This place is terrible. To start with, people are constantly fighting. Management seemed to be drug addicts. Cops around daily. So much drug activity. My neighbors had people coming and going all night long. The housekeeper is a man with an ankle monitor on... I have an infant son so when i asked the police why two of them were there they replied somebody had been robbing casinos the last 4 nights and was staying at that motel!! Not a safe place. Not to mention mold in my bathroom. Dont stay here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

This motel is a great Sioux Falls Landmark. If you are looking for monthly rates you can get a spacious room for $725 cable and heat included. Front desk staff Heather is awesome and keeps the place free of any problems. This is a clean and quiet hotel with large reasonably priced rooms.

The internet was sketchy and the router was only about 20 feet away. The cable isn't digital so it pixelated through everything. But the room was fairly big and the bed was comfortable.

Just checked out. After staying in this hole in the wall I would recommend you run in the other direction before spending a dime here. The a/c heater unit if full of mold, mildew, and mice droppings. The front office is sketchy. My rent started out at $265 a week, jumped to $370 for 1 week and back down to $300 the next week. Had to pay a $25 deposit that was told we would get back as soon as we turned the key back in. When I turned it in just now the lady at the front office told me there is not a refundable deposit. This place is a hazard and really needs to be shut down.

If you need a extended stay place and don't mind average then your probably ok here. It seems like they are trying to some work on the property now and again but the crowd it attracts usually would make me keep on driving or at least lock my doors at all times and have a buddy system. Don't go alone, not a lot of security here and a bit dim for my family but there is much worse places in town for sure! They do or did have rooms with kitchens and stove type appliances for longer stays so that is a plus

The reviews are wrong cause this place is awesome. And Brandy at the front desk is a sweetheart. This hotel is reasonable priced the beds are nice and the rooms are clean all in all this is a good place to stay and it's very quiet

I always enjoy my stay here! The staff is courteous and friendly... The lodging is comfortable and sufficient .. and available amenities appreciated... I especially love the fact that dining, convenience shopping and entertainment of many colors can all be had within walking distance of the hotel!! I will definitely stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a night or two of lodging...

definately not a place to stay & feel safe alot of illegal activity going on there i have never stayed there but i do have a friend who does & whenever i stop by to see him/her there seems to be alot of traffic rooms are filthy some windows have no screens there are no phones for guests & no security. they do not have bedding for rooms nor do they offer towels i feel so bad for my friend but the price is affordable location tho sucks & upkeep is lacking

Room was nice and fairly clean, didn't have any issues while staying there. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for last minute booking and was very helpful in getting me clean sheets and towels. Great value for price.

They don't have plungers or they won't come plunge the toilet so embarrassing for a ghetto hotel. Alot of code violations going on. I think I'm going to call and let the city take a look at my room and the ceiling fan is falling off as well. Alot if code violations going on here. Would give 0 stars I wonder what the state would say about not doing maintenence or taking care of their tenants. I'm sure they want to pay for a septic person to come here to unclog a toilet since they don't do it

Stay Away! I was SCAMMED $25 deposit. I stayed for 2 weeks and when I checked out I was advised the $25 would be put back.on my card. After 2 weeks of getting the run around I went up there. The lady called her manager, Danielle and said after 24 hrs there is no credit. WhAT! So the clerk failed.to do her job and you scammed $25 Unethical. I will be filling a complaint with Attorney General.

The rooms are dirty and run down. Had no drain plug for the bath tub. $65 Dollars for rdd a few hours is outrageous considering the lack of amenities and passed out drunks that litter the place. Accidentally locked my key in my room and had to sit outside for hours waiting to be let back in. Stay somewhere else!

This place is better than the deluxe but the walls are so paper thin it was hard to get some sleep. And staff was idiots (there aren't there any more) but ya get what ya paid for.

The room was filthy, bedding had burn holes in them, cockroaches, huge mouse problem. Was told when first came in that couldn't use the microwave if anything else was running as it would pop the main breaker, the headboard above the bed fell off the wall while we were sleeping. We should sue them for damages to our psyche after staying here. This place from what I can tell should be bulldozed. Not being used by the owners to make 70 dollars a night. Definitely reporting this place to the BBBoh and there is no wifi. It shows up when you try to logon but we were not able to connect and even called the office to make sure we had the right password. Hot water is very hard to get and I just ended up taking a ton of cold showers. I would recommend this place to my enemies but certainly not my friends
