Amazing place! Been there for 5 days for my trip in London. The staff is very kind and willing to help you. Rooms are just the right size for a couple and of course they make sure to keep it clean every single day! The interior is smart and modern. The included breakfast is a must to try! It has everything you could ask f an English breakfast and keeps you fueled for the most of your day!

Don‘t book this Hotel. We booked this for 3 days and at the Moment we finally arrived after a really hard day of travelling, the unkind man said that the Hotel is closed since 2 years. So thanks to this stupid website. We had to book another Hotel spontaniously. Im glad we found a good Hotel instead of sleeping in the corner of the streets… because the man wasnt able to look after an alternativ Hotel.

Absolutely shocking booking has been cancelled twice due the pandemic ! Promised a refund 4 months ago A million calls emails later still £144.00 out of pocket! I will be taking it further Shocking customer service !

Hotel is undergoing refurbishment but they still let people book rooms on hotels.com only to send them away when they show up for their booking. Couldn't find another room in the area that evening.

Booked this hotel last year for a concert at Wembley. They then have cancelled this after months stating the reason as over-booked. Why would it take months to realise this? I feel it’s more to do with them not realising demand would be high and they could get a better price. Contacted the hotel but they don’t reply to emails. Poor service and now struggling to find another hotel as they left it so late to let me know!!!!!!

The hotel is closed but Agoda still confirmed my booking. Staff is really friendly and they allow to wait at their lobby.

Beware! This hotel is currently closed. I don't know if I should be upset with this particular location, IHG in general, or both. In September 2022, I reserved two rooms for May 2023. It was only recently when I found out, by myself, that this location is closed until further notice. Between September 2022 and January 2023, there was no notification or update from anyone. I messaged the hotel to confirm if the booking is safe, no reply. I message IHG and their response was basically "sorry but look elsewhere". Not helpful at all. I like to book early to reserve a lower rate, now everywhere else has a higher price. Reading some of the other reviews here, I am glad that I checked because I may arrive at their front door only to find a closed hotel!
