No notice to enter apartments to spray for pests. They like to break the law like this. Also much noise and not much peace. You pay a fortune for a horrible apartment. The "maintenance manager" doesn't even know what he is doing. Everytime he fixes something it is left still not usable. Too much waste of money for bad service and bad attitude.

PLEASE VIEW THE PHOTOS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER LIVING HERE!! Despite what the reply says little has been done to remedy these problems. The air quality in the buildings is awful, when I brought this up with “regional manager” Paige in my meeting today she stated “Certain ethnicities just smell a certain way” Management is extremely lax on enforcing any kind of rules and due to this the buildings are very outdated and in ill repair. In my building in particular there are constantly screaming kids at all hours and there are 6+ people living in a 2 bedroom unit across from me. Once management does something about these issues I will change this review. If you enjoy unclean environments and roach infestations this is the place for you! Update: When management was contacted their reply is "We can't dictate how our residents live." Not dictating how the residents live is why one of their buildings burned down in 2020 and others are at high risk. You know who else can dictate how your residents live? The department of human services :) Update 2: Ever since spring-time there has been an infestation of COCKROACHES (pictures included) in my and several other buildings that friends live in. They have pest control coming monthly, but I don't think they're actually using the proper sprays/repellants because the roaches just seem to keep multiplying Update 3: The complex did not honor their contract agreement will Gill hauling so we went without dumpsters for several days and trash just piled up in the common spaces (images included)

I recently moved here from Virginia. I moved into this community sight unseen as I was 1200 miles away. The staff here are the best part of the community in my opinion. Myles was my contact through the whole thing and was very helpful from start to finish. I was able to correspond with him via phone and email and completely resolve all steps in the process. Upon arriving I was pleased with the accuracy of the pictures on the website and the cleanliness of the apartment. It was move in ready and all i had to do was go over my paperwork with Myles and submit my payment. The grounds are very family oriented and quiet. So far I have had a 5 out of 5 experience. If you are looking to relocate like me or tlyou are just looking for a great place to live, i recommend the Arbors. 4 month update**** Ive now been here 4 months and during the course of this time, ive noticed some cleaning issues in common areas such as stairwells and parking areas. Shortly after moving in i was contacted by management asking if I had a dog, clearly i dont have a dog because i didn't register one upon lease signing. Apparently my nextdoor neighbor complained and instead of investigation first they just called me. Turns out it was the unit above the neighbor who complained. As of my current knowledge, nothing has been done. There are "pest inspections" every single month in which nothing is done except a quick walk around and they look through your cabinets and comment on your food choices. Management was asked about this and brushed it off as nothing done wrong. Recently the dumpsters were all removed and trash and waste piled up for over a week. Animals were everywhere at night and it was very smelly. The building maintenance is not that great, the maintenance team consists of two men, not nearly enough for the amount of units here. There are constant parking violations and cars without stickers here. There are lots of people here from different backgrounds and ethnicities, however that doesn't trump rules and regulations. Kids are allowed to run loose and scream and holler where ever they please. My apartment is in decent shape. I had to he here for a while before updating this review. The reason for the low rating is the above mentioned and that would be a 1 star if they hadnt fixed my ac in a timely manner, although the office told me there was nothing wrong with it, sam came and cleaned it and made an effort which resulted in it working properly. I will revisit this in 4 more months.

This was my first apartment experience and Myles was extremely helpful! My roommates and I were looking for a place to live as we are still in college and did not want to live on campus. We were looking for a 2BR, 2BA, and we weren't sure if we were going to find one. Once one opened up, Myles did what he could to make sure we could have what we wanted. All of our questions were answered respectfully and with a lot of detail. The apartment has a ton of amenities and all for an affordable price, compared to others. The apartment is not a 5 star hotel, but it is a great option for our first apartment. It is clean and for the most part, the buildings and units are in good condition. Electric and Gas are billed to different companies (you pay them), and then the other utilities (water, sewage, trash) are billed to the apartment complex, which you then pay to the Arbors. Overall, this is a great place for anyone who is looking and I would highly recommend reaching out to Myles if you have any questions!

We recently moved into the Arbors and have been very happy with the whole experience. Miles was a great help, he showed us available apartments and we were able to find our forever home. My fiancé and I just renewed our lease and had the chance to meet the new office staff. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and they are going to take good care of us over the next year. We love calling arbors our home <3

I toured the property with Myles today. He was extremely professional and very friendly. I also met the cleaner who I can’t remember her name, but she was also friendly and it seemed the property was clean! The property offers a ton of amenities including a pool! I look forward to calling this place home for me and my dog!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life while living at The Arbors. The office staff, Shanya and Elle are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from The Arbors for years to come, and strongly recommend their properties to all incoming folks looking for housing within the area.
