Bed bugs all over friends bed disgusting

The new manager/owner is rude and unethical. The rooms are disgusting. It's difficult to understand how the department of health doesn't make them clean or shut them down until they do. If you have to stay there for some reason. Make sure you keep your receipts because if you don't you will have no proof that you paid and for how long. The owner cheated me out of 2 days of my stay. He also tried to keep my $10 key deposit but luckily the man who used to own the place was there and he was able to retrieve it for me. I am a clean individual and have never had problems before but during my short stay there i contracted body lice and found a bed bug in my laundry. I'll be contacting the department of health and the better business bureau as well as submitting a consumer report. If you have had a similar experience with this establishment then I encourage you to do the same.

Couldn't even get into a room. Told us 65 bucks. Get there, he says 80. Wife calls, he hangs up, on her. After he said he'd hold a room. Would not recommend.

Horrible, don't go here! It's a dump and price is outrageous.

This place is not for humans or pets to live in. Unfortunately being homeless or relocating from another state, this place is the cheapest motel around. Rooms size and condition is not live-able. Owner should be ashamed of himself for not trying to update his property to help those in need. He doesn’t realize he could be helping the homeless. Location is great, walking distance to work, groceries , and fishing store.

Had to give 1 star to write review. DO NOT stay here. Filthiest place I've ever stayed in...and I travel a lot. Room was grimey, filthy and smelled. Bad rotten stink outside room...in the morning we saw what caused it...dead mice carcasses all over...OMG this place should be condemned. Looked nice outside looks redone new siding and roof but that's it!

Stayed here, not a 5 star but worth getting off the streets at a fair weekly price.

The rooms were small they were not clean they were dirty I found things underneath of my bed it should not have been there if the maids have done their job correctly they need to hire a proper maid service and they need to have proper prices for their rooms it was absolutely disgusting

I would give it 0 stars, but that’s not an option. HORRIBLE!!! There’s roaches everywhere literally. Then, when I told them about it (after trying to bug bomb the room 4 times) they kicked me out, and told me I brought the bugs to them!! I was still trying to rent there, just get another room. But instead, the mean a** owner flipped the script and said I could no longer rent there. NEVER GET A ROOM HERE EVERRR!!

Owner on the property full time. Very accommodating . Laundry room fair priced.

The place is full of roaches and the owners refuse to give refunds and do nothing but make excuses. They tried to blame the maintenance man and only wanted to move me to a different room. Nope. If one room is roach infested, they all are. Nasty place.

I drive by it several times a day. I say this in a broad sweep statement from my observation. The place is 'unsavory' to say the least I've met people that live/stay here that are good people. Others, make me confident I'll never stay there nor bring childrens within a city block. But still they provide housing for the less fortunate and that says something about the integrity of the happy rest's management and should reflect on the staff as well. But again I don't chat with them on a regular basis.

This is an Older hotel. I like the mom and pop Theme. They may not have the greatest water pressure, but they do have. Hot water took a good hot shower. And I feel so much better I suffer from arthritis and various medical conditions. The lady that checked me in was so hospitable. Yes, they have walls that need to be repaired because previous tenants. I'm sure, but the bed is clean. No bugs, clean sheets, and it doesn't smell. Also, the clean towel was awesome. I know they got At Sam's cause. I recognized the brand.. This is also the most recently priced motel in the area.

You gotta share a room with the coacroches and they mf ING gangster. This is not a lie on eryy thing

Horrible customer service. NOT PET FRIENDLY!! My dog was way cleaner than those rooms!! Owner very passive aggressively informed us we would be getting out money back before we even got out of the car due to the pet. Room had no heat, and was just DISGUSTING!!
