Excellent stay. Very clean and the rooms are spacious. The gentleman working at the front desk upon arrival was very courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was a 1-bedroom suite with a separate bedroom and living area with a futon. Pleasant view of a park with blackout curtains. We loved the kitchenette and dining table, it was perfect for our young family. Lots of DoorDash options and great restaurants nearby. After reading all of the wonderful reviews about the saline pool, we were excited. The water was unpleasantly cold, which was disappointing. The hot tub was warm, but something was off with the chemicals because there were an overwhelming amount of bubbles. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd recommend it to anyone in the Sioux Falls area.

Pretty spacious room given the size of the hotel. It’s in walking distance the hospital but driving is required to go downtown. It’s not too far from the airport. The staff don’t note or follow the Hilton honors status. There are no overhead or drop lights in the rooms. There is good water pressure.

Nice place. Rooms have a full kitchen minus the stove. Which is a subtle way of saying don't set off the smoke alarms. Staff is very professional and helpful. Room is clean and new. Walking distance to downtown. Would stay again.

This hotel provides various conveniences as it offers amenities for long term stay if required, is connected to Sanford, and also has various access abilities for people with disabilities. It was a clean and comfortable stay filled with extremely helpful staff. The beds were comfortable with amazing pillows (how often do you find that?!). The connection to Sanford was extremely helpful during my daughters surgery-we didn’t have to get up too early and could just walk over when needed for a break or shower. 10/10 recommend!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Lobby was clean. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was very good as well - several options for those with different tastes - and had a really nice conversation with the breakfast staff.

It is extremely pet friendly. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool and whirlpool were good. Pool is small but good for kids and clean. I will highly recommend this for family trip.

Our stay in this area was for a Medical ICU family emergency. It was the best service ever received. From the time we entered the front desk to a smiling manager, Alyssia, we felt welcome in every possible way. The service in every area; clean room, room service, maintenance staff, breakfast personal was top notch. Thank you for your friendly staff with excellent amenities.

Amazing place to stay. Pet friendly. Good options for breakfast too. We didn’t have 1 reason to complain. Small but amazing pool too. Our daughter loved it. Few kids park in the neighborhood. Spacious room with all the essential amenities. Highly recommended.

What a nice hotel. It’s in the middle of the Medical center & children’s hospital complex so I imagine they have a lot of families staying there. The Front Desk gentleman - I want to say his name was Rich? Was so kind and helpful - exceeded expectations, for sure! We stay at a lot of places in our travels and the Front Desk staff here were exceptional. The room was clean and affordable. First time we had stayed at this brand of Hilton. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent facility well maintained. Has outdoor areas and a connected walkway to the Sanford hospital. Parking is on the premises. Beds could be slightly better but not bad enough to downgrade review. Fridge with freezer was nice for the stay. Hot tub became operational while we were there but we did not have time to use.

Beautiful inside an out wonderful staff shout out to Michelle. There was a drunk man who wondered in when we had walked in late. She was very polite asked the man if he was staying here he lied said yes then said no, she offered to call him a cab, he was getting belligerent, she then offered to call the cops for him. We stayed with her just in case the whole time just in case, and she handled it like a pro! This establishment is very lucky to have her.

We checked in late at night but were greeted by the night clerk who was very helpful and friendly. He gave our pup extra treats and made sure we were comfortable. The suite had a fridge, microwave, sink, cookware etc. The overall feel of the room was dated. The mattresses, linens, and pillows need to be updated but otherwise it was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and hearty and made for a good start to the day.

Spacious Rooms! Stayed here with a family of 6. The kitchen is what we always need and this has everything but a stove. Has plates, Cups and utensils. The pool is 3 feet, perfect for my youngest 5 year Old girl. Couch turns Into a bed. A lot of storage if you're staying here long term As well.

Loved location, breakfast available and kitchenette. Bathroom pocketdoor was heavy and awkward but liked room set up.

We were charged a higher amount for our room than our family that was there as well. Had the same type of room and everything. When asked why she couldn’t explain it to us. Terrible selection of break at food for the money. Room thermostat didn’t work.

All personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The location was ideal, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to have a better cleaning... attention to detail. Overall, we'll be back.

This is a wonderful place to stay and is attached to the hospital. The suites are actually extended stay options; they have mini kitchens that are fully equipped. Fantastic

Some of the most polite desk clerks that I’ve ever talked to. Clean, free breakfast, small pool with hot tub, which felt great this morning!!!! Connected to Sanford Hospital for easy access through a sky walk. Kinda spendy, but may have a discount for people with doctor’s appointments. Would be great for a long term stay!!!

Our king suite had a roll out table, dishwasher, actual dishware and cutlery, and a near full sized fridge. I was in awe. It's also attached directly to the hospital via a skywalk, so if you're needing an extended stay and medical care, it's definitely a comfy fit in an uncomfortable time. It also had various soaps for washing dishes and a sponge along with full sized bottles attached to the shower wall. Pretty much had everything you could possibly need.

The staff at front desk (Seth) was incredibly helpful and kind. Everyone for that matter are so friendly. Used the pool and hot tub with our grandkids and they had a ball. Breakfast was hot with great fruits (not overripe bananas or bruised apples like other places I've stayed. Very reasonably priced and nicely located.

Clean, great staff. The Wi-Fi is ok but the Wi-Fi at the Hampton Inn is so much better that it’s almost worth staying there even though there’s no kitchenette if you need Wi-Fi for work.

Was an amazing stay close to the hospital to where we needed to be. The only issue was the pool had to much salt and lack of vending but the room was amazing bed was super comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Liked this place so much, went ahead and booked same for our family trip to the Black Hills this summer. Perfect arranged room. Very clean. Friendly efficient staff. Nice large room, but not cold. Vibrant decor done well.

I gave it a 4 on location but it depends why you are there. If you have family at the hospital.... this is a great location. The crew working the front desk were absolutely awesome! Very helpful and super nice! The rooms were large with a full sized fridge.
