I had a very good experience for my first visit. I appreciate the covid-19 precautions the practice took. When entering the practice you have to wash your hands in a nearby sink. You then are greeted by a nice staff member -- in my case it was a dental assistant named Brittany. She took my temperature and had me fill out all required paperwork before leading me down the hallway to the exam room. Dr. Bob Marx joined us in the exam room. He was cordial and both he and Brittany were friendly and helpful, explaining things as they went along. One thing that struck me about Dr. Bob was how polite he was to his dental assistant. The manner in which the doctor treats and/or speaks to his or her staff tells a lot about how they are as a professional. I was looking for a new dentist when I came in. I believe I found one.

Appointment was at 9 am showed up at 8:40 am by 9:40 am still was not called so I left! Very unprofessional business practices!

My husband and I have been using Tri-State Dental for several years and couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Bob are very thorough and gentle. Today Dr. Bob and his assistant, Katie, performed a root canal on me and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Tri-State Dental.

All the staff take great care to their attention to details. Kris always greets you with a smile. Dr. Jeff has been my dentist for over 40 years and he has developed a dental service that makes you feel as if you are going home. His daughter Dr. Amber is great too! Ashley has been my hygienist for many years as well and I am always satisfied with my cleanings. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Always friendly and professional. Patients are not treated like a number. The hygienists and the dentists and reception staff make an effort to get to know the patients. I have had to change appointment times and they have always been accommodating. I have never felt pressured to agree to a recommended treatment and the Dr has always patiently explained my options including risks of delaying treatment until future visit.

I've been a patient of Dr. Reinking's office since I was three years old. Dr. Reinking does fantastic dentistry, as well as Dr. Amber. They have an excellent staff. They are the only dentists I trust with my oral care. I have absolutely no dental anxiety; every procedure is pain free. Also, they are up to date on all the newest technology and the office is beautiful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Amber and the staffs were so friendly and handled 6 years girl gently. Also reasonable price for the filling without insurance. It was the best experience to us. Absolutely I’d like to recommend highly.!! Thank you, Tri-State Dental Care!!!

The staff are absolutely wonderful and very meticulous about their patients care. They know i get extremely nervous and all staff/Drs take the extra initiative to calm my nerves. Dr. Reinking and Dr. Wisner are fabulous! I trust them completely with my dental care! If i would ever move away from the area i would still drive back every six months!

Great experience. Efficient check in process. Ashley and Dr. Jeff made sure I understood thier recommendations and all options related to my care. Overall, they went above and beyond to make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed in the care, professionalism and quality of this practice. They charge unreasonable fees, make mistakes on care, and harass patients when they question care and quality. I will never use this practice again and urge everyone to be cautious.
