Booked this place and it’s not like the photos. Tiny and cramped and has run down features. I went to transfer and was charged for my stay when customer service and the front desk said I wouldn’t be to leave immediately and choose somewhere else. I would never want to stay at this place my children didn’t like anything about it. Has a grungy vibe and tiny claustrophobic rooms and felt cheated when I looked at the photos vs when I walked in

*the manager ended up reaching out to me to right the situation. I appreciate it.* The hotel is decent and modern with its amenities. However, once I was in my room I found small bits of hair, trash, and dirt around the room on the floor and in the bathroom. I would have asked for a different room if it wasn’t so late. Also, the Kleenex box only had two tissues. Overall, decent hotel but my experience was not good. It could have been much better.

Now this place was the boom I say sweet 😋 nice employees 👍 room wonderful ,work out aera great. Breakfast great . Now let's tell you about my room .has all this stuff at hand for you . Dishwasher, sink,pots and pans, dish soap, real coffee cups and water glasses, forks knife spoons. Plates almost all the things you would have in your own kitchen. Clean beds and sheets. Extra towels nice hair soap even a nice safe irony board and storage area. There is just one tiny thing the room. Phone had no cord to call for wake up call. I have never given any other place this 5 yes I said 5 Gold stars 🌟

Nice, polite and friendly service.Clean and fresh rooms I really appreciate cleaning service from this hotel they definitely doing great job. Breakfast is included and also was good. Great time in hotel my family enjoyed (kids enjoyed pool area) definitely would recommend.

The hotel is has everything that we expected like clean and good sized room, a simple but functional kitchen, a dinning table, good location and nice staff.

As Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy members, we have always felt good about booking hotels through the Bonvoy app and using our points. We recently took a road trip and booked one night at this hotel. We were so disappointed. While it looked like the flooring was new, there were several details that sadly did not fit the Marriott brand. (See pictures) We will choose another brand or hotel if we decide to stay in Sioux Falls, SD at another time. Marriott, you missed it on this one.

Have always loved staying here since it opened. A little disappointed they aren't keeping it up better. Room was not 'Marriot' clean, one of the fixtures was taking off the wall and there were holes in the curtains.

This place is a joke, if you book early they will move you to their other hotel where they don't have any rooms with correct amount of beds. It's just a bait and switch avoid booking.

We stayed here for a little over three months we had a dog and they made it super easy for us to keep her with us. Gabby and Becky were so kind and helpful if I had a concern they tried to get it handled immediately. I cleaned the room we stayed in (my choosing) if I need anything the maids were so kind and helpful and would make sure I got it. The gentleman who does maintenance was so kind as well. Overall they truly treated you very kind and tried to help make your stay the best they could! If ever in the area again I would come see these lovely people

We visited this hotel on a spring break road trip with the kids. The rooms were nice and well laid out. The kitchenette was well stocked. The pool was the best maintained of the two other hotels on our trip. This is a great stop as part of a family vacation.

Checked in with no problems. Got to rooms to settle in. No heat in room. Phone didn't work. Able to contact front desk from another room. They sent up someone to check. After a few checks decided to change rooms. Rooms and appliances should be checked. Other than that issue, had a good stay. Will probably come back again.

No signs on building or elsewhere, room was as expected but overpriced for the category. Breakfast was pretty worthless, all hot food was empty and not refilled. 5 people standing for single waffle maker. Brown hot water for coffee. I will stop there.

Clean rooms, quiet location, minutes from 29. Good value when all other Marriott locations were almost twice as much for a Saturday night. Not many food choices around though. Still worth it for passing thru.

Beautiful hotel, very elegant and peaceful. I have to stay here again, Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn don't compare. Thank you for the time well spent.

Really nice lady Alicia went above and beyond to provide me with a charger to use during breakfast also one morning I was getting ready to leave to go see Mount Rushmore at 5:30 in the morning and Hannah opened breakfast early for me so that I could have a waffle before the trip
