I stated that I would have to throw the chicken out that they gave me, the manager stated she would replace the chicken with what they had and also give me the remaining items that were left off of the original order. I would not use this business again.

    Right as we walk in this blonde dude was offering to sell us necklaces. Another couple came in and he offered them free food. They messed up our order multiple times and we had to ask them to remake it. You can also hear them in the back cursing and yelling at each other. Food tasted old as well. Never coming back

    Valencia is phenomenal and super sweet. She made sure our orders were correct. She called frequent customers by name and shared a fun tidbit w them. And the place is super clean. I'm hard pressed to find anything dirty. The food was a bit salty but it's KFC. The A&W onion rings are awesome! Real onion inside. And the fries are crispy.

    We came for the A&W side. The root beer floats were lacking in the ice cream department. The ice cream was completely melted by the time we got home - and we only live down the street. There was hardly any ice cream at all.

    Went to drive thru, took 15 mins to even be attended to, we had our presence known with the loud kids and the often (3 times) “hello?” Because well, come on a “moment” is not supposed to be 10 mins! The woman came over the speaker with ATTITUDE😂 “kay hurry up and order” so we try but she then tells us she’s out of chicken (AT A CHICKEN RESTAURANT) and it’s a 15-20 minute wait, (oh just like the order wait time too?!) so we try to decide what else we could get for a family in a hurry and she starts to rush us! “Come on almost out of everything now” so we order a small order to hold us over until we could get to the other KFC, THE ONE WITH CHICKEN😂 (12 nuggets & 1 lg cheese curd) and still we had to wait for our order to be cooked. Rude all the way around! Especially the big native lady at the window!😂 NO CHICKEN AT THIS KFC YALL🤣.
