Very well done coffee shop/eatery. The decor in a former Bank was absolutely gorgeous and the vibe is exactly what I was looking for. The rubber meets the road, though, on whether or not the food and coffee were good, and here they excelled! Great ranch dressing, my salad was huge! The coffee was amazing as well. Highly highly recommend! What a gift this place is to the town of Centerville!

This is the Sausage breakfast bagel with avocado 🥑 😋 I give it a 10/10!! And that bacon 🥓 OMG so thick and delicious! Another 10/10. Everything I've tried has been great! Highly recommend making the trip to visit... it's worth it! Can't wait to try something new next time!

We love going to The Seed because everyone is so friendly and accommodating when it comes to food options. They do offer keto options and the different seasonal drinks are fun!

Possibly the best grilled cheese and tomato soup I have ever had! Excellent service! Wonderful atmosphere. Oh and they also have delicious smoothies
