Went to hospital to meet Dr.vijaykumar (ent) , his timing is 5 to 7.30.. I visited hospital and paid 250 for appointment at 5.18 but I waited and enquired ant doctor arrival with nurse @5.50 they said they called doctor 4 times there is response from his side.. when I go to reception and asked for refun, they called doctor n said he will arrive within 10 mins but I waited 30 more minutes but till 6.30 he did not arrived. I got my money back n came.. during this covid time unwantedlywaiting at hospital is not safe n worst responsiblilty from management

Dear Friends, I gave covid test here without any symptom (Rs.2500 for RT PCR test and Rs.150 for gloves, which they dont change at all) They handle very unhygienic. Next day my report was positive and i consulted doctor. I was not having any symptom and my SPO2 level was 99 but the doctor straight away asked me to admit. I told my Oxygen level is normal, cant i home Quarantine myself. For that he told to take CT scan. I was not even having breathing problem bit still they created panic in me and took the scan by paying Rs.4550. Report proved i had no lung infection. Later doctor told me to quarantine at home but forced me to pay Rs.1000 and get home Quarantine kit. I paid Rs 1000 and got the kit. The kit is nothing but a pack of tablets worth Rs.200. Its a cheat and despite this pandemic this hospital is not kind and instead money minded. My brother too went there and the doctor was behaving very rude. I recommend not to visit this hospital especially for covid related as they will make you panic and get you tested unnecessarily. I thought my experience would help you as i dont want you to lose your confidence level and peace of mind under this pandemic. Take care.

Maintained neatly. Good response from receptionists. Rooms are good and have parking facility also . Restrooms are maintained properly on regular intervals. But guys the medical shop and medical scheme employees are careless ... When you admitted under medical beware and ask the bill properly.. Worst experience in the end of the day during discharge

I dont know where I can give complain about this hospital..I lost huge amount of money.. .Really a bad days occupided after admitted. . Money eaters..worst Service.. Definitely one day I will give complain about this to CM.. These people should be punish in Naragam by god...

BEWARE: My close friend's dad was poorly diagnosed by this hospital and he passed away on the same day. They could have saved his life. He came during morning as he had a heart ache. The doctor mentioned its a normal pain and let him go. He sadly passed away on the same night due to heart attack. Had they diagnosed properly he would have been properly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst hospital i have ever visited with unethical staffing who never cares about patients illness. Mainly focus on grabbing money from the people. Long hours of waiting to visit the doctor sucks! Irresponsible reply from hospital staffs really hurts patients! Worst hospital staffing

I came to visit Dr. Parthiban for skin related issue. This is second time in a row that he is not on time. That too not just 5, 10 minutes. Almost 1 hour we waited he wasn't there. Poor service. How can be a doctor with so much of negligence?

Recently went for treatment , there is no care in this hospital also purely money minded one. Supportive staffs are rude and not doing anything on need,only acting infront of chief doctors. Worst experience and fully cheated. Only one positive because of the cheif doctor Laksmanan who is very care and ready to do anything for patient.

Previously this hospital was good. But now very worst. My sister took continuous treatment from Dr.koushik(neurologist) for severe head ache for 19 months. He repeatedly said it is due to small neuro problem and he gave continuous treatment. After 19 months we checked in another hospital in kotagiri and they suggested us to go to KMCH Coimbatore for MRI scan. Then we ce to know that it is due to cancer MRI. Dr.koushik is very careless and he put my sister health in critical. Also 2 years before my wife was admitted here for apendix surgery. Nurses are trainee nurses. They do not know how to do injection or how to fix syringe for dips. Nurses doesn't care about patients now. I suggest please do not go to this hospital.Doctoes and nurses are careless and not experienced.

Looks like very old building and the rooms also not that clean. Very narrow basement car parking. No lift or staircase is available inside the parking. So after parking you have to walk like a Z pattern to reach reception. Very close to the bus stand, walkable distance only.

Cheaper than counterparts. Management of staffs lacking due to proper coordination and digital systems.

Today I am visiting this hospital for my grandfather. The very worst behavior in the emergency ward staff's is that some nurses are so careless, as are the senior nurse (blue dress) ward incharge and emergency duty doctor. One lady dudy doctor doesn't collect patient history; she does not come for the patient side, and an x-ray person takes the x-ray without the doctor's advice, and no one can explain the next process. Dear admin, please explain what the protocol is for the emergency ward and how to treat patients. The wheelchair grandfather is only doing a good job. Give priority to emergency patients. Your hospital is not fit for NABH certification. I am getting expert care from you, but you have very poor responsibility.
