Visited yesterday but it wasn't a great experience. Staff was in a lot of hurry and power mentioned for the lenses was wrong. There is no way they can change it after placing the order and cancellation is the only way out. Interestingly I have received the message today stating my order is ready for dispatch so claims of staff that my order was cancelled is also not correct. In short, this store visit didn't turn out be a good experience at all and there was no need to rush while placing the order, there was not much customers at that point of time as well. I will trust my local optician better than this.

I purchased a titanium specs from here and within a year it breaks automatically. At the time of purchase they forced to become a member and they charged for it. We contacted the shop and they said that can not do anything even having membership.

Had 2 interaction with this store really helpful. Alok and Vicky are really great and advise on the pro and cons to the point and does not try to sweet talk to make make you buy frames that are not worth it.

Product is okay but Reund claim process is very poor! 2 months passed already since request processed but not received claim even multiple follow-ups (customercare call and store visited). It's shocking & surprise!!

The service after sales is very poor. After sales the response of the sales person was very negative. He was not responding to me in the showroom. That was very surprising to me and may change my future response.

Very pathetic service & rude staff behavior. I went there two days in a row..on 1st day a staff told me as its near closing time they can't check my power & I can't purchase anything. The very next day I went there again 2 hours early just to hear I can't make any purchase again but my eye power can be checked. Your staff Anjana told me to wait for an hour & she will call me but she didn't ..though I went back to the store on my own within 40mins..as I was early I was checking out frames & wanted to ask about one..she didnt responded me properly & kept saying me to sit on the chair for power check..I was just sitting & waiting and nobody attended me..the staff supposed to check my power was attending someone else..when I asked Anjana what is going on..all of a sudden she started responding very rudely. And saying me that there is only two staff so I should be patient & may be optician didnt heard about checking my eye power & I should have come in afternoon instead of at evening. Then let me tell you I waited very patiently for an hour & why your optician doesn't know which customer he is supposed to attend. why are you guys even running this store with low staff for us customers to suffer. Nobody even attend you or bothered to sale anything. They won't even come & ask & help you in purchase.  Your staff behaved like as if she is doing a favor on me. And I didn't knew that lenskart don't sale in evening. Why don't you guys just shut down your store early in the evening so that no one like me enters your store just to hear we can't purchase right now..& power can't be checked. I should rather go to another better optical store where customers are attended in the evening also..so that I don't need to take off from my work just to come to your store in afternoon to just buy an eyewear. Very pathetic.

The arrangement of power sunglasses was not proper. I wasted my time in selecting frames but during billing I came to know that frame was not eligible for power sunglasses. Though I observed this practice in all lenskart store but here it was messier.

I had purchased glasses from lenskart. But It was delayed due to some reasons. And I had no other glasses. I was very anxious. A lady Anjana in store took lead and followed all the matter and kept me posted my Issue. That lady saved imaged of lenskart from getting ruined. Otherwise that was last time I would have purchased lens from lenskart.

Highly pathetic, had to leave the store after waiting over 20 min. No one attended even after requests. Seems employees not interested in their job. AVOID if you don't want to waste your time. Last year I visited their GIP branch, employees were highly professional....will go back to them.

I Visited in store with my Mother and Father and there was a staff whose name Vivek. He was very cooperative and very polite behaviour. My father and mother was too old and they were feel very tired and there was lots of rush in that day but Mr. Vivek was cooperative and he offered my parents stools to sit and gave them comfort and after that he provide us the proper information about the Prograsive lenses. He has given his best and I think everyone should go in logix lenskart store. I also visited in sector 45 store and GIP and mall of India lenskart store but really I didn't get the staff like him who didn't live us for a single minute and given his best. Thanks to lenskart who provide us a better quality of lenses and we will be connected like a family. Thanks to Him also from my parents side as no one has treated them like him.

On Sunday, the lenskart, logix store was very much crowded for Eid festival, I went there to check the power of my spec lense, but after watching the crowd i feel to leave but suddenly a lady staff attended me by asking my issues and asked me to sit, i patiently sat there and the staff checked my lense power very calmly side by side she was assisting others customers too, i liked the staff very much and i feel to see this kind of staff in every Retail Store. After checking my lense power I asked the staff what is her name, she replied "Anjana Pandey". as she attended me very calmly so i will definitely come to this store for future purchases.
