I came to sanjeev jewellers not too long ago to buy a bracelet. The price was very reasonable but Josh, who was serving me, advised me to have a look around first and take my time as there was no rush. He showed me that this business isn’t looking to make a quick buck but wants to fully inform their customers and leave them satisfied. Furthermore , when I had a look around at different shops , none of their prices and services compared to Sanjeev jewellers.

All in all really lovely family. Came to buy something for my girlfriend but she couldn’t make a decision. One of the workers, Jimmy I believe his name was, seemed uninterested in making a sale. To the point where he kissed his teeth at her when she said she couldn’t make a decision. Everyone else is really nice there, but my girlfriend was really upset by him and ended up not buying anything because she felt like a nuisance. It was also to the point where we asked for a bangle and asked if it came in different colours but we were told no. When we went outside we saw it and came inside to see the size ourselves. That’s not how a customer should be treated or be forced to feel. Your customer might take longer to choose something but that doesn’t mean being rude is going to make them hurry up. Knowing the family for ages, I might still come in to make a purchase at another point but my girlfriend definitely won’t and I won’t be able to forget how I was treated.

My mum and dad have been going here for years .. I have been in myself on a few occasions these jewellers are known by every one in southall and are probably the most trusted .. when you go in you will see why Sanjeev and his family and team are just so welcoming and feel no pressure..

Upon my entrance I was welcomed by a date young man named josh who showed excellent product knowledge which amazed me considering he was only 16.
