Kausar Hayat said that on August 13, 1980, many people of Muslim society were killed in police firing at Idgah ground in Moradabad. After this, fierce riots broke out in the whole city. Kausar Hayat said that it has been more than 40 years since this incident happened. But till date there has not been a judicial inquiry into it.

Sort of an urban void. The place is used just for two days in a year. It can have various functions but no one is aware and lack vision for this space. It is poorly maintained with garbage and wastes. The place is prone to dangerous activities. A lot can be done with the place but...!
