Look I seen the review about bed bugs and didn't stay here but in sioux falls on the weekend so the prices go up. So my main thing is bugs. I stayed in room 110. The price was good with updated TV had microwave and refrigerator. Very clean sheets. Non smoking room window open to get fresh air. Will stay again give it a try. Don't know about the smoking rooms but 110 had no bugs

First when we arrived the outside looked decent, with a good location, not even 5 minutes checking in, and local police department was sitting outside. The customer service at the front desk was HORRIBLE as well, lady sounded like she smoked ciggs 24/7 and kept blaming everyone else around her for not being able to use the computer or even know what room was ours. It was hot in the lobby, and the hallways were nasty looking. Everything looked damaged, and the rooms smelled horrible. Our room had two rooms, and one didn't have a/c, the bathroom was nasty and dirty, along with small. The bed was poor quality, with gross bedding, and what looked like cheep stuffed pillows that a child would use for there toys. Out dated, and grungy. Only good thing is it was quiet. But it was very sketchy. Check out was at 11, and at 10am maid service was already knocking on door asking when we were leaving. (we had do not disturb on door) All in all This place was horrible.

The hotel rooms looked better online. Very run down and kinda scary. Room was dusty on pictures and on lights. The bed did not have a full matress protector or a fitted sheet. It had a flat sheet on it instead, one icky blanket to cover up with. Went and asked for an extra blanket and they gave me one with a cigarette hole in. There was at least a two inch gap under the door and it was pretty beat up. No smoke alarm in room, dirty and broke little coffee maker in room. Needless to say, we did not stay for our free breakfast. Holes in walls that were not fixed and slot of other problems, I did take pictures of the room. I would never stay here again.

Christy took really good care of us As far as giving us a really good deal on our room when we couldn't afford much. Thank you so much Christy! The bed was great very comfortable nice pillows. My daughter absolutely loved their pool. Their employees were great. Only issue I had was with their shower no water pressure hardly and damp floors all around.

I see all these bad reviews, first off for $50 bucks a night you get what you pay for! They act like this is suppose to be a Vegas hotel. I will however, not let Red Rock off this easy.. My first room the toilet didn't work so had to change rooms but that was the ONLY problem I had. The staff was very nice and the manager was super helpful. the place is still ran down a little but not unbearable. My bed was comfortable, and the heater worked very well believe me. Stayed here 2 days with a girl friend and for $50 bucks a night, it was good for the price! I'll stay here again for sure.

Its a inexpensive hotel rooms were clean showers were small and it needs a lot of maintenance and updating. Towel rack in bathroom needed screws replace because some were gone and rack was loose. Heat did not work in room and no spare outlet to plug phone in

I woke up this morning with a bed bug on my leg. I am not saving any money by staying here because the bed bug spray is going to cost enough that I might as well have stayed at a slightly more expensive place that doesn't have bed bugs. 😡

Didn't even answer the phone to book a room. Clearly they don't want the business.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub were perfect temperature! Shower in the room was a bit of a tight squeeze if you're not very limber, and could be cleaned a little better. Overall I was happy and comfortable with my stay.

Poorly trained front desk..unbecoming a professional ..25 people from my company were to stay there for a month, we called in advance..What a terrible experience with the oversized lady with the ego..Your not trust worthy to be working in a place with such potential...

My stay at this extended stay Inn has been very nice and the hotel workers are very polite and curtious. They have helped me to get employment and to help me better myself.

Horrible place no hot water and the pool and hot tub havent worked in over a year. Definitely not a place to take any aged child. My opinion!

Stayed on May, was a last minute plan so had limited hotels to chose from. Hallway smelled like weed and cigarettes. Bedding was old and smoke holes. Floor had linoleum so that at least felt clean. Hardware in bathroom was all broken. We could hear everything between walls ans door. Desk ladies were nice is only good thing I can say about this place.
