    Rooms are clean and nice, beds are hard as a board. Hotel staff and management are absolutely terrible. The worst I've ever experienced in my travels. They are unprofessional and rude. If you bring something up to them they will literally laugh at you. This hotel was a designated hotel for our team for a tournament, if we're ever assigned here again, I'll stay elsewhere. Do NOT bring your team or group to this place. The manager even told one of our group members that she wasn't taking complaint phone calls from anyone this week. Isn't that part of her job? They will threaten to kick you out for any noise, even during daytime hours. I could go on and on.

    Great, helpful staff. :) The pool is very old, chipped, and dirty looking and the salt water hot tub is not hot at all which is why the 3 stars. We stayed 3 days it was never very hot. The lobby doors constantly open and shut letting in cold air so the Walk from the pool to room is freezing. Breakfast till 10AM is decent - the juices are awful, but the waffles and other selections are nice- but on the weekends the batter is out by 9:30 and they won't refill. Airport/area shuttle is great. Room was clean with a large TV but one of those ones people and motion look kind weird on. Coat hooks a nice touch as was the large bath soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower. Walls between room quiet, but hall noise could get loud at night. If they remodeled the pool I would stay again.

    I've stayed here a couple of times. This place is great. The rooms are modern, clean, smell nice, etc. The best hotel experience I've ever had. Recently I stayed at another hotel to be closer to where my family lives and I deeply regretted it. Hampton Inn sets a high standard. Definitely recommend this place!

    The rooms were very clean and updated. The complimentary breakfast had several options, including scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and more. The check in and check out was very easy.

    The hotel was clean, it is always nice to walk into a clean room. I was just really disappointed that they didn't have hardly anything for breakfast. The kind lady that was working in the breakfast area walked around to everyone apologizing that there wasn't anything there which was sweet. But I decided to stay at the Hampton Inn because I knew that we could get a good breakfast before getting back on the road on our road trip. We stay at Hampton Inns often so I just expected better. I was annoyed that I didn't just stay somewhere else.

    Front-desk staff need training: The hotel seemed good for a overnight stay. When I volunteered to give them a constructive feedback before heading out. The manager was not receptive. He counter-argued for a positive and constructive feedback, which was unnecessary. I was expecting a “Thank you”. He was negative with response. Also, he definitely is far from the knowledge around hospitality industry in the country. They need training on how to build on top of their offerings.

    The pool was open 24/7 which was really nice! The hotel staff was very polite. It is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

    We have been on the road for 10 days this motel is the best we have stayed at.. from checking in. The gal was very polite and helpful to the hall way that was painted and decorated uniquely. Each room number and its own picture and is a very nice touch. The room was immaculate one of the nicest and cleanest we’ve stayed in can’t say enough about all the little touches down to the soap and shampoo dispensers. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had any motel the gentleman taking care of it. He’s doing a great job, keeping up and making sure everything was fresh. You could tell he took pride in what he did.we will definitely stay here again….

    Customer service is good and the room is clean. I am satisfied. Check my YouTube channel, JacobAndDad, for great family-friendly videos. I am having breakfast and it is great 👍. Everyone working in the kitchen sounds happy and friendly. Seriously, I am not sure about all the negative reviews. Only a tiny complaint about the pillows. They are not of good quality 😕. Everything else is 💯% satisfaction

    Well. As a Hilton Honor member (diamond for 2) for a number of years I had the opportunity to level up with a few extra stays. I fully regret staying here as part of that opportunity. Actually, as I write this I am preparing for an early check out. The facility is a renovated motel quality with the dining room staff attitude being the worst that I have experienced. The air conditioner was set to cool in later November so changing to heat lead to a smell of burning plastic. The room had towels for one. So when the dining staff was rude I had had enough. Breakfast was basic. The usual pork patty sausage, egg omelet and cheese, uncooked oatmeal, muffins, dry bagel, banana, and the pancake machine. Anyone who has stayed at a hotel before knows the lineup. Shout out to the extra rude lady serving breakfast who helped make this stay even worse.

    This is a very nice (updated) Hampton property. Personal greeting by name on the room tv, and the tv technology and options even encouraged me to leave my iPad in its bag. Clean property, dining room and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Nightly rate was very reasonable.

    Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Sioux Falls was great! The staff was so friendly and attentive, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was pretty good - all of these things you can't always get at a hotel. We were very pleased with our stay – we might even say it was one of our best hotel stays ever (and we travel a lot) – and would highly suggest this hotel again!

