I was packing for my lunch today and opened the meal i ordered from arby s last night around 6 i ordered Gyro with 2 large orders of poppers . I have no problem with paying 19.63 for what i ordered but i now see i have a roast beef sand with white American cheese. I m so disapppinted, i took a picture of it as i m on disability low income and treated myelf . Opening my lunch for today i see im gonna have to go get some Bologna and bread Thanks

Ordered a beef and cheddar here last night, I'm a driver so was a few miles down the road b4 I opened it and discovered no cheddar and no sauce on it. I'm in here frequently so stopped in tonight showed them the charge on my card and explained what happened hoping they would make it right. After having to explain myself twice the clerk went in back and came back and told me I should have called them on the phone. At this point I lost it and all hope of them correcting their mistake. Won't go there ever again.

Need to find employees not so rude and on drugs . Every time I frequent here their outside smoking or my order is wrong and they are very rude about it . Over night staff need a reality check . I pay for a large drink and get a small cup. Paid $8 for a sandwich I didn’t ask for and very rude and unwilling to fix the problem. Corporate or the owner must be ok with this behavior.

You have to ask for a recipient or they don't give you one. Today I didn't ask and we got a steakhouse burger instead of a Deluxe beef & cheddar. TO THE OWNER; I tried to reach out on that website you sent but there is nothing there.

I’ve ordered the wagu burger 5-6 times, every time I get it I looks like a child thru it together. I even went to the extent of ordering extra everything on it still looks the same.

Over $25 bucks for two meals, asked for a large lemonade and it came in small cups. Got the brisket sandwich and all the brisket was all fat couldn't even eat it. Fast food is already horrible for you way to make it worse Arby's. Will never be back.

Cashier didn't get my order correct. I was informed I was rude to her when my order was finally correct. I wasn't given a receipt. I'm sure her name was on the receipt.

Troy is by far their best employee. He literally runs the place! Meal is never wrong, always polite an never waiting forever. Everybody there should learn how to act like Troy.

Thought I’d try the new cheese steak Sandwiches, my husband and I took one bite of the sandwich which was very very far from the sandwich in the commercial. Both sandwiches looked as if they were ready to hit the trash can and after one bite they did. What happened to taking pride in your work? Were very disappointed.

This was my 2nd time coming here since Arby’s opened and both times I’ve gotten sick from the food😡 I went yesterday with a friend, food was mid and I didn’t get my chocolate shake that I ordered either.
