Disgusting - we only now have read all the reviews because the food was simple horrible & want to help other unsuspecting people who fell into the trap of ‘its a restaurant in a good location- it can’t be bad’. Pizza was slop, supermarket sauce with non fresh ingredients. Prawns were not fresh. The pasta was the only thing that was edible. We let the waiter know that the food was bad and he said he’d let the owner know - they didn’t realise I can understand Italian and they said amongst themselves we’re tourists - so what. Well this review is what!

non-professional waiters, service at zero level, spaghetti bolognese not cooked and with no meat, after that the chef served the staff with a far richer plate, bruschettas were ok .. after all they wanted to charge me for wine I didn’t even get. I have been staying in Syracuse for a month now and I have never encountered such a bad attitude towards guests. to put it mildly a tragedy from a restaurant

Our decision to eat here was a panic choice due to being in the Bermuda triangle of lunch hours. Did not read reviews beforehand. Huge mistake. Avoid this place entirely! Expensive, unclean, and barely edible. The palest tomatoes I've seen since a deep winter in northern Canada.

If you're walking past this restaurant and considering eating here: WALK ON. We had a completely bland seafood pasta. It was a flavourless, oily mess that clearly wasn't seasoned at all during cooking. When brought up to the waiter, he suggested adding salt?? Didn't offer to rectify the issue or take it off the bill. My boyfriend had a tiny portion of oily calamari that came with a handful of sad looking lettuce. Not worth 15 euros. Unimpressive side salad. A tourist trap that capitalises on its sea-side position to scam visitors. Do not even consider it!

We went there and ordered some drinks and some seafood which was on the menu but they didn’t had, so we just had some drinks. At the end the bill was 18€ but we wanted to pay by card and the minimum amount was 20€, what a joke. So I said to charge us an extra 2€ just so we can pay by card. Total rip-off.

I’ve never been to such a dissapointing place. We were waiting for antipasti for over an hour. After this time we wanted to pay for the drinks and go. The boss started to scream at us and called the police. He forced us to pay for the food we didin’t eat. The worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. Nobody speaks english. One star is too much for this place!

Do not go there! Service and food are terrible! The owner forced us to pay food we did not have and was threatening us with the police. The owner, probably one with glasses is a piece of s….! Worst place I have ever been at.

We had a bad experience in this restaurant. We thought we chose a more quiet atmosphere restaurant amongst the ones at the sea front. But there was a reason for it being that quiet and less crowded. The food was really bad, one of the worst Italian food experiences I had: dry chicken that tasted old with a few small, not super fresh salad leaves, no rice/pasta to it despite the high price, fish was also not tasty despite being at the sea site. Even the fries were not fried properly. Lastly, when we indicated to the server that the taste was not that good, we got ignored until we paid and left. Overall, the kitchen was very uninspired, badly executed dishes with no passion and without any flavors. I recommend to spend your money somewhere else. There is so much good Italian food for less the price.

Never ate so bad in my life, from food to servings, everything was utter disgust. Ordered filleto the 4 formaggi and told us it was 250g, yet when the food came it was even less than 50g. Spaghetti bolognese doesn't even taste good, and a fan that works the other way around 😂

Food not cooked, very small portions, very pricey and took them a lot time to bring the food. Don't go there.

Unfortunately a rather rude and angry waiter, admittedly we were tourists and had children but they remained seated so not sure what the problem was. OK food although as expected overpriced for the quality, but nice to be on seafront. Placed right by the waiter entrance, a major bugbear of mine, admittedly the frequency of having my chair bashed diminished during the meal. As it advertised itself as a pizzeria we thought it was a good place for the kids to have a pizza. Oops. No pizza left at lunchtime, until really kind waitress told us there was one left (not sure if we had made trouble for the male waiter who she had contradicted), so we were lucky. We had to retrieve forks after aforementioned male waiter removed too many very efficiently. Go for view only.

9 euros for a glass of house wine seems a lot. And why is it split into 6 euros plus 3? I asked and was told the 3 was for the glass. ‘6 add 3 is 9’ was repeated to me several times, for ‘clarification’. I was also told, ‘If it is for the machine, then it is 6, but with a glass, it is 9’. Would I buy it without a glass? Incomprehensible!