    Zane the boy at the front desk is a nightmare! He yelled at us about bringing a water bottle in the pool because it’s policy no food or liquid, fine, goofy, but fine, but proceeded to allow 10-20 unsupervised out of control children jumping in drowning each other chucking shoes at each other, because it’s not his job to be parenting the children and he’s not a lifeguard. Such a snotty employee.

    The room was good (clean, big tv, comfy beds, nice shower with shampoo/condtioner/bodywash/lotion). The man at the front desk @night had a bit of an attitude. Breakfast was just ok- eggs were hard and line for the waffle maker so didn't get to try them. Pool closes at 11 pm for people under 18, which really doesn't make any sense if there wasn't anyone else there but whatever. Also didn't appreciate the lady's attitude/tone with me or the kids "demanding" they get out of the pool at 11, when I was already having them getting out!! One was out walking toward me and the other was on the ladder!! 🙄 Would only stay again for the clean room and comfortable beds (hard to find)- wouldn't stay again for the customer service..

    Hotel is nice, close to everything. Rooms are clean and have plenty of what you need. I am taking a star away for the language carts. The carts are almost impossible to move around. I spent a good amount of time taking it to the room, you need two people and all hands on deck to move them. It felt like pushing a heavy grocery cart that only has 3 wheels and all three are bad. Moving the cart in and out of the hotel, even with the nice room and breakfast, ruined my whole experience in this hotel. When we were leaving the room there was another older couple struggling to get to their room with their cart. Will not come back unless the carts are upgraded. The price of this hotel per night is definitely worth a better experience. If you don’t need a language cart you may have a better experience.

    The little things are what made our stay SO nice! The front desk staff went above and beyond when our kiddo wanted fruit for a snack and we didn’t want to run out in the cold. The nightlight in the bathroom was such a nice touch. The quiet rooms and cleanliness topped it off. Very happy with our 1 night stay and would definitely recommend!

    When we arrived for checkin at 7:00pm we were informed our King Suite was not ready/ cleaned. They said it it needed new sheets and it would be about 20 min. A staff member tried for a few minutes to switch us to a double Queen, which we were happy with, but said she wasn’t able to do it. We waited for 20 min. Once we got to our room it was clean. The shower wasn’t sparkling clean, but everything else was adequate. The bed was comfy! The breakfast was good! Overall a good experience, just not the best first impression of not having a room at 7:00 after a long day of travel with two young children. I rated service lower because I felt as though better customer service could have been provided or offered due to the inconvenience.

    Best sleep we had while on 2 week vacation! Room was immaculate . Rooms were quiet and peaceful! , beds were comfortable as can be, pool and hot tub were relaxing to kids! Breakfast was 5 star: staff was exceptional . massaging shower was great after long drive!we set alarms for 7. , motel becomes active at 6:30. Not a big deal for us

    The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. The Hampton team in Sioux Falls is courteous and engaging. I witnessed the front desk help an older gentleman connect to the internet and work through the problems. He also advised if the wife needed assistance, he would be glad to help. I stay at a lot of Hamptons and I would say this is some of the best customer service I have seen.

    Clean and comfortable. Could use a bedside table on both sides of bed. Appreciate the summer comforter instead of the really heavy ones at some Hamptons. My companion shared that the whirlpool/spa and the higher toilet height were the best of any Hampton they've experienced! 😁 Like the constant fan on the thermostat for white noise, although it wasn't enough to cancel out the early morning traffic noise, which cut my sleep off by a couple of hours. 😕 (The location is right by the highway.) Breakfast was the usual small southwest omelet, thin and crispy bacon (just the way I like it!), carb choices, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea. Staff members were welcoming/pleasant. Nice sunset!

    We had to be in town for a very emotional family event. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and clean, and the breakfast was refreshing. The Early Grey Tea soothed the soul. It was nice to come to a comfortable place away from home during a hard time.

    We had a very good experience! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was really good, standard Hampton Inn. We had no complaints. They have a nice pool and also a nice fitness room and business center. We were very pleased all the way around!

    The service here was outstanding! My husband had a medical emergency the evening of our stay. Hannah called 911 for us. She kept her calm, was very professional, as well as, kind and caring. Having this happen when we were far from home was scary, and she really helped us. Both Zane and Allison were supportive and encouraging. The room was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was clean. The hot breakfast was delicious. Thanks again!

    I had a great stay at this location! The staff were very accommodating and were quick to help with any needs. The facilities were very clean and I loved the workout room. Everything was comfortable and I slept great! I would highly recommend this hotel. Also, it is in a great location!
