The
short
version:
Incredibly
clean!!
So
much
so
that
this
is
including
the
blades
of
the
ceiling
fan!
Comfortable,
cozy,
home-like.
Some
small
defects
due
to
age
that
need
maintenance.
The
details:
I
have
the
Hilton
app
and
was
able
to
pick
my
own
room.
With
a
Service
Dog
that
is
incredibly
helpful!
I
chose
the
room
right
next
to
the
lobby,
114.
The
electronic
key
was
put
on
my
phone
through
the
app
two
hours
early.
The
room
was
ready
at
1pm
instead
of
3pm.
But
the
e-key
didn't
work.
The
front
desk
staff
was
very
empathetic.
They
said
that
unfortunately
people
had
been
having
problems.
Our
keys
were
provided
quickly.
We
were
even
given
a
couple
dog
treats
for
my
Service
Dog.
(They
have
magnets
for
pet
owners
to
put
on
their
room
door
to
indicate
to
staff
that
they
should
not
let
out
an
animal
that
is
staying.)
The
staff
indicated
that
they
did
not
mind
where
we
walked
the
dog
as
long
as
we
cleaned
up
(of
course!)
after
her.
The
front
desk
area
is
monopolized
by
a
stone
fireplace.
It
is
a
nice
looking
area.
But
looking
around
to
the
other
side
of
the
fireplace,
the
counters
and
tables
are
in
an
unusual
configuration.
It
made
them
look
beautiful.
I
turned
to
the
right
and
directly
into
my
room.
There
was
a
kitchenette
to
my
left.
It
was
impressively
clean.
It
included
an
apartment-sized
refrigerator
and
freezer.
There
was
a
dishwasher,
sink
and
a
twin
burner
electric
stove
top.
The
cabinets
had
plates,
pans,
utensils
and
any
product
you
could
need
(that
is
not
disposable).
It
does
not
have
a
door.
It
has
a
built
in
table
across
from
the
stove
with
2
straight
back
chairs;
otherwise,
the
kitchen
is
closed
off
from
the
rest
of
the
room.
The
fluorescent
light
was
bright
and
made
the
entire
area
seem
cheerful.
The
living
room
area
had
a
leather
recliner
next
to
the
pull-out
sofa.
The
material
is
perfect
for
high
use
places!
It
could
be
wiped
down
and
cleaned
off
with
liquid
products.
I
am
not
sure
what
kind
of
magical,
comfortable,
soft,
waterproof
material
covered
the
sofa
but
I
wish
I
could
find
it
for
my
home!
The
leather
ottoman
was
the
perfect
height.
Sitting
on
the
sofa
with
my
feet
on
the
ottoman
was
so
very
comfortable...
especially
after
being
in
a
car
with
my
legs
folded
into
the
sitting
position
because
of
driving
all
day.
The
ottoman
included
a
wooden
table
running
through
the
middle
of
it.
It
could
be
used
as
a
coffee
table
or
moved
separately.
On
the
other
wall
was
a
dresser,
very
large
TV,
desk,
rolling
chair
and
a
set
of
two
narrow
doors.
The
doors
led
to
the
bedroom.
On
the
bedroom
side
you
could
lock
one
door
into
the
closed
position
or
lock
both
doors
closed.
All
the
way
down
to
the
right
there
was
a
half
of
a
bay
window
with
a
chair
and
a
light
set
up
there.
The
perfect
reading
nook!
It
was
so
nice
having
the
architectural
feature
and
not
just
a
flat
wall.
Oddly,
when
I
went
to
close
the
drapes,
there
were
wands
hanging...as
of
they
had
taken
down
sheers
but
not
the
wands
that
were
attached
to
them
for
closing
them.
We
had
two
queen
beds.
Again
I
found
3
pillows
on
the
beds.
Why
are
3
pillows
standard
on
queen
beds
now?
Maybe
if
they
were
perfect
pillows
......
The
mattresses
were
fine.
I
was
on
an
8
day
road
trip,
these
were
not
the
best
beds
nor
were
they
the
worst.
The
sink
had
a
little
privacy
wall
but
was
outside
the
bathroom.
It
had
a
wooden
vanity
built
in
front
of
it.
The
vanity
was
dark
wood
but
there
were
a
few
slats
that
were
blonde.
It
was
the
first
real
defect
that
I
had
seen.
There
was
plenty
of
light
in
this
area.
Putting
on
make-up
or
dressing
up
is
easy
to
do
with
all
the
mirrors.
Next
to
the
sink,
the
practically
walk
in
closet
is
closed
off
with
two
sliding
mirrored
doors.
The
second
defect
hat
I
noticed
is
the
bathroom
door.
It
is
the
correct
size
for
handicap
accessible
but
it
takes
up
nearly
all
of
the
bathroom
when
it
opens
in.
It
is
hazardous
to
your
toes
and
feet!
For
those
in
wheelchairs
it
is
difficult
to
use
because
the
door
completely
covers
the
toilet
paper
and
once
you
get
a
wheelchair
in
the
room,
there
is
no
way
to
close
the
bathroom
door.
There
is
a
bathtub.
