The breakfast is good and rooms are clean. All the doors are loud when someone is closing the doors. When the wrestling state tournament is going on few weeks ago. The people representing Willow/ Clark Lake? If I got that right. The wrestlers and their visitors are so loud and kids running out of the rooms and in hallways. Even during the quiet hours they were still loud. I address this to the front desk clerk. Nothing has been resolved. I emailed the hotel manager, still no response. They lost their good customers of two years. I will stay somewhere else.

Wanted to set alarm but it didn't work. Went to call front desk and there was no phone cord. The check-in gal had zero personality and zero hospitality and zero customer service. Called front desk from my personal phone and told front desk Terry about the alarm clock and the phone and he didn't even apologize or offer any. The only plus for this motel besides convenience was the Dove soap. F+

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly, pool and kid pools were great, and continental breakfast was very good. The proximity of the hotel to things to do and restaurants was awesome! I would definitely stay again! My only minor qualm was there were no vending machines and the snack room was kind of picked over, but itโ€™s not a deal breaker.

This wins best hotel of our road trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were able to book a suite with a closing door. They had a crib for our toddler and our 5-year-old slept on the pullout couch. The highlight for the kids was the pool area. Although the splash pad stopped working after a while, which was kind of a bummer. The kids slept really great after playing for about an hour.

Great place to stay. Staff was very hospitable. Great areas to relax in with friends. Brought an entire hockey team here. Kiddos had a blast playing games and swimming. Room was comfortable. Only downside is beds are spring - I'm used to a memory foam mattress so it's just me.

So, I guess we'll start with my disappointments. 1 the bed was a little squeaky a little hard for my liking, I'm not sure why the Holiday Inn brand can't get a consistent bed throughout the chain some places have great fed some places have the older pads that are little Moore Farm then I care for... second, is the workout room treadmills don't work very well I look forward to a good run every morning help keep me in shape because I'm on the road 200 + nights of year. Get those pics that give you five stars. Other than that breakfast is great locations good pillows are awesome oh, best shower pressure I've had 2 weeks

There was a volleyball team and parents and our hockey team and parents in the lobby watching March Madness. The people were courteous and calm. The employee came and kicked everyone out at 10 pm with 17 seconds left on the clock. I could understand if it was extremely loud or out of control, but it was not. The Employee said it was not up for discussion and rude. If you are coming with a group of families or a team, do not stay this hotel! You are not allowed to gather.

Clean, safe, friendly, breakfast, and best of all, comfortable beds! You can save $10 by staying next door at Comfort Inn. A really good bed, and a nice breakfast seals the deal for me. Stay here instead.

Exactly the restful location and the bed was very comfortable. The room temperature was cool and perfect at 68 degrees so we did not need it adjusted. This was close to many food options for supper and close enough for a later dinner delivery option. The breakfast was delicious with many different options. Our check in staff were pleasant and welcoming. Thanks!

We stayed for a wedding Sept 23rd and 24th. The Staff was amazing letting me know right away when there was a cancelation for Friday! My husband had been in hospital and he had such a comfortable stay here!! Beds were so comfortable!! The breakfast was top notch. Only complaint would be room coffee was quite bitter. But breakfast area had great coffee.

Very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The location is convenient with many places to eat within walking distance, as well as Falls Park. The staff in the restaurant offered above average service, and the overall hotel was clean and comfortable, even in the middle of below average winter temperatures. The fitness center is equipped with a few cardio machines and free weights, and the pool, while small, would be a welcome for families. Definitely recommend.

Room was fine, beds were super firm, lots of noise from people running in the hallways at all hours of the night. Breakfast was disappointing and did not match the online photos. Biggest issue was the pool...the chlorine level was way too high, there were multiple people coughing and/or complaining of burning eyes just sitting in the pool area and not even in the water. We asked the lady at the front desk if she could have it looked at and she said (I swear I am not making this up) "the chlorine was so high because when kids pee in the pool they automatically add extra chlorine to clean it." This was a ridiculous answer and when pressed to have someone check it out she clearly did not care.

Very clean, well organized hotel. Everything was in order and looked fantastic. The biggest selling point for us was the Kiddie pool in the Pool/Spaarea. Our three grandchildren were with us and absolutely loved the Kiddie Pool! We will be back and will probably be bringing them with with us.

We are a repeat customer & continue to appreciate we will always be pleased. The rooms are clean, comfortable & resupplied with fresh towels daily. The staff working the continental breakfast are attentive, keeping it supplied and continually cleaning.

Rude dark haired woman checked us in, asked for a later check out and she seemed bothered and said the best she could do was noon (on a Sunday). Robotically acknowledged my platinum status, no emotion, no smiles. Lectured me on no pets and pool closing time. Seriously, felt like a tenant being lectured by a landlord. Pubic hair in shower. All breakfast items were overcooked and very dry. We will not be staying here again. Sioux Falls has lots of choices and much friendlier hotels.
