Subway stole $10 from me when I used their app to order. The app was not working one night and orders would not go through. They still charged my card but I never got a confirmation email and did not get a sandwich from them that day. They refused to give me money back. They respond with generic auto responses but dont actually resolve issues.

The bread was hard and the meat tasted gross.

The crew were fast and friendly. We arrived right before lunch rush. We ate our lunch there, and I was impressed how quickly the crew got the customers through.

Unbelievably slow!!! It took almost 20mins and 2 employees to make 3 simple sandwiches, although we were the only people in the place. No way I will stop there again!!

Manager right on the floor by customers chewing out a young worker that is obviously upset. It’s really uncomfortable. I feel that no one should be subject to be reprimanded right in front of customers. Manager stating that nothing is getting done and the store is out of control which makes me a little worried about what I’m eating. If this is true yes the manager should be speaking to her workers about it but just not in front of everyone. My soup also tastes like nothing. No flavor at all.

Used the online service so it'd be ready on my lunch break. Asked for light sweet onion and mayo only got sweet onion. Asked for light pepper and there's more than I'd like. When I called the person who answered didn't seem to apologetic about it and offered to remake it but I didn't have time. She didn't offer any other solution for a later time or date which I understand because I used to work at a subway but at least she could have been nicer about it rather than sounding like I was an inconvenience and waste of her time. Rude. Seriously though do they even read the specifications or what's the point. Only a few things I asked for were right.

The meatball sub was very gross.

Friendly staff and good food and service. Very annoying door noise everytime door opens. Would eat here again.

Their food is good, staff is nice. Not sure what you get is worth what you pay though. Online ordering is nice, but my order is hardly ever right when I get there.
