    Bed was horrible. One side was ok the other side was bad bad. Wallpaper was coming away from the wall. They said it was a king bed if so it was the smallest king bed i ever slept in. Bathroom was not clean. Shower had cracked wall. Lady making the breakfast was rude.

    We arrived just before 2am. When we got in, the woman at the counter was fairly new and it took her around 20mins to figure out our reservation. When we got to our room, it was a king room instead of a two queen which we reserved. The king room only works for three people and we had 4 on the reservation. It took her another 30 mins to figure out that there was no other option. She had to call someone from another hotel to come help her. We finally got a rollaway and got to bed shortly after 3. She was trying her hardest and it was clear she was new. I found out the next morning that the manager had switched our reservation and didn't bother to call or let us know that it had been changed to a room that wouldn't work. To top that off we had housekeeping knock on our door at 10am by mistake.

    The front desk was helpful and the shuttle service was ideal to get to the airport. The room was big and clean. Just what my family needed after a long vacation!

    Don't waste your time! Booked a room online. When I arrived both checking staff were smoking outside. When I came in there was noone at the front desk to help me. I waited a minute or two until they came in from smoke break. They could not find my reservation. I showed them the confirmation and room, but they said to just wait to see if it would show up in the system. After waiting 20 minutes, I called the booking company and they called the hotel. I watched as they struggled with each person checking in to know what to do and trying to find me toom. They finally just told me they were overbooked and I did not have a room.

    I'll never go back. The room was nice. We prepaid for 3 nights. The 2nd morning housekeeping just walked in without knocking. We got a call from the front desk that the room was empty. I went down to the front desk to see what was up. They had our reservation for 3 nights but checked us in for 1. The system counted us as a no show for the 2nd night. There wasn't a manager there at the time and the front desk could guarantee that we would have a room for our 3rd night so we got the heck out of there.

    Disgusting room. For starters, there were no convenient outlets by the beds making charging devices impossible. That's livable, but the chocolate (at least I hope it was chocolate) stains on the carpet and pillows, the toothpaste stains on the bathroom wall, the MOLD on the ceiling in the shower, and the literal food crumbs that were left on the floor when we arrived were absolutely disgusting. The room felt very humid and damp (including the carpet and bedsheets) despite having the AC running. It was also evident that the countertops did not get a wipe down in between guests. We noticed a half used bottle of the complimentary body lotion left on the bathroom counter. Our friends who were also staying here at the same time said the same things about this place. How on earth does this place have 4.3 stars? This place is the definition of crusty. It also took the guy at the front desk like 20 minutes to check us in which was beyond frustrating after a long day of travel. 0/10, will never stay here again.

    Clean, comfy rooms. The bathroom was clean as well. There we outlets next to the bed, including USB outlets on the alarm clock. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. It was what I was expecting, so no complaints about that. The airport shuttle hours are pretty limited. The staff was helpful getting a billing issue sorted out. There is a mall directly adjacent to the hotel so there are plenty of food options nearby.

    Very nice staff. Beds were comfortable. Liked the fact that you had to use your room key for the elevator to work.

    Very clean, great location, breakfast was average. Parking can be a little tight, shares lot with another Marriott hotel next door. Staff is extremely helpful.

    Breakfast was microwaveable meals they are barely edible. Not what you would expect from a Marriott property. Also, the beds are so worn in that you sink into the middle of the bed.

    This hotel provides a comfortable space with the slightly separated couch and desk area and is in a convenient location near good restaurants. It has a minifridge and microwave. It loses a star because it is understocked (convenience sales are nearly bare and breakfast dejection is slim), the pool area is quite small, and there is an overall economy feel.

    Absolutely the best stay. Front end staff ( Collin) are the best I've ever encountered..facility is very clean and there is plenty to do and see locally. Highly recommend this place. Rooms are modern and well appointed.

    Me and my family had stay here last week and when we checked in all available rooms were dirty. Me and my wife had to clean to stay until we can find something else. We booked it from Expedia. Before our check out Expedia refunded the money but at check out hotel charged all that was refunded. So we talk to manager he claim that he refunded but Expedia and my Bank claim that there is no refund pending. And I have been calling but no manager would come to phone. So they lied and now won’t come to phone to explain lies.

    Rundown hotel that smells like mildew. Large Pool of red liquid (blood?) coming from underneath wall by toilet in bathroom. Something crusty and Yellow/brown all over bathtub floor. They don’t use bags in trash cans and they’re filthy with gross stuff in them. We were given a choice of 3 rooms; none of them were sanitary. Just a big no. I’m not sure if it’s Sioux Falls or hotels in general but right now it seems like a lot of hotels, especially around the Mall/central area, can’t keep up with basic cleaning standards. The only hotels that are truly clean imo are the ones on the South side by Avera, Comfort Inn South, Hampton Inn a South , Holiday Inn South, Hilton Garden and Staybridge South.

    The hotel seems to have been redone in the last few years and staff are nice...that's where it ends. The bathroom was dirty...especially the shower. Few outlets or USBs by the bed. So if you have a CPAP or other medical device, you'll be unplugging the lamp and the clock (which has the only USB ports). After using the shower, I could not help but feel the entire place was dirty and not being properly cleaned. No daily service. The location was key as I was having my import car dealer service nearby. The area is kinda ghetto next to the mall. It is a pain to keep twisting around to get to the hotel. The road leading to it is a lake if it rains. Parking is also EXTREMELY limited.

    Room so dusty that we sneezed most of night. Mattress and pillows are hard and very uncomfortable. No vending machines either. If not for the friendly staff, beautiful bathroom with nice toiletries, and great location (right next to the mall, restaurants, etc.), I would give this 1 star. Expensive and rip off.

    We had a great experience this weekend. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was ready early for us. The rooms were clean and crisp. Breakfast was warm and fresh. The entire team was great!
